Lamellenstore.

Slat blinds. The subject of the invention is a slat blind in which the slats are suspended from swivel frames rotatably mounted on the pull-up shaft by means of support straps, and a tension member engaging the bottom slat for lifting and lowering the blind can be wound around a drum of the pull-up shaft.
In previous venetian blinds of this type, a drive for actuating the tension member to raise and lower the store is provided, while the adjustment of the individual lamellae in their open or closed position takes place by means of a second drive which is usually operated by means of pull cords.
The aim of the invention is to bypass this second drive and to raise and lower the store and allow the adjustment of the individual slats by the same drive with which the winding shaft of the store is operated. This is achieved according to the invention in that when the store is lowered, a coupling device is triggered by the unwinding tension member, which couples the mounting shaft with the swivel frames of the support tapes, with the swivel frames being rotated and the lamellae adjusted by further actuation of the mounting shaft.
In the drawing, two Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are shown.
1 is a vertical longitudinal section through part of a housing in which the drive elements of the blind are arranged.
Fig. 2 is a top view of this housing part.
Fig. 3 shows part of the Antriebsvorrich device inside the housing on a larger scale.
FIG. 4 is a section along the line IV-IV of FIG.
FIG. 5 is a section along line VJ-V of FIG. 4.
Fig. 6 is a similar section to Fig. 4, but in a different working position of the parts. Fig.7 and 8 are similar sections as Fig. 4 and show part of the Antriebsvor direction with open and closed slats.
9 and 10 are sections along the lines IX-IX and X-X of FIG.
FIGS. 11 and 12 are sections similar to FIGS. 9 and 10 with the slats in the open and closed positions.
13 is a longitudinal section through part of the housing of the drive members according to the second embodiment.
Fig. 14 is a plan view of this housing part.
15 and 16 each show a section along the line XV-XV of FIG. 13 in two different working positions.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 denotes a housing that is open at the top and in which a continuous shaft 2 is rotatably supported in bearing supports 3. The shaft 2 can be driven in both directions of rotation, for example by means of a hand crank via a gear 4 with a friction lock 5. The friction lock prevents rotation of the shaft 2 under the influence of the torques exerted on the shaft by the weight of the lamellas. Such a transmission is described in Patent No. 279162. A sleeve 6 is rotatably mounted on the shaft 2, at the two ends of which arms 7 are firmly connected to it.
Each arm 7 is rigidly connected via two pins 8 arranged symmetrically to the shaft axis to a second arm 9, which is also rotatable with respect to the shaft 2. On the pins 8 two chains 10 and 11 are hung on, at the lower ends of which the supporting bands 12 and 13 of the slats 14 are attached (Fug. 4). The chains penetrate through transverse slots 15 in the bottom of the housing 1.
A coil spring 16 wound around the shaft 2 is supported at one end on the housing 1 and acts with the other end against one arm 9 in order to constantly move onto the two swivel frames 7, 8, 9 of the lamellar support straps that are firmly connected to one another by the sleeve 6 Exercise rotary action and place this against a stop 17 fixed on the housing.
Between the two arms 7 and 9 of each swivel frame a pulling roller or drum 18 is arranged on the shaft 2 and is firmly connected to the shaft by means of a clamping screw 19 (FIG. 5). The roller 18 is provided with a circumferential groove 20. At the bottom of the groove, one end of a steel band 22 is attached at 21, which can be wound around the roll.
The steel strip is guided downwards between two guide rollers 23, which are located in an opening in the housing bottom, and penetrates through a slot 24 of each lamella 14 in order to engage the lowermost lamella in a known manner, not shown.
A helical spring 26 is arranged in a radial opening 25 of the roller 18, the inner end of which is supported on the shaft 2, while its outer end acts against a pin 27 which can be displaced in radial slots 28 of the roller 18. The pin 27 carries two latches 29 which, when the spring 26 is compressed, are located within the circumference of the roller 18, as shown in FIG. The pin 27 is normally held by the steel band 22 wound in the groove 20 of the roller 18 at the inner end of the slots 28 and the spring 26 is compressed.
