Calendar timepiece. The present invention relates to a calendar timepiece, comprising a mechanism for manually adjusting the dates. This timepiece is charac terized by the fact that there stem of the winder carries - a head adjusted in - a recess in the crown in such a way that the crown is attached to the stem, but can perform a slight axial displacement with respect to it, the crown being integral with a barrel actuating a control member of the date wheel for manual reset of the latter.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention and several variants.
Fig. 1 is a plan view, with a partial section of the timepiece.
FIG, 2 is a schematic section following II-II of FIG. 1, on a larger scale. Figs. 3, 4 and 5 are sections analogous to those of FIG. 2 of three variants.
The timepiece shown com takes an additional plate 1 carrying the calendar mechanism. The latter runs a toothed wheel 2 making one revolution in twenty-four hours, controlled by a wheel 3 carried by the hour gun. The wheel 2 carries a pin 4 driving the finger 5 mounted idle on the axis of the wheel 2 and cooperating with a - star wheel 6 of thirty-one teeth which is integral with a date indicator hand, not shown. A jumper 7 also cooperates with the wheel 6. The timepiece further comprises a mechanism for manual reset of the dates.
For this purpose, the stem 8 of the winder carries, screwed onto it, a tangular rec head 9 fitted in a rec tangular recess 10 of the main body 11 of the crown. The latter further comprises a barrel 12 having a base 12a ser tie in the body 11. This barrel partially closes the recess 10 so as to prevent the head 9 from coming out. The head 9 and the crown are joined in an equal manner. The depth of the recess 10 is greater than the thickness of the head 9 so that the crown can perform slight axial displacements with respect to the head 9.
The barrel 12 actuates a slide 13 fixed on the plate 1 by a screw 14 and guided by an ankle 15. This slide has a shoulder 13a cooperating with a heel 16a of a lever 16 articulated at 17 on the plate 1 and whose l 'end is intended to engage between the teeth of the wheel 6 to move the latter during the manual reset. The lever 16 is biased by a spring 18 bearing on a nose 16b of this lever.
This spring thus tends, by means of the slide 13, to maintain the crown in the position shown in FIG. 1, position from which it can be moved axially inward to perform the manual focus of the dates. To bring the rod 8 into its time-setting position, it suffices to pull on the crown. The displacement which then takes place is sufficient so that, when the crown is pressed, with the aim of returning the rod 8 to the winding position, the slide 13 is not tinted.
In the variant of FIG. 3, the barrel 19 belonging to the crown has a head 19a forced into the recess 20 of the main body 21 of the crown. A clearance 22 is applied in the head 19a of the barrel; this clearance is intended to receive the head 9 which is screwed onto the remon toir rod, not shown. The variant of FIG. 4 differs from that of. fig. 3 by the fact that the head 23a of the barrel 23 is screwed into the recess 24 of the main body 25 of the crown.
Finally, in the form of execution. of fig. 5, the recess 26 of the main body 27 of the crown opens onto the face of the crown. The head 28, which is screwed onto the winding stem, has a projection 28a passing through the opening of the recess 26 and flush with the crown in the rest position of the latter.
Thanks to this arrangement, when the winding stem is in its time-setting position, it is possible to press directly on the projection 28a to pull the stem into its winding position, which excludes any risk. inadvertent operation of the device for manually focusing the dates.
