Description
Windows with at least two panes. In most applications, a modern window includes a shielding device, such as B. a blind, a curtain or a curtain.
The present invention relates to a window with at least two panes, which is characterized in that its frame contains a frame part which extends on three sides of the window, at the transitions between these three sides forms round corners, in which frame part the windows Star discs are framed tightly on three of their edges, while along the fourth side of the window see a straight frame part he stretches, which is releasably connected to the first-mentioned Ra.h- in part and forms a holder for a shielding device.
Some embodiments of the invention are schematically illustrated in the accompanying drawing. FIG. 1 shows the front view of a window, and FIG. 2 is a similar view of the window, but with the upper frame part lifted off shows (read the window of FIG. 1, but with the shielding device in the shielding position. FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 each show an embodiment of the window in cross section.
The frame of the window according to FIGS. 1 to 4 consists of a frame part 10, which forms the lower leg and the two side legs of the frame, with round corners 12 provided in the transitions between these sides, and an upper straight with the frame part 10 releasably connected Rah ment part 14. In the frame part 10, two glass panes 16, 18 are inserted tightly.
The straight frame part in which the fourth edge of the glass panes is held forms a holder for a blind or other shielding device 20 or a head of this shielding device, which is shown in FIG. 3 in the lowered position. The blind can be attached to the straight frame part in such a way that it is located between the two panes or within the inner pane. The straight frame part can be provided with members for actuating the shielding device.
The frame parts 10, 14 consist of Me tallprofilen, which are provided with channels 22, 24 into which the window panes 16, 18 are inserted tightly. The space 26 between tween the panes is hereby closed tightly and relatively dust-free, which is considerably reduced by the need for cleaning. If cleaning is sometimes necessary, this can be done relatively easily in that the upper frame part, which can be attached to the legs of the frame part 10 by means of screws, is lifted off. The blind follows, which is also easily accessible for maintenance, replacement or repair.
In all cases shown, the window frame is provided with a stop flange which, when the window is attached, comes to rest against a lining frame or a wall. The flange extends in a plane which is parallel to the plane of the window panes. In Fig. 4 the flange 26 'is attached to the frame part 10 near the outside of the same. For windows that are rotatable about a horizontal, central axis, the flange 26 'extends upwards also along the vertical Be th about to the twist and corresponds to a similar flange or a similar stop edge on the chuck frame above the pivot.
A flange 28 can be provided all around the frame on a side-hung window, as shown in FIG.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the frame consists of an outer frame part 10cc and an inner frame part 10b, which are insulated from each other by a packing 30 in a channel in one frame part, into which channel a flange of the other frame part protrudes. The frame part 10b is shown here with a flange 32 over which a pack 34 is folded, which is intended for sealing between the frame and the surrounding fodder frame or the surrounding wall surface.
The connection between the frame parts 10a, 10b can be achieved in that the inner walls of the corresponding metal profiles are pressed against the pack between them, for example by rolling along the entire length of the profiles or by pressing the material of the channel walls on certain , separate positions. The straight upper frame piece is designed in a corresponding manner in two parts 14a., 141), which are joined together with a pack 36 interposed.
This frame piece is releasably attached to the frame 10a, 10b and forms a holder for a blind or other shielding device, as in the previous embodiment. The window could also have three panes arranged one behind the other.
