Biblorbapte. La présente invention se rapporte à un biblorhapte notamment pour classer des lettres, papiers, revues, journaux, etc.
Le biblorhapte faisant l'objet de la pré sente invention comporte une couverture, sur la face interne du dos de laquelle, et au voisi- tiage de chaque extrémité de ce clos, est assu jettie une barrette, et en ce qu'il comprend des crochets reliés par paires au moyen d'un organe élastique, l'un des crochets de chaque paire étant accroché à l'iuie des barrettes et l'autre crochet à l'autre barrette, chaque paire de crochets formant alors avec l'organe élastique correspondant un élément tendu entre les barrettes, destiné à retenir un document.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exeiu- ple, une forme d'exécution du biblorhapte faisant l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en perspective, l'un des panneaux de la couverture que com prend cette forme d'exécution étant partielle ment arraché.
La fig. 2 montre, à une plus grande échelle, une paire de crochets et un organe élastique reliant entre eux ces crochets.
Le biblorhapte représenté se compose d'une couverture présentant un dos 1 et deux panneaux 2 et 3 dont le second est partielle ment. arraché.
Sur la faee interne du dos 1 et au voisi nage des extrémités de ce dernier sont assu- jetties deux barrettes 4 et 5. Elles présentent des pattes 6 permettant de river leurs extré mités au dos.
Entre ces barrettes sont tendus des élé ments amovibles constitués chacun de deux crochets 7 et 8 (voir aussi fig. 2), reliés entre eux par un ressort 9, le tout étant métallique et la liaison étant obtenue, soit par soudure, soit en vissant les extrémités intérieures des tiges des crochets dans les spires du ressort, soit en écrasant ce dernier sur les crochets, ou par tout autre moyen.
Il est clair que, par suite du ressort inter posé, les éléments constitués par ce dernier et une paire de crochets, de longueur totale évidemment un peu inférieure à l'écartement des arêtes externes opposées des barrettes, exerceront une certaine traction sur lesdites barrettes et se maintiendront bien tendues entre ces dernières. Leur élasticité permet tant. d'autre part de les éloigner très facile ment de la. couverture, il suffit. de les intro duire chacun entre les feuilles d'une revue, d'une brochure, dans un document quel conque plié, pour fixer ces objets de faon amovible dans la. couverture.
Dans une variante on pourrait remplacer le ressort par un organe élastique en caout chouc.

The biblorhapte shown consists of a cover with a back 1 and two panels 2 and 3, the second of which is partially. ripped off.
On the internal face of the back 1 and in the vicinity of the ends of the latter are attached two bars 4 and 5. They have tabs 6 allowing their ends to be riveted to the back.
Between these bars are stretched removable elements each consisting of two hooks 7 and 8 (see also fig. 2), interconnected by a spring 9, the whole being metallic and the connection being obtained either by welding or by screwing. the inner ends of the rods of the hooks in the turns of the spring, either by crushing the latter on the hooks, or by any other means.
It is clear that, as a result of the interposed spring, the elements constituted by the latter and a pair of hooks, of total length obviously a little less than the spacing of the opposite external edges of the bars, will exert a certain traction on said bars and will stay tight between them. Their elasticity allows so much. on the other hand to move them away very easily from the. cover, it is enough. to introduce them each between the sheets of a magazine, of a brochure, in a document whatever folded, to fix these objects in a removable way in the. blanket.
In a variant, the spring could be replaced by an elastic member made of rubber.
