Cutting tool with steel embedded in synthetic resin molding
Cutting blade Cutting tool with in one made of Kunstliarzpreßstoff
Embedded metallic blade carriers are known, e.g. B. in the form of knives.
The knife blade is in this case by means of a tang in the synthetic resin molded material
Handle attached. But since knives often, z. B. when applying a spread,
are stressed on bending, burst at the point of entry of the tang into the
Molded material very easily peeled off particles which had an adverse effect on the appearance of the knife
influence and immediately make the tool unusable. You have these disadvantages
Tried to please in the most varied of ways, but the difficulty is
actually never quite mastered.
One has z. B. proposed blades for cutlery with a
such a Angel zti provided that it is possible to use the blades in the manner of nibs
in a. Handle or handle of any type can be used interchangeably. With such a
Execution, the handle or handle must be designed according to the shape of the tang
Groove are provided, which has the consequence that at the attachment point of the stem
or handle has different wall thicknesses. Also lies in the weaker places
there is a risk of flaking off, which also occurs when you have one
The blade was not replaceable, but wanted to press it firmly into the Grili.
ein Lösen an den Ecken und Kanten eintreten;
laufen.

Im i.ibri-

These difficulties are increased if, as proposed for a razor, for example, the steel cutting blade is completely embedded in the pressed material part and only the part of the blade forming the actual cutting edge protrudes from the pressed material carrier. The pressed material part merges into very thin-walled parts at the exit point of the steel blade, which easily flake off and otherwise form no sharp, but wavy Chergait "sstelleit. I" lierdies is the sharpening of the blade in such embodiments It is difficult to carry out when it cannot be avoided, dril. '@ The compressed material carrier is also finitely dismantled, which, however, in turn favors the flaking of individual particles: On the other hand, it has been suggested that the scissor legs should be cut off Manufacture Kunstbarzpreßstolf and press the chic steel cutting blade onto the scissors legs in such a way that they form a reinforcement for the scissors legs. This arrangement is in relation to the mechanical stresses on the material scissors legs cheaper because of the wall thickness

the scissors are not used as a cutting tool.
The connection between the prellstolite part
and the steel blade is not one of those
lasting that not after a while

could what then all in all lead to a v @ lli-

The invention relates to a cutting
tool with embedded in synthetic resin

the disadvantages of the known embodiment
men in that the cutting blade with a

completely within the Prel: l material handle, see above
dall the bond between 2vIetal- and

The part that forms the actual cutting edge
does not protrude freely from the molded part,
but forms on the hasty side surface of the
