  <B>Verfahren zur Herstellung von</B>     p-n-Butylureido-benzalthiosemicarbazon.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von     p-il-Bu-          tylureido-lieiizalthiosemicarbazon    der Formel

    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       den        ii-Butylester    der     Isocyansäure    auf p  Ainiiio-beiizalt.liioseinicarbazon einwirken lässt.  Die Umsetzung wird vorzugsweise in einem       LÖSluigSinittel,    wie z.

   B.     Py        ridin,        Aeeton,        Di-          oxan,        vorgenommen.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  9     Gewichtsteile        p-Amino-beiizalthiosemi-          carbazon    werden in 40 Gewichtsteilen     Pyridin     gelöst und mit 9 Gewichtsteilen     n-Butylisoeya-          nat        vermischt.    Das     Gemisch    wird über Nacht  stellen gelassen und darauf in verdünnte Salz  säure gerührt. Das als dickes öl abgeschiedene  Kondensationsprodukt wird abgetrennt, in       verdünnter    Natronlauge aufgenommen, die    Lösung nach Zusatz von Tierkohle filtriert  und das Filtrat mit Essigsäure angesäuert,  wobei sieh das Kondensationsprodukt als lang  sam erstarrendes öl ausscheidet.

   Nach einigem  Stehen wird das feste Produkt abgesaugt, ge  trocknet und aus einem Gemisch von Essig  ester und Benzol umkristallisiert. Man erhält  das     p-n-Butylureido-benzalthiosemicarbazon     als gelbliches Pulver vom Zersetzungspunkt  195 .  



  Es soll als Heilmittel verwendet werden.
