Racket for clockwork movement. [, the present invention relates to a. racket for a clockwork movement having a device for fixing the balance-spring at its outer end mounted on an element which can be moved relative to the cock, characterized in that it comprises a device for guiding the balance-spring at an intermediate point of its length. gueur, consisting of a pin and a key, capable of being brought closer to one another,
one of these two parts being. carried by the racket and the other by a lever my pivoting tee on the racket.
The appended drawing represents, by way of nonlimiting example, one embodiment of the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1. is. a plan view of the racket.
Fig. 2 is a partial section of the rack along the line II-II of FIG. 1. The handle 52 pivots around the rivet 48 riveted in the racket 10. It carries a pin 53 which is fixed to the handle 52 by riveting. This pin 53 passes through a buttonhole 54 formed in the racket 10. The racket 10 carries, on the other hand, a key 55 fixed by riveting on this racket.
The profile of this key is arranged in its lower part 55a so as to serve as a protective heel for the pin 53 (FIG. 2); between this lower part 55a and the lower part of the pin 53 is placed the hairspring, not shown.
We see from what has just been explained that, in order to adjust the passage of the hairspring, it is no longer necessary, as until now. in known adjustment devices, to bend the pin in one direction or the other, an operation which lacks all precision and regularity, and which, moreover, is small. be harmful from the point of view of the good conservation of the pin, but it suffices, on the contrary, to rotate the lever 52 around the rivet. 4-8 one way or the other.
In this maneuver, the pin 53, driven by the handle 52 of which it is integral, moves away or approaches, depending on the direction known as the pivoting of the handle 52, of the key 55, until it comes into contact. of the hairspring facing part 55a of this key, at the end of travel in the direction of approach. The hairspring is pinched. If it is desired to maintain a calibrated beat of the hairspring, it suffices to leave the pin 53 of a diameter such, in its reinforced part which faces the space 56, that this diameter can come into contact with the part. corresponding key 55 without the balance spring. tightened by bringing part 55a of key 55 together with the corresponding thinned part of the pin.
The play left to the hairspring is therefore exactly calibrated.
The controller 52 can. be performed by cutting in a sheet of metal, for example nickel or steel, in which the pin 53 is riveted after drilling a hole for its fixing in said handle. You can reverse the arrangement of the components, and fix the key instead of the pin on the pivoting lever. In this case. pin is fixed in relation to the racket and it is the key which moves in the direction of the pin, to tighten the hairspring.
Pin and key are riveted hard, that is to say so as not to be able to move relative to their support, while the lever is riveted greasy, that is to say with soft friction. Finally, the. pin and. the. key can, in an advantageous manner, be manufactured by turning.
When the joystick carries the key, it can always be executed by cutting it out of metal.
