Elastic support bearing, in particular for motor vehicles. The invention relates to an elastic support bearing, in particular for motor vehicles to support the body on the chassis frame, which is provided with two elastic buffers pushed onto a bolt, one of which is for support in the support device and the other in Direction perpendicular to it is intended.
The invention consists in that the bolt is provided with an internal thread and a fastening cap is screwed into it from one end of the bolt.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown. In detail, FIGS. 1 to 3 show the support bearing in longitudinal section, floor plan and cross section.
It denotes 1 the cross member of a chassis frame and 2 the longitudinal sill g of a vehicle body, in which a sheet metal style 4 provided with two (3 respective bushings 3 , for example by welding, is attached.
The body is supported against the frame by a. sleeve-shaped buffer 5 and a disk-shaped buffer 6. The buffer 5 is inserted with a tapered foot part 5a in a hole 6a of the buffer 6 < / B> tind both buffers stand on a footplate 7. In addition, both buffers have an elongated, approximately rectangular shape in plan. The FLissplatte 7 has a single support plate 15 rigidly connected,
for example point-welded. A bolt 8 is secured in place through the buffers 5 and 6 , which attaches the footplate 7 to the base plate with a splash 8a prevents it from sliding off the bolt 8 . This is provided with an upper threaded pin 9 and an internal thread 10 . A pan-shaped head plate 11 is placed on the buffer 5 and is secured there by means of a nut 12 and spring ring 13 , namely the head plate 11 . on the bolt shoulder # r 8b .
Between the buffers 5 and 6 there is a support washer 14 provided with screw holes and between the buffer 6 and the frame cross member 1 the already mentioned support plate 15 with lateral, upwardly projecting retaining webs 16 is inserted.
The entire support bearing is attached to the Sehweller 2 by means of screws 17 'screwed into the threaded bushing 3 and the connection to the frame cross member 1 by a screw 18 screwed into the internal thread 10 of the bolt 8 under the intermediate gear of a spring ring 19, a washer 20 and of a foot piece 21.
Any differences between the position of the bolts 8 and the screw holes 22 in the chassis frame are compensated for by correspondingly large diameters of these holes. For access to the socket wrench, there are 23 in the bottom of the carrier profile when the carrier profile is closed Mounting holes 24 provided.
The camp can also be used for any other purpose.
