  Zusatzpatent     zum    Hauptpatent Nr. 306387.    Verfahren zur Herstellung des     3'-Oxy-4'-earboxyphenylesters    einer metallhaltigen       Phthaloeyanintetrasulfonsäure.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des     3'-Oxy-          4'-earbo_xyphenylesters    einer     Kupferphthalo-          cy        anintetrasulfonsäure,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man 1     Mol        Kupfer-          phthalocyanin-3,    3' -     disulfochlorid-    3",

   3"' -     di-          sulfosäure    mit 2 Molen     1,3-Dioxybenzol-4-ear-          bonsäure    in Gegenwart. einer Mineralsäure  neutralisierenden Substanz zur Umsetzung       bringt..     



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.

  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein blaugrünes  Pulver dar, das sich in     Z\'asser    mit blauer und  in     konz.    Schwefelsäure mit gelbgrüner Farbe  löst. Der neue Farbstoff gibt, auf     vorehromier-          ter    Baumwolle gefärbt, ein     grünstichiges    Blau  von guten     Nassechtheiten    und guter Licht-         eehtheit;    im Chromdruck auf Baumwolle wer  den     türkisblaue    Farbtöne von guten     Nasseeht-          heiten    und sehr guter Lichtechtheit. erhalten.  



  Die als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete Kup       ferphthalocyanin-3,3'-disulfochlorid-,3",3"'-di-          sulfosäure    kann durch teilweise     Verseifung     von     Kupferphthalocyanin-3,3',3",3"'-tetrasulfo-          ehlorid    erhalten werden, welches seinerseits  durch     Einwirkung    von     Chlorsulfonsäure    auf       Kupferphthalocyanin    erhalten wird.
