Device for the manufacture of construction elements. The object of the invention is a device for the manufacture of construction elements, characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, an apparatus in the form of a trident, of which. the three branches are, arranged in the same horizontal plane and. are. intended to support said elements at their ends, this apparatus being mounted at the end of an articulated assembly. vertical axes and.
comprising., on the other hand, a series of support easels for the extraction of the elements, these chevaets being intended to be lifted vertically between the branches of the trident and. being. higher than that of the elements to allow their superimposition.
An embodiment of the object. of the present invention is illustrated, by way of example, in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 is a side view of the trident-shaped apparatus.
Fig. \? is a plan view.
The fi-. 3 is a larger scale detail.
The . fi. 4 shows a support easel, seen in perspective and FIG. 5, a schematic view of a stack of easels with the elements superimposed. The elements 1 from the molding machine are arranged on metal boards 2 which rest on uprights 3 capable of translational movement in a horizontal plane.
The apparatus in the form of a trident has its three branches arranged in the same horizontal plane; the two extreme branches are angles of small section while the central branch is a small T-iron.
The distances between the vertical flanges of the teeth are equal to the length of an element plus the tolerance necessary to facilitate the maneuver so that the parings or bricks can rest on the horizontal flanges of said teeth.
The branches 4 are fixed at one end on a transverse piece 5 integral with a pivot 6, capable of performing a rotational movement in a sleeve itself fixed to a tube 8 .
Similar links articulated with a vertical axis are interposed between tubes 8 and. 9 as well as between tube 9 and a support arm O.
Thanks to this articulated assembly, the branches 4 can move parallel to themselves in a horizontal plane.
Between certain limits, the height of the translation plane can vary by acting on an adjustment mechanism 11 consisting of screws and washers.
The operation of the device described is as follows: the device in the form of a trident. is arranged so that the branches 4 are threaded between the uprights 3 and, consequently, also between the vertical faces of the elements 1 coming from the molding machine (see position shown in continuous lines in fig. 2). and Fig. 3).
During this operation, the horizontal wings of the branches 4 are threaded between the uprights 3 and, consequently, between the horizontal faces of the freshly molded elements 1 (see position represented by a solid line in FIG. 2).
During. this operation the horizontal wings of the branches 4 are guided by the uprights 3 without the vertical planes of said branches touching or rubbing against the vertical faces of the elements 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the trident-shaped device is thus introduced until the ends of the branches 4 exceed the limit of the uprights 3 and the elements 1.
This operation performed, the uprights 3 are slowly brought down.
During this operation, the elements 1 are also driven downwards until they come to rest with their boards 2 on the horizontal wings of the branches 4.
The apparatus, with the elements which it siphers, then undergoes a rotational movement in order to be placed in a position convenient for the removal of the elements 1, for example in the position indicated in FIG. 2 in dotted line and go from there. position Sl-S2-S3 to position SI-S, 2-es.
At this time, an easel 15 shown in FIG. 4 under the elements of FIG. 2 where there is. enough room at 14, either between the first element 1 and the transverse piece 5 (fig. 2) called trident to easily see with the left hand the left end of the easel 15 which is tilted by the right hand which holds the other end of the easel.
We then lift both hands with the latter on which rest the three elements with their metal boards and we put this first easel on the ground.
Fig. 4 shows this easel for transporting and stacking the elements: par- fists or bricks from the molding machine and conveyed by means of the trident-shaped apparatus shown in fi-. 1 to 3.
The easel 15 is formed by a round iron and comprises a rectangular support frame 12 and two feet 13, welded to said frame.
The dimensions of the easel are such that a certain number of elements can come to rest on it in the height between the two vertical planes passing through the feet 13. These will have a height slightly greater than that of the elements.
The lateral sides of the rectangular frame 12 fulfill the role of handles so that the easel can be manipulated with the elements on it.
The length of the branches 4 is, such that there is sufficient room at 14 between the end of the easel and the crosspiece 5.
The easels supporting the elements can be superimposed in piles, as shown schematically in fig. 5. In this way, the freshly molded concrete block bricks can be stacked rationally and economically.
