Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Penicillinsalzes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des bisher nicht bekannten Penicillin-G-Salzes von 1,1-Diphenyl-3-morpholino-propan, wel ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1,1-Diphenyl-3-morpholino-propan oder ein Salz desselben und Penicillin-G oder ein Salz desselben aufeinander einwirken lässt.
Das als Depotpenicillinpräparat verwend bare Verfahrensprodukt besteht aus in Wasser schwerlöslichen Kristallen vom Schmelz punkt 148' (Zers.) <I>Beispiel:</I> Zu einer Lösung von 2,8 g 1,1-Diphenyl-3- morpholino-propanhydrochlorid in 30 cm3 Methanol gibt man eine Lösung von 3,6 g Penicillin-G-Natrium in 10 cm3 Wasser.
Beim Abkühlen kristallisiert aus dem Reaktions gemisch in guter Ausbeute das Penicilhnsalz aus, das abgesaugt und mit wenig Methanol gewaschen wird. Fp. = 148 (Zers.).

The subject of the present additional patent is a process for the production of the previously unknown penicillin G salt of 1,1-diphenyl-3-morpholino-propane, which is characterized in that 1,1-diphenyl-3-morpholino- propane or a salt thereof and penicillin-G or a salt thereof to act on each other.
The process product which can be used as a depot penicillin preparation consists of crystals which are sparingly soluble in water and have a melting point of 148 '(decomp.) A solution of 3.6 g penicillin G sodium in 10 cm3 water is added to 30 cm3 of methanol.
On cooling, the Penicilhnsalz crystallizes out of the reaction mixture in good yield, which is filtered off with suction and washed with a little methanol. M.p. = 148 (dec.).
