Thread feeder device on a chainstitch sewing machine. The invention relates to a thread take-up device on a chain stitch sewing machine, which according to the invention:
sgemiiss has means which cause the leg leading to the needle eye of the thread loop pulled out of a thread tension regulator during the needle insertion by a movable part of the needle drive, exclusively under the effect of the thread tension occurring here, is automatically clamped.
Preferably, the part of the needle drive which causes the pulling out of the thread loop is a thread clamp consisting of a stationary part and a part that can be moved by the thread tension against the action of a restoring force, between the parts equipped with clamping edges the leg of the thread leading to the needle eye each loop is automatically attached. Such a thread clamp is relatively simple and cheap to implement.
The drawing line represents the subject matter of the invention in two exemplary embodiments, specifically FIGS. 1 and 2 show the head of a blind stitch sewing machine. the thread leveling mounted on it, partly in front view.
partly in section or in plan view, while FIG. 3 shows a thread dispenser device on the head of a Kettenstieli sewing machine. straight needle bar shows. According to Fig. 1 and 2 iS, t in the machine head. 1 of a blind stitch sewing machine, which has a cantilevered hollow arm 2 on the operating side, a transverse shaft 3 rotatably ge superimposed, the oscillating movement about its own axis is derived from the main shaft, not shown.
On the free end of the cross shaft 3 located within the hollow arm 2, a two-armed rocking lever is clamped by means of a Sehraubschelle 4, one arm 5 of which carries the needle clamp 6 for the curved Blindstiehna.del i and the thread feeder 8, while the second arm 9 is formed in the shape of a sector and is used to drive the thread gripper, not shown. On the circumference of the sector 9 in the middle of a radially directed pin 10 is screwed, which protrudes through a transverse slot 1.1 of the hollow arm 2 to the outside. and is used to pull out the thread loops.
There is a thread clamp. from a stamped part 12 of the shape shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and a two-armed lever 13, which is supported on one side and is easily pivoted on its bulged lower edge.
The punched piece 12 is screwed with its bow-like part 12a bent at right angles on the upper side of the hollow arm 2, where it is supported on the rear wall of the transverse slot 11 with tabs 12b bent down from the bracket part 12a. The vertical front wall of the punched piece 12 has two unequally wide cutouts on the upper edge, which are separated from one another by a strip 12c pushed out from the plane of the front wall by approximately the thickness of the sheet metal.
The one arm 13a of the double lever 13, which is provided with a passage opening for the thread 14, can be swiveled very little, with this bar 12e and a nose 12d projecting up to its plane on the second delimitation bar of the wider edge cutout, whereby: szin weight arm 13b seeks to rest on the nose 12d ..
The thread 14 runs. from the supply bobbin, not shown, via the usual thread tension regulator 15 mounted on the machine head 1 through the opening of the arm 13a of the pivot lever 13, through the gap between the left stop edge (FIG. 1) and the bar 12e, behind the latter,
through the narrow edge cutout 12e to the left and through the bore 12f at the free end of the punched part 12 protruding sideways over the machine head to the eye of the thread feeder 8 and finally to the eye of the blind stitching needle 7.
In: the fully drawn position of the two-armed rocking levers 5, 4, 9 carrying the needle clamp 6 on the one hand and the thread looper pulling pin 10 on the other, corresponding to the end of the needle retraction. the thread 1.4 is pretensioned so that the arm 13a of the pivoting lever 13 running through it rests against the stop lug 12d of the punched piece 12 under the action of its weight arm 13b.
The thread 1.1 is therefore jammed. in the gap between the bar 12e and the lever arm 13a. During the subsequent needle insertion, the pin 10 mounted on the segment 9 of the rocker arm 4, 5, 9 crosses the part of the thread running between the thread tension regulator 15 and your lever arm 13a and pulls it out to form the loop 14 'shown in broken lines, the thread 14 pulling the arm 13a by virtue of its tension of the lever 13: pulls against the bar 12c of the punched piece 12.
As a result, the leg of the thread loop 14 'leading to the needle eye or the part of the thread 1-1 running through the cutout 12e is automatically clamped and the part of the thread 14 used to form the loop 14' is only pulled out to the tension regulator 15.
When the needle arm or .des pin 10 falls, the predominant momentum of the lever arm 13b automatically releases the clamping of the thread 14 against the arm 13a of the lever 13 and the bar 12e of the punched piece 12.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3 is. : the punched part 12 of a thread clamp on the face of the machine head 1. a chain stitch sewing machine with a needle bar 16 guided in the usual way so that its effective parts protrude freely beyond the upper end of the machine head 1.
The thread clamp is again on a weight-loaded double lever 13 and this stamped part 1.2. a vertical front panel, which, however, differs from the embodiment according to FIGS. in a uni 901) twisted position by a double abge angled fastening part 12a of the punched part at a short distance parallel in front of the end face of the 'machine head 1 is held.
On a laterally projecting part of the front panel, the pivot lever 13 is mounted. Its horizontally positioned arm 13a, provided with the thread bore, again only slightly between the stop bar 12c delimiting an edge cutout 12c of the front panel and the nose formed by bending the upper plate edge 12d can swing out,
the downward facing crew eye arm 13b of the rocker arm 13 seeks to bring the arm 13a to abutment with the nose 12d .. The tightening of the thread loop takes over in this case the needle bar 16 itself, the upper end of which has a thread hole 16a through which the from the voltage regulator not illustrated presented incoming thread 14 fed to the bore of the lever arm 13a.
is from where he cut through the gap between the clamping edge of this lever arm and the lead 12c behind this and through the handout 12e. and the hole 12f at the lower free one. The end of the front plate of the punched part 12 reaches the thread feeder (not shown) or the cihr of the inner thread.
The mode of action corresponds. completely of the first embodiment described. With each needle penetration, a thread loop is pulled out of the mentioned thread tension regulator through the upper end of the needle bar 16 , whereby the leg of the thread loop leading to the needle is automatically tightened under the effect of the thread tension that occurs is clamped.
