Tool holding device on drilling machines. The subject of the present invention is a tool holding device on drilling machines, a handling of the tool used in any position with its axis inclined against the drive axis of the drilling machine, which is marked by a flexible shaft, which on the one hand to their connection to the drill head of the drill Fastening device and on the other hand has a bearing head for receiving the working device to be rotated, further characterized by means which enable the bearing head to be fixed in the desired position relative to the drive shaft of the drill.
As a locking means, a handlebar can be provided, which consists of two mutually longitudinally displaceable parts with the help of slots and pins and the ends of which can be pivoted on the bearing head on the one hand and on the fastening device on the other hand and can be fixed by means of screws and the parts can also be fixed against each other by means of a Screw are lockable.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in a simplified Dar position. The main parts are as follows: A hand drill 10 with guide part 11 and drill head 12; a flexible shaft 30, which at one end has a fastening device 40 which is detachably connected in the drill head of the drilling machine and on the guide part and at the other end a bearing head 50 for receiving the implement 46 to be rotated.
To determine the bearing head in ge the desired position relative to the drive shaft of the drill, which allows handling of the implement in an inclined position with its axis relative to the drive axis, a link 60, which allows any bending of the flexible shaft in which the axes of the bearing head and the fastening device 40 containing drawing plane and its fixation allows, and means before seen, which allow the rotation and hard position in any rotational angle position of the fastening device 40 relative to the drive axis of the drill 10.
For this purpose, the otherwise rotationally symmetrical parts 41 and 51 of the bearing head or the fastening device on the side facing the viewer each have a milling surface parallel to the plane of the drawing, in which a threaded bolt 42 or 52 is inserted into the parts. To these Ge threaded bolts, the two parts 61 and 62 forming the handlebars are pivotable, one of which has a longitudinal slot 64 and the other two pins 63 and 63 'guided in the slot and which are longitudinally displaceable in this way. The wing nuts 43 and 53 are used to fix the two link parts on the bearing head and the fastening device.
The wing nut 65 on the pin 63 'is used to fix the two link parts against one another, that is to say to adjust the distance between the bolts 42 and 52.
The fastening device 40 at one end of the protective hose 31 of the flexible shaft consists of a cylinder 54 with longitudinal slots 55 and a clamp 56 with a clamping screw 57, which can be pushed over the drill head 12 and fits on the guide part 11, so that it can be rotated in any angle on the guide part 11 screwed tight who can.
The bearing head 50 at the other end of the protective tube contains ge means of balls superimposed a working cone 44 which is driven directly from the drive shaft of the drill via the flexible shaft 30 and on which an auxiliary drill head 45 to take on the tool 46, according to the drawing one Drill, is attached.
The device described enables drilling work to be carried out in otherwise inaccessible angles using commercially available hand or column drilling machines. Depending on the size of the device and the permissible effort, two parallel levers 60 may be necessary.
