Description
Verfahren zum Giessen eines eine Einlage enthaltenden Kunststoff-Formk¯rpers.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Giessen, z. B. zum Spritzgiessen, eines eine Einlage, z. B. aus Faserstoff, enthaltenden Kunststoff-Formk¯rpers, unterVerwendung von flüssigem Kunststoff und einer z. B. ein-oder mehrteiligen Form.
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren besteht darin, dass die Form mindestens auf einem Teil ihrer dem auszugiessenden Hohlraum zugekehrten Oberfläche mit einem z. B. pigmen- tierten, transparenten oder farbigen Kunst- harz überzogen und hierauf die Einlage in den Hohlraum eingebracht, dieser letztere mit Kunststoff ausgegossen und hierauf der Formkorper ausgehärtet wird.
Das tTberziehen der Form oder eines Teils derselben auf ihrer dem auszugiessenden Hohlraum zugekehrten Fläehe mit Kunstharz kann dureh Tauehen, Streichen oder Spritzen erfolgen. Es wird dadurch erreieht, dass die Einlage, die zweckmässigerweise aus Faser- stoff, beispielsweise Glasfasern, oder aus organischen Fasern besteht, am fertigen Produkt von aussen nicht erkennbar und die ästhetische Wirkung nicht beeinträehtigt wird.
Die Durehfiihrung des Verfahrens kann beispielsweise wie folgt gesehehen :
Die dem auszugiessenden Hohlraum zuge- kehrte Fläche der ein-oder mehrteiligen Form wird in der erwähnten Weise mit einem pig- mentierten Kunstharz überzogen. Darauf wird die trockene oder bereits imprägnierte Faserstoffeinlage in den Hohlraum eingebraeht.
Wird die trockene Faserstoffeinlage eingelegt, so erfolgt ihr Imprägnieren nachträglich, wie Einspritzen von Kunststoff in die Forum.
Naeh diesem letzteren Arbeitsgang wird der Kunststoff in an sich bekannter Weise ausgehärtet. Zweekmässig wird eine Kunstharz- mischung verwendet, bei weleher das Verfah- ren bei Raumtemperatwr ohne oder mit Anwendung von zusÏtzlicher WÏrme und Druck durchgeführt werden kann. Dem flüssigen
Kunstharz wird zu diesem Zweeke ein ent sprechendes Härtemittel, beispielsweise ein
Peroxyd, zugesetzt. Durch Zusatz von Fa. rbstoff kann das s Kunstharz beliebig gefÏrbt sein.
Die Formen können a. us Holz, Kunststoff,
Glas, Gips, Zement, Gummi oder Metall be stehen.
Das beschriebene Verfahren kann zur
Herstellung von Plattenbelägen, Wellplatten,
SkibelÏgen, Kühlschrankgehäusen lmd-be- standteilen, BehÏltern, Möbel-und Karosserie teilen, Bootsh llen-und-bestandteilen, R¯hren und profilierten Sehienen sowie für Helme, Markierungstafeln, Beleuchtungskörper usw. verwendet werden.

The present invention is a method for casting, e.g. B. for injection molding, one an insert, e.g. B. from fiber, containing plastic molded body, using liquid plastic and a z. B. one-part or multi-part form.
The inventive method consists in that the mold on at least part of its surface facing the cavity to be poured with a z. B. pigmented, transparent or colored synthetic resin coated and then the insert is introduced into the cavity, the latter is filled with plastic and then the molded body is cured.
Covering the mold or part of it on its surface facing the cavity to be poured with synthetic resin can be done by dewing, painting or spraying. The result is that the insert, which expediently consists of fibrous material, for example glass fibers, or of organic fibers, is not recognizable from the outside on the finished product and the aesthetic effect is not impaired.
The process can be carried out, for example, as follows:
The surface of the one-part or multi-part mold facing the cavity to be poured is coated in the manner mentioned with a pigmented synthetic resin. The dry or already impregnated fiber insert is then baked into the cavity.
If the dry fiber insert is inserted, it is impregnated afterwards, like injection of plastic into the forum.
After this latter operation, the plastic is cured in a manner known per se. A synthetic resin mixture is used for the purpose, in which the process can be carried out at room temperature with or without the use of additional heat and pressure. The liquid

Peroxide added. The synthetic resin can be colored as desired by adding dye.
