En effet, d'une part, pour le cyrossiste la mise en bouteilles et le transport de celles-ci constituent une perte de temps. D'autre part, pour le détaillant le débouchage et la manipulation d'un grand nombre de bouteilles présentent de sérieux inconvénients.
La présente invention vise à remédier au itioitls en partie à ces inconvénients et l'appa reil qui en fait l'objet est. caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un récipient muni d'un bouchon avec robinet manoeuvrable à la main et d'une prise d'air, et un coffret polir recevoir le récipient et présentant. des moyens pour supporter ledit récipient renversé verti- ealement. avec le robinet dii bonehon dépas sant la face inférieure ouverte du coffret.

L'appareil représenté est, notamment prévu pour débiter du vin, mais pourrait être uti- lisé pour n'importe quel autre liquide. Une prise d'air constituée par un tube 5 recourbé à l'extérieur et. s'étendant jusqu'au fond du récipient 1 traverse le bouchon 2. Ce tube peut. être en verre ou en toute autre ma tière inaltérable au contact du liquide con tenu dans le récipient.
Le bouchon '2 est. retenu par un couvercle 6 fixé par une fermeture à genouillère 7 com prenant un levier articulé en 7' sur un an neau 7" solidaire du goulot et une boucle ve nant. s'accrocher à des crochets 8 solidaires du couvercle 6.
Le coffret. 1 présente des moyens pour sup porter le récipient 1 dans tome position verti cale renversée, le goulot: dépassant. la face inférieure ouverte du coffret pour permettre l'accès au robinet. 3. En tirant le liquide par le robinet 3, l'air traverse le li quide contenu dans le tube 5, ce liquide ayant pour but de purifier cet. air. On pour rait également disposer un filtre d'air à l'ex trémité du tube 5.
Un avantage de l'appareil décrit est d'être peu encombrant et facilement interchangeable comme un tout ou seulement en remplaçant le récipient.