Only when the steel strip is completely unwound when the blind is completely lowered, the pin 27 is released from the steel strip and the spring 26 then presses the pin against the outer end of the slot 28 into the position shown in FIG. 6; the bolts 29 connected to the pin are also displaced outwards and now protrude over the circumference of the roller 18.
Fig. 4 shows the position of one of the pivot frames with a partially lowered store. The bolts 29 are held within the circumference of the roller 18, and since the steel band is still partially wound on the roller, the pin 27 carrying the bolts is held by the band 22 at the inner end of the radial slots 28-. The swivel frame 7, 8, 9 is held in the position shown in FIG. 4 by the helical spring 16 (Fug. 1 and 2).
The slats 14 carried by the transverse webs 30 of the carrier tapes 1'3 are in an inclined position, namely they are inclined obliquely downwards towards the inside from the outside, in that in FIG. 4 as well as in FIGS Outside of the window means. If the transmission 4 and the shaft 2 slats reach their lowest end position, which is rotated further in the direction of arrow a until that is the case in FIG. 6, the steel strip 22 is unwound from the roller 18 so far that it catches the pin 27 has released. The bolts 29 are now in the position shown and protrude over the circumference of the roller 18.
The arm 7 is still in the same position as in FIG. 4, in which the spring 16 tries to keep it. If the gear 4 is now turned further, the latches 29 come into engagement with the lower of the two pins 8 and rotate the entire swivel frame 7, 8, 9 about the axis of the shaft 2 against the action of the spring 16.
When the arms 7 and 9 reach their horizontal position, which is shown in Fig. 7, the chain 10 has lowered and the chain 11 raised, and the straps 12 and 13 have been lowered and raised accordingly, with the transverse webs 30 in horizontal Position ge were brought so that the slats 14 also if their horizontal position, that is, their open position, assume. If the shaft 2 is rotated further in the same direction (arrow cs), the suspension frame finally reaches the position according to FIG. 8, in which the arm 7 abuts against the fixed stop 17 and the shaft 2 can no longer be rotated.
The lamellae 14 have now reached the correct closing position in that they are inclined obliquely downwards outwards from the inside.
The swivel frame 7, 8, 9 readily remains in any intermediate position between the positions according to FIG. 6 and FIG. 8, into which it was brought by actuating the gear 4, because the friction lock 5 causes any rotation of the shaft 2 in the opposite direction to the arrow ca prevented, so that the lamellae can assume any position between the end positions shown in FIG. 6 iuid FIG.
In the position according to FIG. 8, the arm 7 of the swivel frame hits the fixed stop 17 and thereby prevents further rotation of the aiming shaft in the direction of arrow a, which would cause the blind to be pulled up in the wrong direction of rotation. In order to lift the blind, the winding shaft 2 must therefore be actuated in the opposite direction of rotation so that the steel strip 22 winds around the roller 18 in the correct direction.
If the slatted blind is to be pulled up from the position according to FIG. 7 or 8, that is to say the blinds are to be opened, the gear 4 is operated in the opposite direction and the shaft 2 is rotated in the direction opposite to that of the arrow direction a. The swivel frame 7, 8, 9 also rotates in the opposite direction as a result of the action of the spring 16, and the slats are adjusted from the position according to FIG. 8 via the position according to FIG. 7 to that according to FIG. The frame 7, 8, 9 then remains in the position according to FIG. 6, since it abuts against the stop 17.
If, however, the roller 18 from the position according to FIG. 6 continues to rotate in the clockwise direction by further turning the shaft 2, the pin 27 carrying the bolts 29 gets inside the winding steel band 22 and is pushed radially inward by this, the bolts being pushed back in the position according to Fig. 4. The winding steel strip pulls the slats upwards into the raised position of the blinds according to FIG. 1, and when the gear 4 is no longer actuated, the shaft 2 remains blocked in its position due to the friction lock 5.
