L'objet de la présente invention est un bracelet métallique extensible, comprenant une série longitudinaJe d'éléments dont chacun est relié<B>à</B> l'élément voisin par un ressort-lame disposé transversalement et fixé aux deux<B>élé-</B> ments qu'il relie en deux points distants l'un de l'autre. Ce bracelet est caractérisé par le fait que le ressort-lanie est fixé<B>à</B> l'intérieur des éléments qui forment boîtier.

Le bracelet représenté aux fig. <B>1 à 3</B> com prend un ruban<B>1</B> en acier<B>à</B> ressort plié sui vant une ligne sinueuse formant des<B>U</B> alter nés dieposés de part et d'a-Litre de l'axe longi tudinal du bracelet.
Sur les<B>U</B> sont engagés des éléments formés de deux parties 2 et<B>3</B> embouties emboîtées l'une dans l'autre et sou- dées l'une<B>à</B> l'autre par leurs bords. La forme de ces éléments est telle qu'ils s'ajustent sur l'extrémité arrondie du<B>U,</B> tandis qu'ils lais sent aux deux branches du<B>U</B> un jeu suffisant pour permettre l'extension du bracelet dans les limites admissibles délasticité du ruban.
<B>A</B> cet effet, les éléments sont légèrement éva sés de manière<B>à</B> présenter, au voisinage de l'axe longitudinal du bracelet, une ouverture un peu plus grande que l'écartement de base des branches des<B>U.</B> Les bords des élément-, présentent, en outre,<B>à</B> leur extrémité un déga gement<B>5,</B> dans le but d'augmenter la flèche permise aux ressorts-laines.
Pour empêcher les éléments de se dégager <B>du</B> ruban, leur partie inférieure présente un coup de poinçon formant un petit bossage intérieur 4 destiné<B>à</B> être engagé dans la bou- ele du<B>U.</B> Le fermoir du bracelet peut être d'un type usuel pour bracelet métallique ex tensible.
Les éléments du bracelet décrit seront., par exemple, en acier inoxydable. Les, éléments pourront aussi être formés d#une seule pièce emboutie, lorsque la matière utilisée s'y prê tera.
Dans la seconde forme d'exécution repré sentée aux fig. 4<B>à 6,</B> la liaison élastique entre les éléments est réalisée au moyen de ressorts- lames sensiblement droits<B>10</B> constituant dans chaque élément les branches d'un<B>U,</B> et dis posés transversalement et fixés chacun par l'une de ses extrémités<B>à</B> l'un des éléments et par l'autre extrémité<B>à</B> l'élément le plus voi- sin situé<B>de</B> l'autre cÔté de l'axe longitudi nal du bracelet.
Les éléments, de<B>f</B>orme géné rale rectangulaire, sont composés d'un bloc d'acier inoxydable<B>11</B> en forme d'étrier (voir fig. <B>5),</B> d'une plaque inférieure 14 et d'une plaque supérieure<B>13,</B> ces deux plaques étant fixées au bloc<B>11</B> ou- rapportées. Ce dernier présente dans sa base deux lentes 12 légère ment convergentes vers le plan de symétrie du bloc, ces lentes étant destinées<B>à</B> recevoir les extrémités des deux ressorts-lames <B>10</B> qui <B>y</B> sont pincées et fixées.
