Fig. <B>1</B> zeigt Rohrenden vor hergestellter Verbindung mit dem auf das eine Rohrende aufgestülpten Schla-Lichstüek; Fig. 2 zeigt eine hergestellte Verbindung; Fig. <B>3</B> bis<B>5</B> zeigen die in Fig. 2 darge stellte Verbindung bei verschiedener gegen seitiger Lage der Rührenden;
Auf das Ende des in Fig. <B>1</B> gezeigten Rohrstutzens<B>1</B> ist ein elastisches Schlauch- stüek 2 aufgestülpt. Das Schlauchstliek ist zweckmässig aus Gummi hergestellt. Fig. <B>6</B> zeigt das Schlauebstück im ungespannten Zu- stand;
Detachable connection of two pipe ends with an elastic piece of hose <B> and </B> method for establishing the connection. The invention relates to a releasable Ver connection of two pipe ends with an elastic rule Schlauehstüek, which is partly slipped onto one and partly onto the other pipe end. The connection according to the invention is characterized in that the inside diameter of one pipe end is at least four times the wall thickness of the hose piece greater than the outside diameter of the other pipe.
The method for producing the connection is characterized in that the elastic tube piece is partially turned up on the stirring end with a larger inner diameter, that furthermore one tube end is moved against the other in such a way that the untensioned end of the tube piece ins The inside of the stirring end with a larger inside diameter is turned inside out,
and that in addition the turned inside out tube piece part is turned over onto this tube end by inserting the other stirring end into the inside of the tube piece.
In the case of a connection for a suction device for broken threads on spinning machines, in which pipe sockets arranged on the central discharge channel are connected to removable suction pipes, the pipe socket can expediently have a larger inside diameter than the outside diameter of the suction pipe connected to it. It also recommends making the connection with the help of a tube piece, which has a cylindrical shape in the unstressed state.
By moving one or both of the stirring ends in the direction of the common axis of symmetry, the rolled-up tube piece part can advantageously be turned inside out in such a way that the tube piece rests with its line surface on the two tube parts.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the Ausfüh approximately examples shown in the drawing.
FIG. 1 shows pipe ends before the connection is established with the tube light piece slipped onto one pipe end; Fig. 2 shows a connection made; <B> 3 </B> to <B> 5 </B> show the connection shown in FIG. 2 with different opposite positions of the stirring ends;
FIG. 6 shows the hose piece in the untensioned state and FIG. 7 shows a sectional drawing of a spinning machine with a device for sucking up broken threads, which shows an example of a connection according to the invention shows.
Identical parts of the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing are provided with identical reference numbers.
An elastic hose piece 2 is slipped onto the end of the pipe socket <B> 1 </B> shown in FIG. The hose tail is expediently made of rubber. FIG. 6 shows the loop piece in the untensioned state;
it consists of a section of a cylindrical rubber tube. This behaves well, the large difference between the diameter of the unstretched tubular socket and the socket <B> 1 </B> means that the turned-over part of the eye-face style adheres well to the surface of the braid and also when there is a greater amount of tension acting in the longitudinal direction voltage does not slip.
To improve the adhesive effect, the nozzle surface could be provided with grooves. In the right-hand part of FIG. 1, the end of the pipe <B> 3 </B> that connects to the connector <B> 1 </B> is shown.
The internal diameter of the connecting piece <B> 1 </B> is four times the wall thickness a of the hose piece larger than the external diameter of the pipe <B> 3, which in turn is slightly larger than that The inner diameter of the Selilauehstüekes is.
To establish the connection, the end of the pipe 3 is moved against the untensioned end of the Sehlatiehstilekes 2, this being wrapped around into the interior of the pipe socket. The end of the tube can then be easily inserted into the turned-up tube section without the aid of any means. In doing so, put the Sehla-Liehstück on the end of the pipe. This arrangement is shown in FIG. 21.
The pipe <B> 3 </B> can easily be moved in the direction of the arrow shown without the eye piece being pulled off the socket <B> 1 </B>.
If the tube <B> 3 </B> is moved to the right from the position shown in FIG. 2, the end of the Selilauelistüekes resting on the tube <B> 3 </B> initially remains unchanged, while to the right of the nozzle end the hose wall is folded uni ". This arrangement is illustrated in FIG. 3.
