Process for sucking thread ends from a cheese being manufactured
In automatic cheese-winding machines, it is known that the broken thread is drawn off the cheese by suction by means of a suction tube and a suction nozzle and fed to a knotting device. It is necessary to bring the suction tube as close as possible to the surface of the cheese, which is why up to now only cylindrical or very weakly conical packages have been produced on automatic winding machines, in which the surface line roughly touching the suction nozzle coincides with the mouthpiece of the suction tube could most easily be achieved over the entire width of the reel.
When using more tapered bobbins and solehen with a conicity that increases during bobbin winding, the use of a suction nozzle running over the entire width of the bobbin encounters problems in that when the bobbin grows using previous bearings for the bobbin holder, the suction nozzles are brought as close as possible to the total If the bobbin case is only possible in certain diameter ranges, because with a conical winding of the bobbin, the change in distance between bobbin and mouthpiece is different and thus all points on the surface never keep the same as small as possible, the distance from the suction nozzle.
Suction nozzles are also known, which apply elastically to the bobbin circumference, have only a narrow suction opening and, for the purpose of thread gripping, move over the entire bobbin shell by moving in and out. The reliability of the detection of thread ends is low with such devices, since the suction flow of the suction nozzle only touches a small part of the bobbin circumference.
It is also already known to arrange the support and at the same time the drive of cross-wound bobbins driven on their circumference and the suction opening on the same surface line one after the other on automatic winding machines for the production of cylindrical cheese. Such an arrangement is structurally possible only under very specific conditions. Normally the spool support is arranged offset to the suction opening.
According to the present. Invention, the disadvantages mentioned are to be eliminated. The method for sucking thread ends from a cross-wound bobbin driven on its circumference, in which the support line of the bobbin on the drive drum and the suction opening that does not touch the bobbin. run along different coil jacket lines, is characterized in that the distance between the suction nozzle and the coil jacket is kept at least approximately the same during the entire winding period of the coil by ensuring that the coil neck is always in the center plane between the Aufla. gel line of the spool on the driving drum on the one hand and the surface line of the spool closest to the suction nozzle on the other.
The object can also be achieved in that the bobbin axis is guided on a curved surface and the suction nozzle is moved on a corresponding other curve via a gear.
In the drawing, the invention is shown for example. Show it :
Fig. 1 is a schematic arrangement of the parts in the usual form,
Fig. 2 coil carrier bearings with a common point of intersection of all coil enveloping circles in front of the suction nozzle,
3 shows an arrangement with a suction nozzle controlled by the coil carrier.
In Fig. 1 a thread guide and drive drum 1 is rotatable about the axis 2.
A thread F runs over the drum 1 and is wound onto a bobbin 3. In front of the drum 1 is a suction pipe 4 with a suction nozzle 5, 5 '. At the start of winding, the frustoconical bobbin 3 has a small outer diameter of the circle 6 with the associated center 24 and at the other end a large diameter of the circle 7 with the associated center 25.
The fully wound coil 3 has a smaller outer diameter of the circle 8 with the associated center point 27 and a larger diameter of the circle 9 with the associated center point 28. The coil center 10 is pivotable about a coil support center point 11.
In Fig. 2 the bobbin storage is provided in such a way that the skewed to the axis 2 of the drive drum 1, the center points 24 and 25 ver. Binding bobbin axle on a plane 26 moves to the top left into position 27/28 as the winding progresses. A straight axis guide, which is not shown in the art, is used for this purpose. It is chosen so that in the plane of the drawing all coil enveloping circles, which result from the conicity and the continuing winding, intersect at a point that is always at the same place, the piercing point of the surface line 12, in front of which the Sang nozzle 4 / 5 opens.
Theoretically, the support on the drive drum takes place along a contact line 13, which, however, in practice is a surface because of the softness of the thread material. The connecting line between the center point 25 or the respective largest coil diameter
28 and the surface line 12 is with 14 and 16, the connecting line between the same center points and the point of contact. 13 marked with 15 and 17 respectively.
According to FIG. 3, the bobbin axis 24/25 is mounted on a bobbin carrier that can pivot about the axis 11. It is connected to a lever 18 and, via a joint 19, to a control rod 20 which is displaceable in a guide 21 and acts on a lever 22 which is fastened to the suction pipe 4 which can pivot about the axis 23. The contact path between this lever and the control rod 20 is selected so that the suction nozzle 5 was always at the same distance from the coil 3 even as the winding progressed. at. The surface line corresponding to line 12 in FIG. 2 is denoted by 29 in FIG.
Because of the pivotability of the coil carrier, it moves to 30 with increasing movement. The point 36 in FIG. 3, which moves to 32, arises from the point of contact or the support line 13 in FIG. 2.
The planes 14 and 16 or the lines 15 and 17 of FIG. 2 are designated in FIG. 3 by 35 and 31 or 37 and 33. In place of the central plane 26 in FIG. 2, there is a central plane moving from 38 to 34 in FIG. 3, on which see. the bobbin rotation axis moves 24/25 to naeh 27/28 when the bobbin is being wound.
1, the suction nozzle 5 is brought up to the large coil with the circles 8, 9 at a small distance. It can be seen that the small conical coil only approximately touches the suction nozzle 5 'in the area of the larger circle 7, but that there is a considerable distance between the circle 6 and the suction nozzle 5', which means that there is no possibility of sucking the thread end . and 25 or 11 and 28 is indicated. But because now a wall! If the surface line 29 occurs not only because the bobbin becomes thicker during winding, but also because of the pivoting lever movement, the suction nozzle 5 must also be moved accordingly.
This is done by a gear, which contains the levers 18, 20 and 22, by which gear the nozzle 4 is rotated about the axis 23 as s pivot point.
As a result of the movement of the coil carrier around a stationary pivot point 11, the point of intersection of the coil surface lines lying in front of the Sayrohr is shifted from point 29 for the smallest coil diameters to the right to the intersection point 30 for the largest coil diameters, so that a displacement of the suction pipe 4 with the suction nozzle 5 on the parts 18, 20, 22 is required. The position of the suction nozzle is controlled in a known manner by the curve at 22 depending on the position of the bobbin carrier in such a way that the distance between the suction nozzle 5 and the jacket of the bobbin remains the same or approximately the same for any bobbin diameter.
