(8egenstand der Erfindung ist eine Schutzvorrichtung für Pflanzensetzlinge, insbeson dere fUr Gemüsesetzlinge, durch welche letztere je naeh Bedarf zum Beispiel gegen Nachtfrost und gegen zu starke Sonnenbestrahlung geschützt werden können.

Die dargestellte Schutzvorrichtnng ist vorzugsweise aus Leichtmetallblech hergestellt und hat die Form des Mantels eines abge stumpften Kreiskegels. Sie ist in halber Hoche unterteilt. Der engere Teil 2 bildet nach Fig. 1 genau die Fortsetzung des weiteren Teils l. und ist in eine ringförmige Rille 3 am Rand der engeren ölfnung des weiteren Teils 1 eingesetzt.

Die Aufstellung nach Fig. 3, wo der weitere Teil mit der engeren Öffnung unten aufgestellt und der engere Teil hineingestellt ist, eignet sich für kleine Setzlinge, und zwar sowohl zum Schutze derselben gegen Nachtfrost als auch gegen starke Sonnenbestrahlung.

So kann beispielsweise der weitere Teil allein, wie Fig. 2 und 5 zeigen, entweder mit seiner engen oder mit seiner weiten Öffnung nach oben aufgestellt werden. In beiden Fällen bietet der Schutz lediglich eine Abwehr gegen Schnecken. Der engere Teil kann, wie Fig. 4 zeigt, mit der engen öffnung nach oben aufgestellt werden und bietet dann kleinen Setzlingen Schutz gegen Nachtfrost, zu starke Sonnenbestrahlung sowie gegen Schnecken.

Schutzvorrichtung für Pflanzensetzlinge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Hohlkörper bildet, welcher in Teile getrennt ist, und dass sowohl die ganze Vorrichtung als auch die Teile jeder für sich allein verwendbar ist.