It has been shown that the coupling latches 29 of the winding roller 18, which come into engagement with a pin 8 of the swivel frame when the store is completely lowered, only allow the slats 14 to be adjusted when the store is completely lowered. In order to allow adjustment of the slats even in intermediate layers of the store between completely lowered and completely raised position, the device described below was created.
As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 9 to 12, the shaft 2 carries outside the one swivel frame 7, 8; 9 a cam 31 which is clamped on the shaft 2 by means of a sleeve 32 with a set screw 33. With the arm 9 of the frame 7, 8, 9 two ring discs 34 and 35 are firmly connected by means of rivets or screws 36. On this ring washers a pawl 38 is pivotally attached to a pin 37, one end 39 of which cooperates with the cam 31.
The pin 37 carrying the pawl is fastened with respect to the arms 7 and 9 at such a point of the discs 34 and 35 that it was in normal rest position of the frame 7, 8, 9 when it was under the pressure of the spring 16 the position 4 or 6, is above the shaft 2, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. The Klin kenende 39 on the one hand of the axis 37 is heavier than the pawl end 44 on the other hand of the axis, so that in the position of the pawl shown in Fig. 9 and 10, its end 39 rests on the circumference of the cam 31 due to its weight.
The cam 31 has an indentation 40 and a notch 41, which are separated from one another by a nose 42. When the shaft 2 rotates in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 9 when the lamellae are lowered, the pawl end 39 slides first over the circular circumference of the cam and then over the indentation 40 onto the nose 42.
If the shaft 2 is rotated rapidly, so the slats are quickly lowered to their lowest position, the pawl end 39 skips the notch 41 and comes from the nose 42 directly back to the circular circumference of the cam, and the store normally sinks into their lowest position, as was described ben with reference to FIGS. 4 and 6, by the pawl end 39 jumps over the notch 41 with each revolution of the shaft 2 and cam 31 without falling into the notch.
But if the shaft 2 and the cam 31 rotated slowly in the direction of arrow a who the, the pawl end 39 comes after Pas Sieren the nose 42 in engagement with the notch 41 of the cam, as shown in Figure 10; the rotating cam transmits the Drehbe movement to the pawl 38 and since this is attached to the Ge alternate 7, 8, 9, the same is also granted a rotary movement.
In the position according to FIG. 11, the arms 7 and 9 have been rotated into their horizontal position: in which they have pivoted the lamellae 14 into their open position. The store can be left in this position, in that the friction lock 5 prevents the balance from pivoting backwards and the shaft from rotating in the opposite direction to the arrow direction a.
If the shaft 2 is further rotated into the position according to FIG. 12, the cam 31 has the pawl 38 and the Ge alternate 7, 8, 9 rotated so far that the lamellae 14 have reached their normal closed position. The blind can also remain in this position in that the friction lock 5 prevents the shaft 2 from rotating in the opposite direction, and the pawl end 39 cannot fall out of the cam notch 41 with which it is held in engagement, even in this position.
If, however, the shaft 2 is rotated further in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 12, the rear end 44 of the pawl comes into contact with an inclined surface 43 fixed on the housing 1. This inclined surface presses the pawl end 44 radially inward; the pawl pivots about its pivot 37 and the opposite end 39 of the pawl is disengaged from the notch 41 of the cam. Under the action of the spring 16 (FIG. 1) the now released frame 7, 8, 9 with the pawl 38 is pivoted back into the position shown in FIG. 9, whereby the lamellae 14 again assume the position shown in FIG.
By turning the shaft 2 further, the blind can now be lowered further, and when the notch 41 comes into engagement with the pawl end 39 again, the above-described process of pivoting the frame 7, 8, 9 is repeated with each revolution of the shaft 2 or cam 31 once per revolution. The slats can therefore be brought into the position according to Fig. 11 or Fig. 12 in a number of intermediate layers between the raised and completely lowered blind.
In the case of the slat blinds described, the adjustment of the individual slats can therefore only be achieved by actuating the blind drive to lower and raise the blind, and no additional cords are required with which the slats have been in their open or closed position until now were adjusted.
