Description
Ablauf mit Ablaufkörper aus oxydierbarem Material. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Ablauf mit Ablaufkörper aus oxydier- barem Material, insbesondere für Spültische.
Die Ablaufkörper solcher Abläufe wurden bisher verchromt. Die intensive Benutzung der Spültische hatte aber eine ziemlich rasche Abnützung des Verehromungsbelages am obern Rand des Ablaufkörpers zur Folge.
Durch den Ablauf gemäss der Erfindung wird dieser Nachteil dadurch behoben, dass der obere Rand des Ablaufkörpers durch einen rostfreien Stahlreif eingefasst ist. Dabei kann man trotzdem den übrigen Teil des Ablauf körpers verchromen.
Der rostfreie Stahlreif kann auf den Ab laufkörper aufgepresst sein und Flanschen aufweisen, die in den Ablaufkörper eingelas sen sind.
Beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt eine beispiels weise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegen standes. Darin ist Fig.1 ein Axialsehnitt durch den Ablauf und Fig.2 ein Grundriss desselben.
Der Ablaufkörper 1 aus oxydierbarem Material, beispielsweise aus Messing, hat an seinem untern Ende ein Kreuz mit. vier Ar men 2, die ein zentrales Siebhalterrohr 3 aus rostfreiem Stahl, beispielsweise Chromstahl mit 18 /o Chrom und 8% Nickel, tragen. Das von diesem Rohr aufzunehmende Sieb ist nicht dargestellt. Auf dem obern Rand 4 des Ab laufkörpers 1 ist ein Reif 5 aus rostfreiem Stahl, z.
B. aus Chromstahl mit 18 % Chrom und 81/o Nickel, aufgepresst. Dieser rostfreie Stahlreif 5 hat Flanschen 6 und 7, die in den Ablaufkörper 1 eingelassen sind, so dass ihre Aussenflächen bündig mit den Flächen 8 und 9 des Ablaufkörpers 1 verlaufen. Anstatt den Reif 5 aufzupressen, könnte man ihn auch auf andere Weise am Ablaufkörper 1 befesti gen.

The drain bodies of such drains were previously chrome-plated. The intensive use of the sink units, however, resulted in a fairly rapid wear and tear of the decorative covering on the upper edge of the drain body.
The drain according to the invention eliminates this disadvantage in that the upper edge of the drain body is surrounded by a stainless steel hoop. You can still chrome-plate the rest of the drain body.
The stainless steel hoop can be pressed onto the drain body and have flanges that are inserted into the drain body.
