Dispositif d'assemblage de sûreté par écrou et tige filetée. L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif d'assemblage de sûreté par écrou et tige filetée.
Ce dispositif d'assemblage est caractérisé en ce que l'écrou présente un logement tan gentiel au taraudage et dans lequel peut cou lisser, sous l'action d'un dispositif élastique aussi renfermé dans le logement, une pièce d'arrêt destinée à venir coopérer avec l'une de plusieurs rainures longitudinales prati quées à cet effet sur la tige filetée.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en plan, avec parties en coupe, de la vis munie de son écrou.

1 désigne la tige filetée d'un boulon dont 2 est la tête. La tige filetée 1 présente une série de rainures longitudinales 3 réparties sur son pourtour. Ces rainures ont une sec tion droite triangulaire et leurs parois sont disposées symétriquement par rapport à un plan radial passant par leur fond. L'écrou, désigné par 4, présente un logement 5 formé d'un trou borgne cylindrique tangentiel au taraudage et s'ouvrant latéralement sur celui- ci. Une pièce d'arrêt cylindrique 6 coulisse dans ce logement. Cette pièce 6 présente une fraisure 7 en forme d'arc de cercle sur la face concave de laquelle est ménagée une dent 8.
La pièce d'arrêt présente, en outre, une sur face inclinée 9. Un ressort 10 prend appui sur le fond du trou 5 et tend continuellement à. faire coopérer la dent 8 avec l'une des rai nures 3 du boulon.
Cette disposition permet de visser ].'écrou 4 sur la tige 1.. La pièce d'arrêt se déplace alors vers le fond du logement 5 et la dent 8 se libère des rainures 3. Lorsque l'écrou tend à se dévisser, la dent 8 le bloque en pénétrant dans une des rainures 3. En vue du dévissage, l'écrou 4 est percé d'un trou 11 perpendicu- la.irem.ent au logement 5; une pointe s'enfile dans ce trou et vient agir sur la surface in clinée 9, ce qui pousse la pièce d'arrêt 6 vers le fond du logement 5, en position de déblo cage.
La pièce d'arrêt 6 pourrait aussi être phis longue, de façon à apparaître hors de l'ori fice du logement 5, ce qui permettrait de la ramener en position de déblocage à la main on au moyen d'une clé à tube ordinaire.

1 designates the threaded rod of a bolt of which 2 is the head. The threaded rod 1 has a series of longitudinal grooves 3 distributed around its periphery. These grooves have a triangular straight section and their walls are arranged symmetrically with respect to a radial plane passing through their bottom. The nut, designated by 4, has a housing 5 formed of a cylindrical blind hole tangential to the thread and opening laterally thereon. A cylindrical stopper 6 slides in this housing. This part 6 has a countersink 7 in the form of an arc of a circle on the concave face of which a tooth 8 is formed.
The stop piece also has an inclined surface 9. A spring 10 bears on the bottom of the hole 5 and continuously tends to. make tooth 8 cooperate with one of the grooves 3 of the bolt.
This arrangement allows the nut 4 to be screwed onto the rod 1. The stop piece then moves towards the bottom of the housing 5 and the tooth 8 is released from the grooves 3. When the nut tends to unscrew, the tooth 8 blocks it by entering one of the grooves 3. For unscrewing, the nut 4 is drilled with a hole 11 perpendicu- la.irem.ent to the housing 5; a point is threaded into this hole and acts on the inclined surface 9, which pushes the stop piece 6 towards the bottom of the housing 5, in the cage release position.
The stop piece 6 could also be phis long, so as to appear out of the opening of the housing 5, which would allow it to be returned to the unlocking position by hand or by means of an ordinary pipe wrench.
