Dadurch kann ein lückenloses, festes Set zen des Gutes in der Form erreicht werden. In den Zeichnungen sind zwei beispiels weise Ausführungsformen der erfindungsge mässen Vorrichtung veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigt die Fig.1 eine Gesamtseitenansicht einer mit Förderbaud oder Kettenzug arbeitenden Anlage, die Fig.2 einen Längsschnitt durch die eigentliche Formvorrichtung samt Hilfs einrichtungen nach Fig. 1, in grösserem Mass stab;
Fig.3 eine zweite Ausführungsform mit.
Method and device for producing plates from hardening molded material. There are already various Vorrichtun conditions for making panels, such. B. roof and wall panels, cable sleeves, etc., made of hardening molded material, such. B. sand cement concrete, known, in which the plates by hand or by pressing the goods filled into appropriate forms Herge is. However, this cannot. absolutely flawless results can always be achieved, since the material to be molded with an inhomogeneous structure cannot be pressed evenly into the molds.
These disadvantages are completely switched off in the fiction, according to the method, in that the molded product, which is subjected to a compressing vibration effect during the deformation, is subjected to a compressing vibration action even before the actual molding process. The device provided for carrying out the method according to the invention consists of a vibrating device which is connected to at least one part of a two-part mold and which simultaneously carries vibrating elements. which are arranged in a mold assigned to the well filling device.
This enables the goods to be set firmly and without gaps in the mold. In the drawings, two exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention are illustrated, namely FIG. 1 shows an overall side view of a system operating with a conveyor or chain hoist, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the actual molding device including auxiliary devices according to FIG larger scale;
3 shows a second embodiment with. Press roll, in longitudinal section, and Fig. 4, finally, the press roll including storage for you alone in longitudinal section.
The device illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 for processing the molded product consists essentially of the Rüttelvor device 25 with the profile plate 26, which interacts with corresponding base plates 28, which are held by a conveyor belt or chain hoist 27 and form the lower part of the two-part mold . The Rüttelvorrich device 25 is mounted in a frame 29 and driven by a motor 30 held at the upper end of the frame 29. The vibrating device 25 rests directly on the profile plate 26 forming the upper part of the mold and is connected to it for external vibrating.
On the Rüttelvorrich device 25 steel wires are arranged, which are formed like a loop. and of which two loops 31, 32 are arranged in the molded product bin 34 upstream of the vibrating device 25 and one loop 33 in the bunker 35 downstream of the vibrating device 25 for the glaze or the dye. The loops 31, 32, 33 are adapted to the respective bunker shape and be the internal pre-compression of the molded product contained in the bunkers. The bunker 34 for the material to be molded is open at the bottom, and its opening is precisely adapted to the shape and size of the support plate 28 passed under it.
The bunker 35 for the glass or dye is closed off by a sieve 36 at the bottom. Immediately behind the sieve 36, seen in the direction of movement of the conveyor belt, a height-adjustable, expediently sprung plate 37 is arranged, which sweeps the substance that has fallen through the sieve 36 into the surface of the molded articles. The support plates 28 are mounted on the drivers of the conveyor belt or chain block 27 between on these on ordered cross bars -38.
The device works as follows: The underlay 28, which is first passed under the molding bunker 34 by the conveyor belt 27, is filled with molding material, whereupon it passes under the profile plate 26. This is hen at the end facing the bunker 34 with an upturned edge verses, which facilitates the sliding of the profile plate 26 onto the molded product of the support plate 28 passed under it.
The excess material is pushed back into the bunker with simultaneous vibratory compacting of the molded product remaining in the base. The finished, the pro filplatte 26 leaving molding is sprinkled all if under the sieve 36 with glaze, paint or the like, which, as already noted, is subsequently painted by the coating plate 37 into the surface of the molding.
For better utilization of the device, two or more rows of support plates are expediently arranged side by side on the conveyor belt 27, each of which is assigned a pro filplatte 25 and a mold filler.
The device according to FIGS. 3 and 4 initially again has a conveyor 27, for. B. a conveyor belt or a chain hoist, which rails in any way, for example on sliding 21, is guided and at appropriate intervals driver, z. B. transverse strips 38, between which the support plates 28 come to rest and are thus held in relation to their longitudinal direction.
The base plates 28 are also guided in the region of the molding device between lateral longitudinal webs 23 attached to the device's frame, which at the same time form the lateral delimitation for the briquettes 39 during their manufacture.
The press roller 24 immediately downstream of the bunker 34 consists of a tube which is mounted on an axle 40 by means of ball bearings 19 arranged in the end parts of the tube ends, which in turn rests in lateral bearings 41. The bearings 41 are each placed on a sprung rail 48.
In the interior of the press roller 24, EYzentergewichte 45 are arranged on the axis 40. When the axle 40 is driven by means of the cable or V-belt pulley 46, the press roller 24 therefore starts to oscillate. This can develop as a result of the sprung axle bearings 41 and is also well communicated to the press roll jackets 47 drawn onto the roll 24, profiled in the case shown, and thus indirectly also to the shape, which is thus still shaken from the outside.
The press roller 24, 47 is followed by the profile plate 26, which rests on the surface of the molding 39, the carrier 22 of which can be connected to vibrating loops 32 arranged in the molded product bimker 34. According to an embodiment not shown, the profile plate 26 is mechanically connected to the press roller 24 and thereby receives a vibration drive from this. To ensure the desired effect, the contact pressure of the profile plate 26 must be brought about by a sufficiently large weight or spring pressure.
The plate 26 can optionally also be designed so that it is around the press roll 24 as an axis, for. B. by means of the roller comprehensive bracket, can be folded up.
The axle bearings 41 resting on the rails 48 are connected to the former by screws. The rails 48 are attached to Füh approximately bolts 44 which are axially displaceable ver in slots or elongated holes of a carrier 49 attached to the frame of the device and guided laterally movable within appropriate limits. Above half and below the carrier 49 a spring 43 surrounding the bolt 44 is provided, which cushions the rail 48 and thus the bearing 41 twice.
Furthermore, a non-illustrated bilateral, identically formed suspension of the axle bearings 41 is provided transversely to the axis 40, so that the axis 40 can move in a transverse plane to its longitudinal axis in all directions.