When the tube 3 is moved further in the direction of the arrow drawn in, the arrangement shown in FIG. 4 is finally set. The right end of the Selila-Lielistül-kes has been completely uni-turned from the inside to the outside, so that the Sehla-Liehstück rests with its inner surface on the pipe ends.
In terms of fluid mechanics, this arrangement results in the smallest flow losses when a liquid or gaseous medium is passed through the connection.
In the position shown in FIG. 4, the tube 3 can easily be moved further to the right in the direction of the arrow drawn in, the end of the hose piece being the surface of the tube 3 / B > glides. To release the connection, the pipe <B> 3 </B> can be pulled out completely from the Sehlauelistliek.
The end of the tube <B> 3 </B> can also be moved to the left from the position shown in FIG. 4. Since the inside diameter of the pipe socket <B> 1 </B> uni four times the wall thickness of the tube piece is greater than the outside diameter of the pipe <B> 3 </B>,
can see the Sehlauehstüek on the in Fig-. <B> 5 </B> - as shown, turn inside out in the space between the surface of the pipe <B> 0 '</B> and the inner wall of the extension <B> 1 </B>. In this gap, two layers of the Selilauieh wall are on all sides.
With a further movement in the direction of the indicated arrow, the arrangement shown in FIG. 2 is brought about, from which the pipe 3 can be moved far to the left.
The described connection enables one pipe end to be easily shifted in both directions of movement in the folded-over hose style.
Furthermore, it allows the elastic tube piece to be slipped easily and quickly onto one end of the tube without the tube end in question having to be expanded by hand or with an auxiliary device for the purpose of inserting the tube end.
An example of the connection according to the invention is shown in FIG. <B> 7 </B> shown for a Spiniiiiiasehine, which is equipped with a device for sucking - broken threads.
The spinning machine has a 4 "stretch mechanism. The roving yarn drawn off from a bobbin <B> 5 </B> is stretched. After the stretching process, the thread <B> 6 </B> gets one Guide, run, device, <B> 7 </B> on the spinning bobbin <B> 8 </B> and is spun and wound at the same time.
If a thread roar occurs in the Streekwerk, the sewing thread part is no longer wound on the spinning spool <B> 8 </B>. Rather, it will get caught on the tight thread webs and bobbins and cause disturbances there, which can have further thread crumbs in the <U> entourage </U>. To prevent this danger, a suction device is provided for each thread balin.
This has a sowing pipe <B> 9 </B>, which on the side facing the drafting system opens into a suction nozzle <B> 10 </B> through which air is constantly sucked in. The suction pipe <B> 9 </B> is connected to the connecting piece <B> 11 </B>, which is arranged on the central discharge channel 12.
The filling channel. opens at one end of the spinning machine into a filter device, not shown, for separating the removed fiber material from the air stream. The filter device is connected to a fan (not shown), which constantly looks at air through the satellite nozzles <B> 10 </B>.
During a certain operating time of the spinning mill, visible contaminants can be deposited in the interior of the suction pipes, which must be removed periodically. The sow pipe <B> 9 </B> is detachably connected to the pipe socket <B> 11 </B> of the discharge channel with the aid of the described connection.
This arrangement ensures that the suction tube can be easily removed, whereby when it is reinserted, the elastic tube protruding firmly onto the socket 11 does not have to be expanded by hand or with any aids, which is due to the limited space behind the Streekwerk parts would be difficult to implement.
The reinsertion of the suction pipes <B> 9 </B> is made possible by the fact that the pipe socket has a larger <B> 0 </B> inside diameter than the outside diameter of the suction pipe connected to it.
The repair of a thread bridge is facilitated by the fact that the suction nozzles <B> 10 </B> are temporarily removed from <B> 5 </B> their working position in the area of the running threads, which is done with the help of the described Connection can be made in a particularly simple and easy manner. After the repair has been completed, the suction nozzle can be brought back into the immediate vicinity of the running thread.
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments shown. Rather, the inner diameter of one end of the pipe could be more than four times the wall thickness greater than the outer diameter of the other end of the pipe.
