Spulenwickelmaschine.
Coil winding machine. The present invention relates to a coil winding machine, the drive motor of which rotates the coil core to be wound and a counter which can be adjusted to a predetermined number of turns when the machine is in operation; while one of the coil axis parallel threaded shaft for the reciprocating movement of the wire guiding device via a continuously variable transmission and an electromagnetically controllable reversing clutch is driven.
According to the invention, such a coil winding machine is characterized in that it has, as a continuously variable transmission, a friction ball transmission with a graduated dial for transmission control that is calibrated to the wire size, that the electromagnetically controllable reversing clutch has two fixed magnetic coils, one of which is dependent on the position move one with the wire guide device,
This wire guide device is energized in predetermined end positions by adjustable stops actuated electrical switch and thereby keeps the coupling engaged for one direction of rotation of the coupling via a movable armature lever common to both magnet coils, and further characterized in that electrical control means are arranged in the base box , via which the machine is automatically shut down when the predetermined number of turns is reached and if the wire breaks,
as well as by pressing a push button. can be brought about arbitrarily.
In the drawing, an automatic winding machine is shown as an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a top view without the wire roll stand; FIG. 2 shows a front view of the reversing clutch and wire guiding device and FIG. 3 shows a side view of the wire roll stand. In Fig. 4 such a winding machine is shown in a perspective view.
In this general arrangement drawing, only one of the two wire roll stands provided is shown: and only the most important parts are provided with reference symbols.
The drive motor .1 with the brake wheel 11 is controlled in its speed by the attached on the front of the base box 12 th control button 13 via a housed in the base box, variable Vorschaltwidexstand.
The motor axis 14 rotates the counter 2 on the one hand and the bobbin core 3 to be wound on the other, which is precisely axially clamped in the bobbin holder 31. This is designed as a support and can be displaced on two axially parallel guide axes 32. It is by means of a clamping device operated by the lever 33. at the desired location, corresponding to the length of the core to be wound, determined.
The counter 2 with the reset lever 21 is designed in a known manner so that it can be set to a specific number of turns at which the machine is to be stopped.
But while in the known winding machines after reaching the set number of turns, the motor switch is operated via a mechanical lever system, an electrical switching contact is arranged here in the counter, which is operated when the desired number of turns is reached and electrically controls the shutdown of the machine via a relay system .
4 with a continuously adjustable friction ball releasing gear is referred to, the drive axis 41 of which is rotated by the motor 1 via the belt drive 42 in a suitable reduction. Such transmissions are -in ge urged, reliable versions commercially available. A dial 43 calibrated to wire thicknesses can be rotated with respect to the marking point 44 and effects the corresponding setting of the gear ratio.
The output axis 45 of the regulating gear 4 is also the drive axis of the reversing clutch 5. The spur gears 51, 52 sit on this axis. On the output axis 53 of the clutch, the gears 54 and 55 are axially fixed, but freely rotatable, the gear 54 from Spur gear 51 via the intermediate gear 56, the gear 55 from the spur gear 52 is driven directly in the same translation. A coupling member 57, which is provided with cork plates to increase friction, is seated on the axis 53, fixed at the angle of rotation but axially displaceable.
The two fixed existing solenoids 61, 62 with their iron cores 63, 64 work together with a movable armature lever system, which consists of the armature 66 'rotatably mounted in point 65 and the articulated ver with this at 6 7, mounted in point 68 double lever 69 with lever head 69 'consists.
When the coil 61 is excited by direct current, the armature is pulled against the core 63 so that the lever head 69 'presses the coupling member 57 against the gear 55 and the output shaft 53 rotates in the opposite direction with respect to the axis 45. If. none of the coils is excited, the output shaft 53 remains at rest, and when the coil 62 is excited (see drawing), it rotates in the same direction as the shaft 45.
With the axis 53, the threaded shaft 71 is connected, which cooperates with the nut 72 so that the wire guide device 7, which is firmly connected to this nut and has two parallel guide pins, on the guide rod 73 depending on the momentary direction of rotation of the threaded shaft 71 to the left or right is moved. An electrical switch 74 is firmly connected to the wire guiding device and controls the excitation of the two magnetic coils 61, 62 depending on its position. It is actuated by two stop bolts 75 in predetermined end positions.
These bolts 75 can be brought exactly into the desired position by means of the fine adjustment screws 76 in the axial direction with respect to the stops 77, which can be roughly adjusted by the adjustment screws 79 on two axles 78 arranged below the threaded shaft 71,
so that the actuation of the switch and thus the reversal of the coupling takes place in precisely defined end positions of the wire guiding device 7. With the help of the rotary knob 71 'on the threaded shaft 71, the wire guide device can be brought into the desired starting position before a new bobbin is wound.
In the embodiment shown, a fine adjustment mechanism is also seen for the wire guide device 7, which essentially consists of the threaded spindle 70 carrying the wire guide device 7 and the nut 70 '.
The wire roll stand shown in Fig. 3 corresponds essentially to known designs. According to Fig. 1, two such wire reel stands are provided, which can be placed on the consoles 8 of the Grundka least 12. One of them is always in operation, while the other is used to prepare work for the next reel. The wire reel stand consists of the fixed part 81 with a base plate 82 and a rotatable roller 83.
In the fixed part, the axis 84 is rotatably clamped with brake plate 85, on which the wire supply roll 86 is tensioned by the spring 87. The one-armed roller lever 88 works via the linkage 89 with the regulatable compression spring 90 with a built in the base plate 82 Bremsvorrich device for the brake plate 85, so that the wire roll 86 is braked in the event of a wire break. The double lever 91 is provided with an adjustable counterweight 92 and works together with an electrical switching contact 93 that is actuated in the event of a wire break.
The switching contacts of the two wire reel stands can be connected to the relay system of the counter holder using the toggle switch 15 on the base box 12 so that the machine is also shut down if the wire breaks during operation. The push button switch 16, which is also connected to the relay system of the counter switch, allows the machine to be shut down at any time. The start-up of the machine takes place by actuating the switch 17 via the aforementioned relay system.
It can be operated in one direction or the other, depending on whether a left or right movement is desired for the start movement of the wire guiding device. The relay system and the magnetic coils of the coupling are fed by a direct current source, the drive motor by the alternating current network.
Such a winding machine enables the quick, layer-by-layer winding of flat and round coil cores with very fine winding wires by unskilled auxiliary personnel. It is particularly suitable for the series production of relay coils. The setting of the machine to a certain type of reel is very simple, in that only the stops for actuating the switch must be shifted accordingly, the wire size used on the dial and the prescribed number of turns on the counter.
The clamping of the coil core to be wound in the holder described can be done very quickly and easily. The actual wrapping takes place fully automatically. The replacement of all mechanical control systems by electrical control means enables the use of simple, space-saving structural elements, so that the dimensions of the entire machine can be kept relatively small.
