Verfahren zur Herstellung von flüssigem Lippenrot.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von flüssigem Lippenrot. E rfindungsgemäss schmilzt man wasserfreies Lanolin mit andern Fett- stoffen, emulgiert mit Wasser und verseift die dabei erhaltene homogene Emulsion mit einer Wasser und Triäthanolamill enthaltenden Lösung.
Beispiel:
Mandelöl, Olein, wasserfreies Lanolin und Wachs werden in metalifreiem Gefäss geschmolzen. Alsdann wird die geschmolzene Masse mit erwärmtem destilliertem Wasser unter Rühren langsam emulgiert. Das Wasser wird nicht gleichzeitig gesamthaft beigegeben, sondern in Portionen. Man rührt das Gemisch bis zum Erkalten weiter und erhält eine homogene Emulsion. In diese homogene Emulsion bringt man eine Lösung, welche aus Triäthanolamin und Wasser besteht. Es wird dabei eine kalte Verseifung bewirkt. Die Beigabe der Lösung in die homogene Emulsion erfolgt nicht gesamthaft, sondern in Portionen. Das Ganze wird alsdann während einigen Stunden geschüttelt. Zum Schluss werden geeignete Farbstoffe und Parfums beigegeben.
Vorteilhaft hat sieh folgende Zusammensetzung erwiesen: 250 g Mandelöl, 175 g Olein, 50 g wasserfreies Lanolin, 75 g Stearin, 200 g Wachs und 8 Liter destilliertes, auf etwa 60 bis 700 C erwärmtes Wasser, um die homogene Emulsion zu erhalten. Die Lösung, welche der homogenen Emulsion zwecks kalter Versei X ung zugegeben wird, besteht zum Beispiel aus 200 g Triäthanolamin und 12 Liter Wasser.
PATENTANSPRUCH:
Verfahren zur Herstellung von flüssigem Lippenrot, dadurch gekennzeiehnet, dass man wasserfreies Lanolin mit andern Fettstoffen schmilzt, mit Wasser emulgiert und die so er haltende homogene Emulsion mit einer Wasser und TPiäthanolanlin enthaltenden Lösung verseift.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE:
1. Verfahren nach Patentansprueh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das wasserfreie Lanolin mit organischen Fettstoffen schmilzt, mit erwärmtem destilliertem Wasser emulgiert und die erhaltene homogene Emulsion mit der Lösung unter Sehütteln kalt verseift.
2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprneh 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Mandelöl, Olein, Stearin und Wachs mit dem wasserfreien Lanolin in metallfreien Gefässen schmilzt und erwärmtes destilliertes Wasser portionenweise unter Rühren zugibt.
3. Verfahren nach Patentansprueh und Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, dadureh gekenn- zeichnet, dass man die Triäthanolamin und Wasser enthaltende Lösung der homogenen Emulsion unter Schütteln des Canzen in Portionen beigibt.

The present invention relates to a process for the production of liquid lip red. According to the invention, anhydrous lanolin is melted with other fatty substances, emulsified with water and the homogeneous emulsion obtained is saponified with a solution containing water and triethanolamill.
Example:
Almond oil, olein, anhydrous lanolin and wax are melted in a metal-free container. The molten mass is then slowly emulsified with heated distilled water while stirring. The water is not added all at once, but in portions. The mixture is stirred until it cools and a homogeneous emulsion is obtained. A solution consisting of triethanolamine and water is brought into this homogeneous emulsion. Cold saponification is brought about. The addition of the solution to the homogeneous emulsion is not done in whole, but in portions. The whole is then shaken for a few hours. Finally, suitable dyes and perfumes are added.
The following composition has proven to be advantageous: 250 g of almond oil, 175 g of olein, 50 g of anhydrous lanolin, 75 g of stearin, 200 g of wax and 8 liters of distilled water heated to about 60 to 700 C to obtain the homogeneous emulsion. The solution which is added to the homogeneous emulsion for the purpose of cold saponification consists, for example, of 200 g of triethanolamine and 12 liters of water.
PATENT CLAIM:
Process for the production of liquid lip red, characterized in that anhydrous lanolin is melted with other fatty substances, emulsified with water and the homogeneous emulsion thus obtained is saponified with a solution containing water and diethanolanlin.
SUBCLAIMS:
1. The method according to patent claim, characterized in that the anhydrous lanolin is melted with organic fatty substances, emulsified with heated distilled water and the resulting homogeneous emulsion is saponified with the solution while shaking cold.
2. The method according to claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that almond oil, olein, stearin and wax are melted with the anhydrous lanolin in metal-free vessels and heated distilled water is added in portions with stirring.
3. The method according to patent claim and dependent claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the solution containing triethanolamine and water is added to the homogeneous emulsion in portions while shaking the canen.
