<tb> able to pick up the <SEP> middle finger <SEP> (leg <SEP> right <SEP> hand <SEP> of the <SEP> user. To gain a larger lever arm and more power for the cutting activity, this is The outermost end of the handle 12 is formed with a curved protruding extension 19, the arched part 20 of which is used for attaching the middle or ring finger of the user.
The handle parts and blade-holding parts of the scissors are expediently made from one piece by pressing from a plastic mass, such as phenolic compounds, etc., which ensure hard, tough, strong and somewhat flexible or resilient blade holders, where the handle parts 11 and 12 are of such dimensions that they do not give in under pressure,
while .die blade-holding parts 13 and 14 are too thinner and narrowed in length towards the tip and are pressed in with the correct curvature and are therefore able to bring the cutting edges 22 of the blade 15 into contact with one another during the cutting process.
The curvatures of the bearing surfaces of the blades are indicated in FIGS. 2 and 9 by the lines 23.
The blade holders 13 and 14 of the scissors parts are essentially the same in construction, dimensions and arrangement, and the interchangeable blades are completely the same, so that the blades 15 fit exactly into the blade holder 13 and 14 of the scissors parts. To keep the interchangeable blades 15 in the blade-holding part of the two scissor members in a safe and effective position, each blade-holding part is provided with a rear edge 24 raised above the contact surface of the blade, and the height of this edge corresponds exactly to the thickness of the interchangeable blades.
The he raised edge 24 of the blade holder runs in width decreasing in one end 26, which is cut obliquely to its longitudinal direction (Fug. 8) and, as can be seen from Figure 9, is terschschnitt back. The tip of the blade protrudes from the end 27 of the blade-holding part. The inner side of the rim 24 is in contact with. the rear edge 31 of the exchangeable blade 15. Following the edge 24, a U-shaped elevation 29 is provided on the wide end of the blade holder, which surrounds the wider end of the blade and which allows the exchangeable blades to be fitted precisely.
The shoulder 33 of the blade 15 is cut behind, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is also cut off at an angle to the plane of the blade, which can be seen from FIGS. This paragraph fits into the undercut end 26 of the raised rear edge of the blade holder, so that the replaceable blades are prevented from sliding away from the blade holder or to the side during cutting.
The interchangeable blades have a shoulder 32 on the cutting edge and are rounded at the broad end 35 and provided with an opening 46 into which the sleeves 39 and 40 engage.
This construction simplifies the fabrication of the blade-holding parts and handle parts of the scissors as well as the manufacture of the interchangeable blades and ensures the greatest possible accuracy in fitting the blades, which, thanks to the simple arrangement, cannot move to any side after they have been inserted.
The blade holder 14 has a pressed-in, metallic hollow pin 39 which is provided with a thread on the inside, and in the other blade holder 14 there is a pressed-in metallic hollow pin 40 without a thread, the inner diameter of which is larger.
The hollow pins protrude from the inner surfaces 15 of the blade-holding parts in a mass which corresponds to the thickness of the blades, so that when the scissors parts are assembled, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inner surfaces of the blades , the edges 24 and the pin all lie in the same plane.
The scissor parts are held together at the pivot point by a bolt 42 which has a threaded end 43 and is designed to be screwed into the hollow pin 39, and the smooth upper part 44 is formed so that the same fits into the pin 40.
4.1 shows a preferred embodiment in which a single hollow cylindrical pivot pin 41 is provided, which has a flange 37 at one end.
The metallic cylindrical pin, which is pressed into a blade holder of the scissors,
is in 1> connection with the non-metallic opening in the other blade holder handle and in this way brings about frictional contact between dissimilar materials and thus prevents the need for lubrication of the scissors; this arrangement and cooperation also cause the scissors to remain silent is working.
The joined scissor links are held together by means of a screw 51, which screw has a slotted head 42 so that the scissor links can be loosened and tightened with a screwdriver. This screw 51 is in its (-7esamtlän @ , e provided with a thread.
The screw head can be countersunk into the blade-holding part so that the surface of the screw head is at the same level as the blade-holding part. This prevents the material to be cut from getting caught under the head of your visual robot.
It can be seen from FIGS. 5 to 8 that the length and width of the lines 15 are essentially of the same outline as the blade-containing parts 13 and 14, and that the tendon edges 22 protrude over the inner rims 47 of the blade-holding parts, so that.,
the blade-holding parts 13 are 74 (so that Selineiden cannot interfere in any way. It must also be observed that, when the replaceable blades 15 are inserted into the rattle-holding parts of the scissors, as shown in FIGS 6 is shown,
then the selenium edges 22 of the blades are in line with the inner edges 48 of the flanges 29.
In the embodiment of FIG. 9, the blade-holding parts and blades, as illustrated at 50, are generally separated from the handle 51 so that the cutting edges of the blades e.g. B. when cutting hair are in close contact with the head of the customer without the fingertips of the hair tendon coming into contact with the same. The shape of the scissors, as shown in FIG. 9, is in all other respects exactly the same construction as the scissors which are shown in the other figures.
A particular advantage of the scissors described is that they can be manufactured more precisely, more uniformly and more cheaply than was possible with scissors of the type with detachable blades according to previous trials or announcements. The parts forming the blade holder and handle are pressed in one operation, with the sleeve serving to receive the connecting bolt being pressed into one or both parts.
The completion of the scissors therefore requires no further processing than separating the bones. The blades are made of spring steel or tool steel in a single stamping process cheaply and they only require sawing the undercut shoulder 33 and sharpening the edge of the tendon.