13 to 16 show a second exemplary embodiment of the slat blinds. The tension member for raising and lowering the slats 14 is no longer a steel band, but a cord or a. Cable 45 used. Since this cable, due to its thickness, cannot be wound up in superimposed layers like the thin steel strip, a drum 46 is used for winding it up, which has such an axial length that the cable.
when the blind is completely raised, it can be wound up in a single layer of adjacent spiral windings. The drum 46 rotates with the winding shaft @ and is secured at both ends by means of a sleeve 47 each clamped on the shaft against axial displacement with respect to the shaft. For the first cable turn, a screw groove 50 is provided on the drum, which guides the cable and prevents the cable from falling over the edges of the drum. One end of the shaft 2 is provided with screw thread 48 and carried in a bearing forming a threaded nut 49.
When the shaft 2 rotates, it is therefore axially displaced, and the drum, which rotates at the same time as the shaft, also makes this axial displacement. The cable 45 is unwound according to the direction of rotation of the drum or wound onto the same, but the vertically depending cable end attached to the bottom lamella remains in the same axial plane and the lamellae themselves only moved vertically up or down who the. The end of the shaft 2 opposite the thread 48, not shown, is connected, as in the first example, to a gear (4, FIG. 1), the coupling of the shaft to the gear being designed so that the shaft is constantly with it during its axial displacement remains coupled to the transmission.
A sleeve 6 on. the shaft 2 again connects the two swivel frames 7, 8, 9 for hanging up the chains of the slat carrying straps, not shown; it is only one of those shown for the frames. The coil spring 16 wound around the sleeve 6 counteracts this. the arm 7 and strives to hold the frame in the position shown in FIG. To adjust the slats, the drum 4.6 is designed in the same way as the Rol len 18 in Fig. 4 and 6. Two bolts 29 are with. connected to the pin 27, which is displaceable in a radial slot 28 of the drum 46.
The bolts 29 are also adjustable in radial slots, and the spring 26 acting on the pin 27 tries to hold the pin at the outer end of the slot 28 and to push the bolts out of the drum. But as long as the cable 45 is still wound in the screw groove 50, the bolts 29 from the cable 45, which rests against a pin 51 carried by the bolts, keep ge within the circumference of the drum.
When the slats have reached their lowest stel development, which is the case in FIG. 15, the latches 29 were released from the cable and pushed out by the spring 26 from the drum. As the shaft 2 continues to rotate, the bolts come into engagement with the pin 8 of the frame and pivot it to bring the slats 14 into their open position or into the position according to FIG. 16, in which the slats have reached their closed position. In this position, the arm 7 strikes against the stop pin 17 fixed on the housing 1 and thus prevents further rotation of the shaft 2.
The pulling up of the slats can therefore not be done in the wrong direction of rotation of the shaft 2, but you are forced to rotate the shaft 2 in the opposite direction after lowering the store in order to open the store.
So that the slats can also be adjusted in intermediate positions between the open and the lowered position of the blind, a drum-shaped cam 31 'is clamped on the shaft 2, which has the same profile over its entire length as the cam 31 in Fig. 9 to 12: This cam rotates with shaft 2 and also moves along with it. On the two longitudinal pins 8 of the frame, the two discs 34 and 35 are welded, which, as in FIGS. 3 and 9 to 12, carry a pivotable pawl 38.
This pawl interacts with the cam 31 ', in the same way as was described in the first example with reference to FIGS. 9 to 12, with the cam 31 with each rotation of the shaft 2 when the store is slowly lowered 'Is taken over part of a rotation and since the frame 7, 8, 9 is pivoted, which moves the slats into the desired position, until the inclined surface 43 triggers the pawl again by turning the shaft 2 and the frame under the action of Spring 16 is pivoted zurückge in its normal position according to Fig.15.
The cam 31 'takes part in the axial displacement of the shaft 2 and moves through the rings 34 and 35 during the lowering or lifting of the blind, while the pawl 38 is constantly in contact with the Noeke.
