Bearing for a timepiece The present invention relates to a bearing for a timepiece comprising a pad housed in a bezel.
This bearing is characterized by the fact that the kitten has an extension extending beyond the inner face of the support in which said kitten is mounted, this extension having an external shoulder making it possible to act on the kitten by means of a tool to release it. .
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, several embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial section of a first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a bottom plan view of a second embodiment.
Fig. 3 is a section taken along the line 11l-111 of FIG. 2.
Fig. 4 is an axial section of a third embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a section, similar to that of FIG. 3, of a variant of the second embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a bottom plan view of a final embodiment; and fig. 7 is a section taken along line VII-VII of FIG. 6. The bearing shown in fig. 1 com takes a counter-pivot stone 1, driven directly into a bridge 2 of the movement, and a pierced stone 3 forced into a tubular chaton 4, itself forced into bridge 2. This cha tone has an extension exceeding the face interior 5 of deck 2; this extension has an annular outer shoulder 4a constituting a rim and enabling the kitten to be dismantled by inserting a tool between this shoulder and the bridge 2.
The kitten 4 is slightly frustoconical so as to act elastically against the inner wall 6 of the hole in the bridge 2 in which it is housed and which thus serves as a support.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 2 and 3, the counter-pivot stone 7 is directly forced into a bridge 8 and the tubular chain 9 of the pierced stone 10 has two flats 11 dia métralement opposed; this kitten 9 extends beyond the inner face of the bridge 8 and its projecting part has two external shoulders 9a, diametrically opposed, located on a diameter perpendicular to that of the plates 11. This kitten is held in place in the bridge 8 by two crimps 8a.
To dismantle the kitten, it is rotated by 900, acting on the plates 11, to bring the latter opposite the crimps 8a, then a tool is introduced under one or other of the shoulders 9a to remove the kitten. : In the embodiment of the fi .. 4, a relief in the form of an annular groove 12 is made in the chaton 13 of the pierced stone 14, substantially below the level of the upper face of this stone. This groove makes it possible to locate the protruding stone 14, its outer edge creating an obstacle to the spreading of the oil and allowing the latter to be held between the stone and the counter-pivot. Thanks to this groove 12, the wall 13a of the kitten is thinned and acts elastically against the inner face 16 of the hole in the bridge 17 in which this kitten is housed.
This protrudes on the inner face 18 of the bridge 17 and has an outer annular shoulder 13b allowing its removal.
The variant of FIG. 5 differs from the embodiment of FIGS. 2 and 3 by the fact that the kitten 19 and the counter-pivot stone 20 are not mounted directly in the bridge 21 of the frame of the movement but in a bearing support 22 driven into this bridge. The device for mounting the kitten 19 in the support 22 is the same as the mounting of the kitten 9 in the bridge 8 of the embodiment of FIGS. 2 and 3. A groove 23 is also made in the kitten 19 in order to avoid spreading the oil, as indicated with reference to FIG. 4.
Finally, in the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7, the part 24a of the kitten 24 making sail binds on the inner face 25 of the bridge 26 in which this kitten is mounted has a clearance 27 giving passage to a wheel 28 of the movement. An outer shoulder 24b presented by the projection 24a allows the kitten 24 to be removed.
