Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von     p-Propylureido-benzalthiosemicarbazon.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von     p-Pro-          pyltireido-benzalthiosemicarbazon    der Formel

    welches dadurch     gekennzeichnet    ist, dass man  den     Propylester    der     Isoeyansäure    auf p  Ainino-benzalthiosemicarbazon einwirken lässt.  Die Umsetzung wird vorzugsweise in einem  Lösungsmittel, wie z.     B.        Pyridin,    Aceton,     Di-          oxan,    vorgenommen.  



       Beispiel:          1?,25    Gewichtsteile     p-Amino-benzalthio-          semicarbazon    werden in 40 Gewichtsteilen     Py-          ridin    gelöst und mit 5,67 Gewichtsteilen     n-Pro-          pylisocyanat    vermischt. Das Gemisch wird  über Nacht stehen gelassen und dann in ver  dünnte     Salzsäure    gerührt. Das abgeschiedene  kristallinische Reaktionsprodukt wird abge-    saugt und mit Wasser gewaschen. Dann     wird     es in heissem Alkohol gelöst und durch lang  same Verdünnung der Lösung mit Nasser  kristallinisch ausgefällt und abgesaugt.

   Es  wird mit verdünntem Alkohol, Äther und  Wasser nachgewaschen und getrocknet. Man  erhält 11 Gewichtsteile     p-Propylureido-benzal-          thiosemicarbazon    als gelbliches Kristallpulver  vom F. 205      (Zers.).     



  Das Produkt soll als Heilmittel verwendet  werden.

       Example: 1.25 parts by weight of p-amino-benzalthiosemicarbazone are dissolved in 40 parts by weight of pyridine and mixed with 5.67 parts by weight of n-propyl isocyanate. The mixture is left to stand overnight and then stirred in dilute hydrochloric acid. The precipitated crystalline reaction product is filtered off with suction and washed with water. Then it is dissolved in hot alcohol and precipitated in crystalline form by slowly diluting the solution with water and suctioning off.

   It is washed with diluted alcohol, ether and water and dried. 11 parts by weight of p-propylureido-benzal thiosemicarbazone are obtained as a yellowish crystal powder with a melting point of 205 (decomp.).



  The product is intended to be used as a remedy.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von p-Propyl- ureido-benzalthiosemicarbazon der Formel EMI0001.0027 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den p-Pro- pylester der Isocy ansäure auf p-Amino-benzal- thiosemiearbazon einwirken lässt. Das erhaltene Produkt bildet ein gelbliches Kristallpulver vom F. 205 (Zers.).
