Schuh.
Shoe. The invention relates to a shoe. The shoe according to the invention is characterized in that the insole and the upper are connected by a flexible design and an edging strip is arranged, with a folded part of the edging strip lying on the upper edge of the edging strip with a double seam that is invisible from the outside outwardly turned part of the upper and is connected to the insole.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown. 1 shows a partial view of the shoe, partly in section, Füg. Fig. 2 shows the first of the three working phases of the flooring of the shoe, Fig. 3 is a plan view of Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is the second working phase and Fig. 5 is the third working phase of the flooring.
The shoe shown is a women's, men's or children's shoe with a flexible bottom design. According to this design, the upper with its upper leather 1 and the lining 2 is turned outwards and connected to the insole 3 by clips 4, as is illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3. A leather strip 5 (Fix. 4) serving to surround the upper edge and insole is now attached to the named parts by means of the double seam 6 in such a way that the grain side is turned inward.
After a cork intermediate sole 7 has been glued onto the insole 3, the upward-standing part of the leather strip 5 is knocked down so that the double seam is covered and the grain side of the leather strip comes to lie on the outside. So then the downward part of the leather strip is glued to the underside of the inter mediate sole 7, as can be seen from Fig.5. Finally, as FIG. 1 shows, the outsole 8 is glued on.
Instead of using a pinched seam, the upper edge is connected to the insole 3 with the aid of metal clips 4. These brackets can. during or after the double seam has been attached. The edging leather strip 5 is connected together with the upper edge part to the insole by the double seam 6, which is covered by the leather strip itself.
The strip used for edging can consist of upper leather, suede, synthetic leather, plastic, impregnated and non-impregnated fabric. The edging strip could also be doubled up together with a frame and the latter could be enclosed in the edging strip.
