la fig. 2 est une coupe montrant la forme d'exécution de la fig. 1 découpant l'opercule de l'emballage;
la fig. 3 est une vue d'une autre forme d'exécution comprenant une bande adhésive enroulant le filetage de l'embout de l'emballage;
la fig. 4 est une vue de dessus de la fig. 3 sans le bouchon obturateur découpeur;
la fig. 5 est une coupe d'une autre forme d'exécution montée sur l'embout de l'emballage pendant le transport;
la fig. 6 est une coupe montrant la forme d'exécution découpant l'opercule de l'emballage;
la fig. 8 est une coupe montrant la forme d'exécution vissée à fond sur l'embout de l'em ballade;
la fig. 9 est une coupe montrant séparés le bouchon obturateur découpeur et l'emballage perforé;
- d'une part, par le chanfrein H;
Cutter for sealed orifice
The claim of the main patent relates to a cutting device for opening a package comprising several teeth of the tines to perforate and cut the cover, these teeth being guided by guide members, this device making it possible to produce a clean hole in the operculum.
The present invention relates to a device of this type, characterized by a means which maintains the teeth in action, at a certain distance from the cover, and which is removed for the activation of these teeth.
Various embodiments of the object of the invention are shown in the attached drawing, to which
fig. 1 is a sectional view of an embodiment mounted on the tip of the packaging during transport
fig. 2 is a section showing the embodiment of FIG. 1 cutting the cover from the packaging;
fig. 3 is a view of another embodiment comprising an adhesive strip winding the thread of the end piece of the packaging;
fig. 4 is a top view of FIG. 3 without the cutting blanking plug;
fig. 5 is a section of another embodiment mounted on the tip of the packaging during transport;
fig. 6 is a section showing the embodiment cutting the lid of the packaging;
fig. 8 is a section showing the embodiment fully screwed onto the end piece of the ballad;
fig. 9 is a section showing the cutting closure plug and the perforated packaging separated;
figs. 7 and 10 are perspective views of two embodiments.
The cutting device has one or more teeth A distributed over the circumference concentric with the axis of rotation of the device and having the effect, by penetrating into the cover B produced on the packaging consisting of a tube E, to ensure the cutting. of this cover B.
These teeth have a bevelled part F directed inwards, the cutting part of the teeth thus being included in the internal cylindrical surface of the tubular part provided at the bottom of the stopper. This arrangement makes it possible to retain the cutout cover between the teeth of the device.
The tubular part integral with the body of the device comprises a chamfer H. This chamfer has the effect of deforming the flange G towards the inside of the packaging and thus producing a conical bearing surface J constituting a double-cone seal formed
- on the one hand, by the chamfer H;
- on the other hand, by the deformed part of the
edge of the hole cut in the cen
tre of the operculum.
Concentrically to the teeth A, the cutting device comprises guide means
C, for example a cylindrical skirt making it possible to ensure, in a perfect manner, the cutting of the cover B.
This threaded skirt constitutes, with the body D, a sealing plug capable of fitting onto the end of the packaging, such as a flexible tube E intended to contain a cream or a pasty product.
A washer or collar forming a means
R surrounds the end of the packaging and is interposed between the skirt C of the cap D and the tube
E. This washer R is removably mounted on the end of the tube E, which allows it to be easily removed in order to achieve, by means of the cutting member, the cutting of the cover B crimped on the edges of the tube opening E.
This washer thus prevents the teeth A of the cutting device from prematurely destroying the cover B while allowing the plug D to be firmly fixed on the cover E during transport.
This washer R is made either
a) by a cardboard ring or in any
other material, such as, for example,
plastic, metal, etc.
b) by an adhesive tape S rolled up
thread turn of the end of the packaging
lage and on the lower part of this
thread (fig. 3), the free end T of
this adhesive strip is not com
completely glued, so as to
It is up to the user to unwind this S band.
Thus, during transport, the packaging is presented as shown in fig. 1. To remove the cap B in order to use the contents of the packaging, unscrew the cap D, remove the washer R and screw the cap D back on completely to cut out the warranty cap B, as shown. fig. 2.
The cover B of the packaging is cut by screwing the cap D fully,
the shutter member cuts the cover B and the
cut pellet is retained between the teeth A
of the cutting member. When we unscrew the
cap, the packaging has a clean hole.
According to fig. 5 to 10, the blanking plug
is extended by a very thin skirt 1 came
manufacturing with the cap, this skirt is
intended to be destroyed as the cap is screwed onto the threaded end of the packaging.
This skirt 1 can extend over the entire periphery of the plug D, as shown in particular in FIG. 5. This skirt can be made up of several elements extending the threaded skirt of the plug D. Figures 5 to 8 show the various phases for cutting the cap. In fig. 5, the stopper is screwed on so that the cutting member is located above the cover B, tan say that the skirt 1 comes to rest on the packaging.
As the cap D is screwed onto the threaded end of the packaging, the teeth A cut the cover B and initiate the rupture of the skirt 1 (fig. 6). In fig. 8, the skirt 1 is separated from the plug D, while the cap is retained between the teeth of the cutting member. In addition, the rim of the cut orifice is deformed by the chamfer H and exactly matches its shape.
Fig. 9 shows the blanking cut-off cap separated from the packaging for use.
