Description

  

  Verfahren     zur        Herstellung    eines     sauren        Monoazofarbatoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines sauren       1tlonoazofarbstoffes,    welches darin besteht,  dass man 1     Mol    der     Diazoverbindung    aus     4-ter-          tiär        Amyl-l-aminobenzol    mit 1     Mol    1-Oxy-8       (4'-clilor)-phenoxyacetylaminonaphthalin-3,6-          disulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



       Ini    nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



       Beispiel:     16,3 Teile     4-tertiär-Amyl-1-aminobenzol     werden wie üblich     diazotiert.        ATan    vereinigt  die klare     Diazolösung    in Gegenwart von über  schüssigem     Natriumbicarbonat    bei 0-5  C mit  einer wässerigen Lösung aus 50 Teilen     1-Oxy-          fi    -     (4'-ehlor)    -     phenoxyacetylaminonaphthalin-          3,6-disulfonsäure.    Nach beendeter Kupplung  wird der ausgeschiedene Farbstoff     abfiltriert     und getrocknet.

      Der neue saure     Monoazofarbstoff    ist ein  rotes Pulver, das sich in heissem Wasser mit ,  roter Farbe löst und Wolle, Seide     und    synthe  tische     Polyamidfasern    aus neutralem oder  schwach saurem Bad in     eehten,    leuchtend  roten Tönen färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren' Monoazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol der Diazoverbindung aus 4-ter- t.iär-Amyl-l-aminobenzol mit 1 Mol 1-Oxy-8- (4'-ehlor) -phenoxyacetylaminonaphthalin - 3, 6- disulfonsäure kuppelt.
