Demontierbare Konstruktion.
Be sonders vorteilhaft sind Aluminiumlegierun gen.
Detachable construction. For the support of rubble and embankments, as well as for formwork during concreting, wooden walls are usually still used, which consist of beams or posts and boards. But you also need metal girders and planks, which when put together form a wall. Similar metal girders and planks can also be used to make work platforms, catwalks and decks. Use ceilings or temporary linings in tunnels when building railway tunnels, water pipes or in mines.
The present invention relates. now on a demountable construction with planks and beams, which at least at their connection points are made of metal, in particular light metal.
The planks have at least two Längslau Fende ribs on one and the same side, each having a foot (leg, flange) that comes to rest on the carrier, the attachment is made with the help of metal lenen connectors that are attached to one of the Elements (plank or beam) arranged to be longitudinally displaceable and with. each a flap are provided, which is formed on a wedge-shaped in cross-section, tapered to the edge foot (leg, flange) of the transversely placed other element (beam or plank) can be pushed and in this way presses both elements together. The connecting pieces can be arranged either on the girders or on the planks for longitudinal displacement.
The carriers are preferably T-profiles (for example similar to the railroad tracks) whose foot cross-section is tapered towards both edges, so that it forms a run-up and clamping surface for the sliding piece provided with a corresponding rag on both sides.
The sliding pieces advantageously consist of a sliding part which engages around a flange (foot) of one of the elements and in this way is held and guided by it. is, and from a tab arranged in the sliding direction, which can be pushed onto a flange of the other element and thereby creates a kind of wedge connection, while a stop is formed on the opposite side (in longitudinal section approximately in the form of a horn), which makes it easier to move the sliding piece when making or loosening the connection with hammer blows.
The planks must have at least two ribs. Planks with three ribs are very advantageous, of which at least the middle one has a flange-like foot used for fastening, so that it has the shape of an inverted T in cross-section, and which are transversely and against the ribs ver see side are slightly curved, so that when the plank is placed on a straight beam, the flange of the middle rib does not: lie on top. In this case, before clamping, the plank only touches the carrier with its two externally arranged ribs or with their feet.
In this way, the plank can spring a little in the middle, which is advantageous when it is stretched (clamped).
Planks with three ribs, at least the middle one having a foot. can be attached to the Ti ager by themselves. It is therefore easily possible to leave gaps between the long sides of the individual planks, so that a flat structure is obtained which is not completely closed.
In the case of planks with only two ribs, these are preferably attached to the two longitudinal edges. and have an inward-facing foot so that when decorating two planks with their long sides at the point of contact, a two-part flange is created over which the guide part of the fastening piece can be pushed; when clamping, the planks can not only be attached to the girders, but can also be clamped together. In this case it is advisable to make the feet strongly wedge-shaped in cross-section.
The constructions made with such planks are practically seamless, that is, they have no spaces between the longitudinal edges of the planks.
To achieve a better seal between the planks, their edges can be designed in such a way that they interlock with tongue and groove.
The drawing illustrates schematically two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 shows the connection of a plank provided with three ribs, shown in cross section, with a carrier shown in view, while Fig., \ 2 shows a cross section along the line aa in Fig. 1, the carrier in cross section, the plank and the slide can be seen in side view. FIG. 3 shows, in the same representation as FIG. 1, a way of connecting planks with only two ribs.
According to your example, see Fig. 1 and @@, the plank with three ribs has> feet 2a and 2b. Left and right, the edges of the adjacent planks are indicated by dashed lines. Before being clamped in the transverse direction, the plank has a curvature with a finite radius of curvature against the ribbed side, which is indicated by dashed lines. After you have clamped it is flat (solid lines).
The clamping on the carrier 4 is done by the sliding piece 3, the guide part of which unaklainniert the T-shaped foot and which has an obliquely arranged clamping tab 6 and the horn 5 at the opposite end. By hitting the horn: is the sliding piece 3 against the T-shaped support? driven and the inclined flap 6 pushed onto the wedge-shaped foot 7 of the carrier. whereby the plank 1 is clamped onto the carrier.
By suitable choice of the wedge 7, the connection is made self-locking. In this example, the sliding piece 3 sits only on the middle foot 2b of the plank 1, so that each individual plank 1 can be mounted independently of the others.
In the embodiment of Figure 3, two planks with two ribs each, whose inwardly directed feet 9 are strongly wedge-shaped, fixed with the aid of a slide 10 on the carrier 4; the Selaieber is put over two adjacent feet 9.
When the slide 10 hits the edge 7 of the carrier 4, which is wedge-shaped in cross-section, not only is the planks S fastened to the carrier 4, but the planks 5 are also simultaneously pressed together at their longitudinal edges, where the edges of the planks with groove and Spring can interlock.
The construction described can be used as a retaining wall, as formwork for concreting. as lining in tunnels, for the production of demountable silos for bulk goods of all kinds, etc. but also serve as a floor or ceiling.
If, for example, it is a question of the production of dismantlable silos for bulk goods of all kinds, either transversely arched plan ken with outwardly inclined outer ribs or flat planks with outwardly inclined outer ribs, so that either a hollow cylinder or a polygonal cross-section Container arises, with ring frames which can be dismantled and which come to lie on the outside are expediently used as carriers. If necessary, the cohesion can be increased with the help of ropes against internal pressure.
It is particularly advantageous to make the planks entirely from light metal, since, apart from their light weight and corrosion resistance, they offer the great manufacturing advantage that they can be made in one piece with the ribs and joints in the extrusion press. Aluminum alloys are particularly advantageous. The sliding pieces and supports are also preferably made of light metal. It is also possible to make the planks only partially from metal by riveting, for example, light metal rails as ribs on plates made of asbestos cement or from laminated wood glued with plastic. The beams can also be made partially of non-metallic material, provided they are made of metal at the connection points with the planks.
