Briquet. La présente invention a pour objet un briquet, notamment destiné à faire partie d'un porte-plume, d'un porte-mine ou d'un objet analogue. Ce briquet comprend un boî tier, un organe de guidage extérieur s1éten- dant le long d'une paroi de ce boîtier, un éteignoir, monté de manière à pouvoir être déplacé sur ce boîtier dans une position ou verte ou fermée, et. un organe de commande manuel de l'éteignoir.
Ce briquet est caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de commande manuel recouvre l'or gane de guidage extérieur et coopère avec cet organe d'une manière coulissante, pour se dé placer entre une position haute dans laquelle l'éteignoir est fermé et une position basse dans laquelle ledit éteignoir est ouvert, l'or gane de guidage étant façonné de manière à constituer une agrafe de fixation.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du briquet faisant l'objet de la présente invention.

Le briquet représenté à la fig. 1 comprend un réservoir cylindrique 1 pour du combus tible, et s'engageant télescopiquement dans l'extrémité supérieure d'un boîtier cylindrique 2 qui peut. être constitué par le corps d'un porte-plume ou d'un porte-mine. Un tube porte-mèche 3 s'étend vers le haut depuis la. paroi supérieure du réservoir 1 et un étei gnoir 4 vient reposer contre le tube porte- mèche 3. Cet éteignoir est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe 5 dans une position ouverte ou fermée.
L'axe 5 est supporté entre des oreilles 6 s'étendant vers le haut à partir de la paroi supérieure,du ré-, servoir 1. Un mécanisme (non représenté) produisant. les étincelles se trouve logé à l'in térieur de l'éteignoir 4, de telle manière qu'une flamme s'allume lorsque l'éteignoir est levé vers la. position d'ouverture et s'éteigne. lorsque l'éteignoir est fermé. Ce mécanisme connu ne sera pas décrit en détail.
L n organe 7 de commande au doigt est articulé à sa partie terminale supérieure, à l'éteignoir 4, au moyen d'un axe 8. L'organe 7 s'étend le long du boîtier 2 et recouvre une <B>t</B> agrafe élastique de fixation 9 qui, dans la forme d'exécution représentée, est fixée, à sa partie terminale supérieure, au réservoir 1. L'organe (le commande 7 coopère également d'une ma nière coulissante avec l'agrafe 9, des lan guettes 10 recourbées vers l'intérieur, repré sentées sur la fig. 2, étant prévues à, cet effet. sur ledit organe 7.
Un ressort de rappel 11 logé à l'intérieur de l'organe 7 est relié, d'une, part, par son extrémité inférieure à un cr o- chet 12, prévu .sur la face interne de l'organe 7 et, d'autre part, par sa partie supérieure à une languette 13 formée sur l'agrafe 9. De cette façon, la tension du ressort 11 rappelle, normalement l'organe 7 dans sa position haute représentée sur la fig. 1, position dans la quelle l'éteignoir .1 vient reposer contre le tube porte-mèche 3.
L'organe 7 est. pourvu d'un épaulement 14 permettant à l'usager d'agir facilement sur ce dernier avec le pouce ou l'index, afin de faire descendre ledit organe de commande au doigt; au cours de ce déplacement, l'organe de commande au doigt glisse vers le bas, le long de l'agrafe 9 et fait pivoter l'éteignoir 4 jusqu'à la position d'ou verture en allumant simultanément une flamme, comme on l'a décrit plus haut..
Lors que l'on cesse la pression du doigt, la tension du ressort 11 rappelle les organes à la posi tion représentée sur la. fig. 1, afin d'éteindre la flamme, l'organe 7 glissant vers le haut, au cours de ce déplacement, le long de l'agrafe 9. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, les organes de commande<B>du</B> mécanisme du bri quet constitués par l'agrafe 9 et l'organe 7 peuvent être démontés comme un tout avec le réservoir 1.

The lighter shown in fig. 1 comprises a cylindrical tank 1 for fuel, and telescopically engaging in the upper end of a cylindrical housing 2 which can. be constituted by the body of a pen holder or a mechanical pencil. A wick holder tube 3 extends upwardly from 1a. upper wall of the reservoir 1 and a gasket 4 comes to rest against the wick holder tube 3. This snuffer is mounted so as to be able to rotate about an axis 5 in an open or closed position.
The axle 5 is supported between ears 6 extending upwardly from the top wall of the tank 1. A mechanism (not shown) producing. the sparks are housed inside the extinguisher 4, so that a flame ignites when the extinguisher is raised towards the. open position and goes out. when the extinguisher is closed. This known mechanism will not be described in detail.
The finger control member 7 is articulated at its upper end part, to the extinguisher 4, by means of a pin 8. The member 7 extends along the housing 2 and covers a <B> t < / B> elastic fixing clip 9 which, in the embodiment shown, is fixed, at its upper end part, to the reservoir 1. The member (the control 7 also cooperates in a sliding manner with the clip 9, lugs 10 curved inwardly, shown in Fig. 2, being provided for this purpose on said member 7.
A return spring 11 housed inside the member 7 is connected, on the one hand, by its lower end to a hook 12, provided on the internal face of the member 7 and, d 'on the other hand, by its upper part to a tongue 13 formed on the clip 9. In this way, the tension of the spring 11 normally returns the member 7 to its high position shown in FIG. 1, position in which the extinguisher .1 comes to rest against the wick holder tube 3.
Body 7 is. provided with a shoulder 14 allowing the user to act easily on the latter with the thumb or forefinger, in order to lower said control member to the finger; during this movement, the finger control member slides down, along the clip 9 and rotates the extinguisher 4 to the opening position while simultaneously igniting a flame, as is 'described above ..
When the pressure of the finger is ceased, the tension of the spring 11 returns the members to the position shown in. fig. 1, in order to extinguish the flame, the member 7 sliding upwards, during this movement, along the clip 9. In the embodiment shown, the control members <B> of the </ B> briquet mechanism formed by the clip 9 and the member 7 can be removed as a whole with the tank 1.
