Elektrisch angetriebene Maschine zum Mischen, Kneten und Hacken. Diese Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine elektrisch angetriebene Maschine zum Mi schen, Kneten und Hacken, mit einer in Ro tation versetzbaren Schüssel und einer gegen dieselbe auswechselbaren Hackvorrichtung und einem bei eingesetzter Schüssel neben dieser befindlichen, säulenförmigen Teil des Maschinengestells, der einen Arm trägt, von welchem ein Schläger zum Mischen und Kne ten sich in die Schüssel erstreckt, um mit dein Innenumfang der Schüssel 7iisammenzuwir- ken,
welche Maschine durch Auswechseln der Schüssel gegen die Hackvorrichtung für Ro tationsantrieb und durch Umkippen der Ma schine über das eine Ende des Maschinen gestells zum Hacken benützbar gemacht wer den kann.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist als Aufnahme behälter für aus der Hackvorrichtung ausge stossenes Hackgut eine kreisförmige, mit zen traler, ausgebohrter Nabe versehene Sehale vorhanden, welche sich mittels der Nabe zwecks Benützung der Maschine zum Hackei. drehbar auf einem vom säulenförmigen Teil des Maschinengestells vorstehenden Zapfen montieren lässt.
Zw'eekmässig kann die Schale auf die zur Aufnahme von Misch- und Knet gut dienende Schüssel passend aufgesetzt wer den, wobei bei aufgesetzter Schale die aus gebohrte Nahe auf einem vom Tragarm des Schlägers gegen die Schüssel vorstehenden Zapfen sitzen kann, auf welchem der Schläger beim Mischen drehbar gelagert ist.
Die Achse des Zapfens am säulenförmigen Gestellteil kann parallel zu der die Achse der Hackvor- richtung enthaltenden Vertikalebene verlau ten, so dass das ausgestossene Hackgut der Hackgut-Aufnahmeschale ein Drehmoment erteilt.
Die mit der Schale überdeckte Schüssel kann bei Nichtgebrauch der Maschine als Aufbewahrungsbehälter für verschiedene Zu behörteile der Maschine dienen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung veransehaulieht die beilie gende Zeichnung.
Fig. 1 ist. eine Seitenansicht der Maschine bei deren Verwendung als Il ackmaschine. Fig. 2 ist, ein Grundriss der Maschine nach Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht der Maschine, in welcher die Maschine mit daran montierter Schüssel und mit der dieselbe deckenden Schale gezeigt wird.
Die Maschine besitzt einen hohlen, recht eckigen Sockel 1, an dem rechtwinklig eine Säule 2 befestigt ist. In den Sockel 1 ist ein nicht gezeichneter Elektromotor eingebaut, der eine nicht gezeichnete Welle antreibt, mit nelcher eine ebenfalls nicht. gezeichnete Nabe am Boden einer zylindrischen Mischschüssel 3 (Fig. 3) oder wahlweise die Welle einer sich drehenden Haekvor richtung 4 in Eingriff ge bracht werden kann. Ein Hülsenkörper 5, welcher einen mit einem Kopf versehenen Arm 5a trägt, ist. drehbar auf der Säule 2 ge- lagert.
Wenn die Maschine zum Mischen oder Kneten verwendet wird und ihre Schüssel 3 auf die genannte Nabe aufgesetzt ist, ist ein nicht gezeichneter Schläger so angeordnet, dass er mittels eines Zapfens 6 von genann tem Arm nach abwärts in_ die Schüssel 3 reicht, damit der Schläger mit dem innern Umfang der Schüssel in Berührung kommt sind durch dieselbe in Drehung versetzt wird. Ausserdem ist ein nicht gezeichneter Abstrei fer derart ausgebildet, dass er an einem zwei ten, in einem Lager 5b an der Seite des Hül senkörpers 5 drehbar angeordneten Arm auf gehängt werden kann.
Die Abstützung des Sc ägers und des Abstreifers ist nicht dar- ges tellt, da sie für die vorliegende Erfindung nicht. von Belang ist.
Ein tief geflanschter zclindriseher, von einer Schale gebildeter Deckel 7, welcher mit einer zentralen Nabe 7a versehen ist, welche auf jeder Seite des konischen Bodens 7b vor steht, ist so ausgebildet, dass er über die Schüssel passt, wobei die Nabe 7ct aiLsgebohrt ist, um einen Zapfen 8 aufzunehmen, welcher hei montierter Hackvorrichtung im Abstand von deren Ausstossöffnung von der Mantel fläche der Säule 2 gegen die Rotationsachse der Hackvorrichtung vorsteht.
Wenn die Maschine nicht in Gebrauch ist, können die Hackvorrichtung 4, der Abstreifer und der Schläger in die Schüssel 3 gelegt und der Deckel 7 kann dann auf dieselbe auf gesetzt werden, um genannte Teile vor Staub zu schützen, wie dies in Fig. 3 gezeigt wird. Das hackgut rollt gegen den Umfang des Deckels abwärts und wird gleichmässig verteilt.
Die Füsse 9 am Hülsenkörper 5 und am einen Ende des hohlen Sockels sind durch Gummistützknöpfe 9 gebildet. Sie dienen nur zum Gebrauch, wenn die -Maschine als Hack- maschine verwendet wird.
