Process for the production of semolina or flour-shaped baked goods, such as breadcrumbs, children's flour, rusk flour, bread flour for animal feed, etc. So far, the production of semolina or flour-shaped baked goods, such as breadcrumbs, children's flour, rusk flour, bread flour for fodder purposes, etc. carried out as follows:
The dough was shaped like for bread and: The bricks were baked in the oven at around 220 C, which took around 30 to 50 minutes. After you finished baking, the loaves were put on cooling shelves. Then they were put on stands to dry. The drying usually took several days, depending on the size of the loaves. After drying, the loaves were checked to scrape off any burned areas with a knife so that no dark particles, such as breadcrumbs, appear in the product. Afterwards: the bread was broken and ground.
In most cases, the production of children's flour was as follows: First the starch of the flour was pasted with water, then dried on a drum dryer and then roasted. Roasting involves at least partial dextrination of the starch.
The present patent relates to a process by which semolina or flour-like baked goods are produced more quickly and efficiently. can be.
The method according to the invention is characterized in that a dough prepared from flour is placed on a running belt, which by means of a high-frequency oven; is passed through, in the latter the dough is baked and the pastries are dried and the dried product is then converted into a semolina or flour-like product by at least one comminuting device.
For example, you prepare a dough from flour and possibly other active ingredients with water and the addition of yeast or baking powder and possibly other baking aids and let it ferment for a certain time. Afterwards, the dough comes, for example, into a dough press, from which the mass is pressed onto a moving belt that runs through a high frequency oven. The dough is quickly baked in and the pastries are dried.
The belt then leaves the oven and the pastry is divided directly, for example by band saws, or split into pieces by a cutting device, which are broken, crushed or ground in a mill. The product obtained in this way is' possibly sifted and the flour or semolina thus obtained is finally packaged.
If further iDextrination is desired, the ground product is, for example, guided on a running belt through an oven heated with infrared lamps before packaging, where it is further roasted so that it is cooled and packaged after it emerges will.
The moisture content of the end products can partly be regulated by appropriate settings, the I-hole frequency apparatus and partly by a suitable speed of the conveyor belt.
The method according to the invention has significant advantages over the previous methods. This makes it possible to make flour-shaped baking products from your dough in about 8 minutes without touching the material by human hands. Fewer workers are required to carry out the new process. All that is needed is a small high frequency oven that is fully utilized. will. can. Like the moisture content, the roast strength can also be adjusted quickly and easily.
