La présente invention a pour objet une montre à remontoir et mise à l'heure au pen dant; cette montre est caractérisée par le fait que le pendant est formé de deux parties arti culées l'une sur l'autre de manière qu'il puisse être ouvert et fermé, l'une de ces parties pré sentant une butée destinée, lorsque le pen dant est fermé, à empêcher que la couronne puisse être amenée dans sa position de mise à heure, et par le fait qu'un tronçon de la tige du remontoir est en contact avec une pièce de la boîte lorsque la tige est en position de re montage, de manière à empêcher que la boîte puisse être ouverte, le tout de telle manière que, lorsque le pendant est fermé, la mise à l'heure de la montre et l'ouverture de la boîte soient impossibles.

La boîte de la montre représentée com prend une carrure-lunette 1, à laquelle est fixée une glace 2 et dans laquelle se visse un fond 3. Le remontoir est au pendant. Le tube du pendant est désigné par 4 et le pendant par 5. Ce dernier est formé de deux parties désignées par 5a et 5b articulées en 6 l'une sur l'autre, de telle manière qu'il peut être ouvert ou fermé. Les parties 5a et 5b se ter minent chacune par une boucle 7, ces deux boucles étant destinées à recevoir un lien 8, plombé en 9, empêchant que le pendant puisse être ouvert.
La partie 5a du pendant présente une saillie 5c destinée à former butée pour la couronne 10 du remontoir et à. empêcher que cette dernière puisse être amenée en position de mise à l'heure, comme représenté dans les fig. 4 et 5, tant que le pendant est fermé.
La tige du remontoir, désignée par 11, présente un tronçon 11a, de plus grand dia mètre, destiné à pénétrer dans une encoche 12 pratiquée dans le rebord fileté du fond 3, lorsque la tige 11 occupe sa position de remon tage. Lorsque la tige 11 est tirée dans sa posi tion de mise à l'heure, la partie 11a quitte l'encoche 12 et le fond 3 peut être tourné et ainsi être dévissé. La présente disposition per met, en plombant le pendant 5 dans sa posi tion fermée, d'empêcher simultanément l'ou verture de la boîte et la mise à l'heure de la montre, ce qui peut être avantageux pour effectuer certains contrôles.

The case of the watch shown com takes a caseband-bezel 1, to which is attached a crystal 2 and in which a caseback 3 is screwed in. The winder is in the pendant. The pendant tube is designated by 4 and the pendant by 5. The latter is formed of two parts designated by 5a and 5b articulated at 6 on each other, in such a way that it can be opened or closed. The parts 5a and 5b each end with a loop 7, these two loops being intended to receive a link 8, sealed at 9, preventing the pendant from being opened.
Part 5a of the pendant has a projection 5c intended to form a stop for the crown 10 of the winder and to. prevent the latter from being brought into the time-setting position, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, as long as the pendant is closed.
The winding stem, designated by 11, has a section 11a, of greater diameter, intended to enter a notch 12 made in the threaded rim of the bottom 3, when the stem 11 occupies its winding position. When the rod 11 is pulled into its time-setting position, the part 11a leaves the notch 12 and the base 3 can be turned and thus be unscrewed. The present arrangement makes it possible, by sealing the pendant 5 in its closed position, to simultaneously prevent the opening of the case and the setting of the time of the watch, which may be advantageous for carrying out certain checks.
