Description

  

  <B>Support vitré pour au moine un feuillet.</B>    La présente invention a pour objet.     iui     support vitré pour au. moins     un    feuillet, des  tiné à maintenir ce feuillet dans une posi  tion relevée, support dans lequel ce feuillet  s'insère entre deux plaques dont l'une au  moins est- transparente et dans lequel le bord  inférieur de l'ensemble formé par les deux  plaques et le feuillet est, introduit     dans    au  moins une rainure     que    présente une monture  formant un socle.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet  de l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 est une vue de face en élévation;  la     fig.    2 une vue de côté.  



  La     fig.    3 est une vue en plan de la partie  inférieure du support.  



  Un feuillet 2, portant par exemple une  photographie, est inséré entre deux plaques  de verre 3 et 4 en ayant sa face contre la  plaque antérieure 3. Le bord inférieur de cet  ensemble est introduit dans une rainure 6,  faite dans un socle de bois 5 dont l'épaisseur  vaut deux à trois centimètres dans sa partie  rainurée qui est coupée en deux tronçons 55  et 5b' par une     entaille    7. Le bord antérieur  du socle est parallèle à la rainure et est  arrondi     cylindriquement.     



  A partir d'environ un centimètre en ar  rière de la rainure, la planchette formant le  socle est plus mince et s'étend assez loin pour  assurer la     stabilité    de     l'ensemble.    Cette     partie          suipporte,    contre sa face supérieure, située    <B>plus</B> bas que les bords supérieurs de la rai  nure, un levier 8 dont l'axe perpendiculaire  à cette face est déterminé par une vis 9 et est  situé entre les deux extrémités de ce levier  dont     l'une    porte un galet en caoutchouc 10  qui la dépasse et     qui    est monté sur le levier  par une vis 11 dont l'axe est parallèle à celui  de la vis 9.

   La     partie    épaisse     5b-5b'    du socle  présente une entaille 12 à sa partie posté  rieure<B>pour</B> que le bras du     levier    qui porte  le galet 10 puisse pénétrer entre les deux par  ties 5b et 5b' et venir en contact avec la  plaque 4.

   Les     positions    des deux vis sont     chou-          sues,    conjointement. avec les dimensions cru  levier et du galet, de telle manière que  celui-ci rencontre cette plaque lorsque le plan  passant par les deux     axes    forme un angle de  quelques degrés avec le plan qui est normal  à la plaque et qui passe par l'axe du levier,  c'est-à-dire lorsque le levier est dirigé     obli-          quement    par rapport aux côtés du socle rec  tangulaire.  



  On comprend donc qu'en     manoeuvrant    le  levier 8 à partir de cette position oblique  dans le     sens    qui rapproche le galet du milieu  de la largeur, on détermine     une    poussée des  plaques vers l'avant et une     compression    cor  respondante du galet élastique ainsi que la  fixation de ces plaques dans la rainure par  les forces de frottement qui résultent de cette  poussée. En effet, le moment de cette force  de compression par rapport au bord anté  rieur de la rainure est équilibré par le -couple      des     forcés    de réaction du socle appliquées  l'une à ce bord antérieur et l'autre dans le  bas du flanc postérieur de la -rainure.  



  Le socle pourrait être épais sur toute sa  largeur et assez pour que le levier puisse  être logé     dans    un évidement de sa face     infé=          rieure;    le galet étant     alois    fixé sous le levier  et de manière qu'il agisse dans le milieu de  la hauteur de la rainure. Il fixerait alors l'en  semble des plaques en le     maintenant    poussé  contre le flanc antérieur de la rainure qui dé  terminerait alors l'inclinaison de     l'ensemble     quel que soit son jeu dans la rainure.  



  La face du socle contre laquelle le levier est  monté pourrait être perpendiculaire aux       plans    contenant les flancs de la rainure. L'en  taille 7 n'est pas indispensable     pourvu    que  l'entaille 12 découvre une partie centrale de  la plaque 4.

  A sheet 2, bearing for example a photograph, is inserted between two glass plates 3 and 4 with its face against the front plate 3. The lower edge of this assembly is introduced into a groove 6, made in a wooden base 5 whose thickness is two to three centimeters in its grooved part which is cut into two sections 55 and 5b 'by a notch 7. The front edge of the base is parallel to the groove and is cylindrically rounded.



  From about a centimeter behind the groove, the plank forming the base is thinner and extends far enough to ensure the stability of the whole. This part supports, against its upper face, located <B> lower </B> lower than the upper edges of the groove, a lever 8 whose axis perpendicular to this face is determined by a screw 9 and is located between the two ends of this lever, one of which carries a rubber roller 10 which exceeds it and which is mounted on the lever by a screw 11 whose axis is parallel to that of the screw 9.

   The thick part 5b-5b 'of the base has a notch 12 at its rear part <B> for </B> that the arm of the lever which carries the roller 10 can penetrate between the two parts 5b and 5b' and come in contact with the plate 4.

   The positions of the two screws are broken together. with the dimensions of the lever and of the roller, in such a way that the latter meets this plate when the plane passing through the two axes forms an angle of a few degrees with the plane which is normal to the plate and which passes through the axis of the lever, that is to say when the lever is directed obliquely with respect to the sides of the rec tangular base.



  It is therefore understood that by operating the lever 8 from this oblique position in the direction which brings the roller to the middle of the width, a thrust of the plates forward and a corresponding compression of the elastic roller as well as the fixing of these plates in the groove by the frictional forces which result from this thrust. In fact, the moment of this compressive force relative to the anterior edge of the groove is balanced by the torque of the reaction forces of the base applied one to this anterior edge and the other in the lower part of the posterior flank of the base. the -rainure.



  The base could be thick over its entire width and enough for the lever to be housed in a recess on its lower face; the roller being alois fixed under the lever and so that it acts in the middle of the height of the groove. He would then fix the set of plates by keeping it pushed against the front side of the groove which would then determine the inclination of the assembly whatever its play in the groove.



  The face of the base against which the lever is mounted could be perpendicular to the planes containing the sides of the groove. The size 7 is not essential as long as the notch 12 uncovers a central part of the plate 4.

1-m. lever whose axis is perpendicular to this face and is located between the two ends of this lever, one of which carries a roller of compressible material which exceeds it, roller, whose axis is parallel to that of the lever, and in that said part of the base which carries the lever is shaped so that the aforesaid roller can come into contact with the rear plate of said assembly, the positions of the two axes being chosen, together with the dimensions of the lever and the ga let ,

in such a way that the latter meets the said rear plate when the plane passing through the two axes forms an angle of a few degrees with the plane which is normal to the plate and which passes through the axis of the lever, so that by maneuvering the lever in the direction which decreases this angle, one determines a thrust of the plates towards the front and their fixing in the groove.

SUB-CLAIM: Support according to claim, in which the lever is mounted on the upper face of the base, characterized in that this face is lower than the upper edges of the. groove and in that the grooved part is cut at least at the rear of the groove, down to the lower level of the roller at least, (4 so that this roller can come into contact with the rear plate.
