Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung     eines    sauren     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren       Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches darin besteht, dass  man 1     Mol    der     Diazoverbindung    aus     1-Amino-          benzol-    2 -     sulfonsäure    mit 1     Mol    1-     Oxy-6-          decanoylaminonaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    kup  pelt.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  17,3 Teile     1-Aminobenzol-    2 -     sulfonsäure     werden in 50 Teilen kaltem Wasser und 100  Teilen     normaler        Natriumhydroxydlösung    ge  löst und mit einer Lösung von 7 Teilen Na  triumnitrit in 50 Teilen Wasser versetzt. Durch  Zugabe von Eis wird die Temperatur auf 5  bis<B>10'</B> gebracht. Man giesst hierauf     unter     Rühren 30 Teile konzentrierte     Salzsäure    auf  einmal zu und rührt bei 10 bis     15'1    bis die  salpetrige Säure     verschwunden    ist. Hierbei  scheidet sich die     Diazoverbindung    zum Teil  aus.

   Die Suspension der     Diazoverbindung    wird  mit der     wässrigen        Suspension    von 41,4 Teilen  des     Natriumsalzes    der 1-     Oxy-    6 -     decanoyl-          aminonaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    in 1200 Teilen  Wasser in Gegenwart von 20 Teilen     Natrium-          bicarbonat    bei 10 bis<B>15'</B> vereinigt. Nach be  endeter     Kupplung    wird der ausgeschiedene  neue     Farbstoff    filtriert und getrocknet.

      Er ist ein orangefarbenes Pulver, das sich  in     heissem    Wasser mit oranger Farbe löst und  Wolle, Seide und     Polyamidfasern    in lebhaften  orangen Tönen von guter Wasch-     imd    Schweiss  echtheit und sehr guter Lichtechtheit färbt.
