Exhaust gas discharge device for multi-cylinder internal combustion engines with exhaust gas turbine charging. The invention relates to exhaust gas discharge devices for multi-cylinder internal combustion engines, finite exhaust gas turbine charging. l # 'rl' are separate,
Preferably round exhaust pipes are routed around a centrally positioned guide part and attached to it, and the connecting pieces of all cylinders are of the same length and direction so that they open into the exhaust pipes in the same way. A wrapping of the abbot is finer,
-as lines attached independently of these nin guide part. The exhaust pipes are preferably not. chilled. The cover of the exhaust pipes can be carried out with or without a cooling device. The space between the cover and the exhaust pipes can also be filled with insulating material Allow the hot exhaust pipes to expand.
The design and fastening of the cover can be such that the cover does not come into contact anywhere with the hot exhaust pipes and that there is completely free expansion possibility for both parts. This prevents the hot exhaust gas from dissipating heat directly to the casing. The attachment of the envelope to the central guide part can be done by the same devices by which the exhaust pipes are attached. In the exhaust pipes z. B. be installed expansion pieces at their entrances into the turbine Ex.
In the accompanying drawings, some embodiments of the subject invention are shown ..

FIG. 12 shows a section corresponding to the line II-II from FIG.
Fig. 13 shows a variant in section in an embodiment with a cooled casing. According to Fig. 1, 1 to 8 are the cylinders of an internal combustion engine a, which receives its charging air from the fan 9 and emits its exhaust gases through the connection stubs 11 to 18 and the lines 11 'to 14' to the exhaust gas turbine 1.9. Cylinders 1 and 8 puff into exhaust pipe 11 ', cylinders 2 and 7 into exhaust pipe 12', cylinders 3 and 6 into exhaust pipe 13 ', and cylinders 4 and 5 into exhaust pipe 14'.
The exhaust lines l1 ', 12', 13 ', 14' are arranged around a pipe 20 in such a way that the connecting pieces 11 to 18 of all cylinders, which are each of the same length and direction, are attached to the upper side of the exhaust lines the same place and in an analogous manner. open into the exhaust pipes. But this could also be done below or on the side of the exhaust lines. The exhaust pipes 11 'to 14' are pressed against the pipe 20 by means of brackets 23.
Around the exhaust pipes 11 'to 14'. a longitudinally two-part Umhül treatment tube 21, 22 is arranged, which for the purpose of cooling, for. B. is formed with water, double-walled. This casing is held by the pipe 20 independently of the exhaust pipes 11 'to 14'.
From Fig. 3 it can be seen that the bracket 23 is each supported by a spring 24. Using the nut 25, which is attached to the bolt 26, can be pressed against exhaust pipes. The bolts 26 are seated on the central tube 20. This fastening arrangement allows the tubes 11 'to 14' to expand.
The two-part casing is fastened to the tube 20 by means of the bolts 26 and the head screws 7, which are screwed into the end face of the bolts 26. The envelope does not come into contact with the hot exhaust pipes anywhere. At the passage points of the connecting piece through the envelope, game is provided everywhere. The coolant, e.g. B. water, for the casing is supplied through the line 39 and the line 40 is discharged lFig% 1j.
Fig. 4 shows how the -z '± bscliltil) cover 28 of the envelope 21, ?? ain tube 20 is mounted displaceably.
Figures 5 and 6 show expansion pieces 12 "and 13". These allow free expansion of the exhaust pipes 1l. ' until 14 '.
According to Fi-. 7 \ to 10, 1 to 8 are the next cylinders of the internal combustion engine A, 11 to 18 are the connecting pieces leading out of the cylinders, and 11 'to 14' are the exhaust lines leading to the turbine 19. These are arranged around the pipe 20, as already described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, and connected to the central pipe 20 by bands 29, 30,
which are held together by visual screws 31. Springs 33 are provided under the screw nuts 32, in order to make the connection close to thermal expansion.
The envelope is uncooled and consists of two halves 34, 35, welehe by means of the connecting parts 36, for. B. made of sheet metal, the verbun are. The inside of the envelope 34, 35 can, as shown in Fig. 8, with a layer of thermally insulating material. 41, e.g. B. asbestos, be provided. However, the entire, free inner space of the sheaths surrounding the exhaust gas lines can also be filled with heat insulating material.
The casing parts are fastened to the pipe 20 independently of the exhaust pipes by the bolts 26 and the screws 37. The covering is designed in such a way at the passage points of the connection stub that it does not touch them anywhere. The covers or supports 28 and 38 of the sheath are conductively mounted on the central tube "0" in such a way that the guide part can expand to different degrees in relation to the sheath.
11 to 13 are 1 to 6 the cylinders of the internal combustion engine A. The connection pieces 11 to 16 lead the gases to the exhaust pipes 11 ', 12', 13 '. These lines are again arranged around a tube 20 and resiliently attached to the same by similar Vorrichtun conditions, as described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. The cylinders 1 and 6 exhaust through the common exhaust pipe 11 'into the exhaust gas turbine 19, the cylinders'' and 5 through the exhaust pipe 12 'and the cylinders 3 and 4 through the exhaust pipe 13'.
11 and 12 show an embodiment with an uncooled casing, and Fig. 13 shows a section through one with a cooled casing. The coolant, for example water, for the casing is passed through the line 39 is supplied and discharged through the line 40 ..
In the examples described, the gas discharge device is supported by means of the connecting brackets on the internal combustion cylinders of the machine and by means of the exhaust pipes on the exhaust turbine. Additional supports of a different kind could, however, also be seen in front of @; - es.
Furthermore, in the examples described, the envelope is formed such that it can be removed without dismantling the exhaust pipes connected to your centrally located guide part 20.
