Earth conductor device. The present invention relates to a Erdleitvorriehtung as it is used in electrical installations for power distribution systems.
According to the invention, the earth conductor device is characterized in that there is an earth conductor rail designed as a profile rail and bare connection and branch terminals which are provided with a corresponding guide groove and are pushed onto the profile rail.
Clamping hoods can be arranged on the terminals, which are used to clamp the earth conductor wires underneath and to fasten the terminal to the earth conductor rail.
In the drawing, a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown purely as an example.
Figl. 1 shows a section of an earth conductor series with lined up terminals, FIG. 2 shows a partial longitudinal section through a small earth conductor according to line 11 in FIG. 1,
FIG. 3 shows a cross section of an earth conductor terminal according to line 111-III in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 shows a plan view of an earth conductor terminal with the cover partially cut away.
The earth conductor device has an electrically conductive earth conductor rail, designed as a profile rail, on which bare connecting and branch small pieces 2 with a guide groove 3 shaped to match the rail profile are pushed are.
The guide groove is preferably arranged transversely to the lii # igsaxe of the terminal 2, while on the side of the terminal 2 opposite the guide groove Z there is a longitudinal groove 4 which is used to accommodate at least one earth leitun, -sverbindun1 (, 5 serves.
Clamping screws 6 are inserted in the longitudinal symmetry plane of the clamping groove 4 in threaded bores arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the clamp 2, the diameter of which is slightly () larger. than the borrowed width of the clamping groove 4.
A pressure plate 8 is inserted on the sole of the clamping groove, which carries pressure pins 9 which protrude through corresponding bores 10 and are arranged in such a way that el < B> kn that they are pressed against the earth conductor profile rail 1 by means of the drill plate 8 when the earth conductor wires 5 are clamped under.
As a result, when the clamping screws 6 are tightened, the earth conductor wires 5 are simultaneously clamped and the earth conductor terminal 2 is fixed on the profile rail 1 , where through good contact between the wires 5 and the rail 1 . The clamping groove 4 can be closed at the top with a cover 11, which has holes 12 for the clamping screws 6 to pass through.
This cover 11 can be pushed onto the clamp 2 with the help of grooves 13 and is designed in such a way that it encompasses the clamp 2 somewhat with its longitudinal edges in order to Protect the lower terminals of earth conductor wires from spreading apart.
The cover 11 also has a stop 11a, which prevents the cover from being pushed further beyond the correct closed position in that the stop 11a hits the clamps, body, and I.
The profiled earth conductor rail 1 serves as an earth conductor busbar in the earth conductor device, which is connected to earth at one point by means of a terminal 2. The earth conductors arriving from the distribution installations, devices and machines are also connected to the earth conductor rail 1 with terminals 2.
At the same time, this rail 1 can also be used as a carrier for further, insulated connecting and connecting small lines 14 and 15 which, provided with corresponding guide grooves, also like the earth conductor terminals 2 can be pushed onto the profile rail 1 (Fig. 1). Intermediate pieces 16 made of insulating material, also with guide grooves, can be used to distance the various clamps serve,
The isolated clamps 14 and 15, together with the spacers 16 between them, with the aid of locking elements 17 17 that are shaped like the guide grooves 3 B> are tightened together by an adjusting screw 18 .
As a result of the described design of the earth conductor device, a simplification of distribution installations is achieved compared to earlier, which not only can be designed more clearly, but are also installed more easily and quickly.
