Description

  

  <B>Verfahren zur Herstellung eines</B>     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines        Monoazo-          farbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass man     diazotierte    5-(3'  Amino -4' -     chlor-benzoyl    )-     amino-2-oxy-benzoe-          säure    mit     2-Amino-8-oxy-naphthalin-6-sulfon-          säure    kuppelt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein rotes  Pulver, das in Wasser in der Wärme leicht  löslich ist und Wolle aus saurem Bad in  leuchtend roten Tönen färbt, welche beim       Nachchromieren    etwas blaustichiger werden.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  61,3 Teile     5-(3'-Amino-4'-chlor-benzoyl)-          amino-2-oxy-benzoesäure    werden in 700 Tei  len Wasser mit Soda neutral gelöst, mit 200  Teilen     n-N        itrit    vermischt und innert einer  halben Stunde zu 70     Volumteilen        konz.    Salz  säure in 300 Teilen Wasser gegeben, wobei  die Temperatur nicht über 5 bis 70 steigen  soll.

   Die     Diazoniumverbindung    fällt     zum     grössten Teil aus. Nach beendeter     Diazotie-          rung    gibt man bei höchstens 50 langsam eine    schwach     lackmussaure    Lösung von 47,8 Tei  len     2-Amino-8-oxy-naphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    in  500 Teilen Wasser zu der entstandenen Sus  pension.

   Nach Beendigung der     Parbstoffbil-          dung    wird neutralisiert, auf 800 aufgeheizt,  mit 10 % Kochsalz versetzt und nach dem Ab  kühlen auf 200 der ausgeschiedene Farbstoff       abfiltriert.    Getrocknet stellt der Farbstoff ein  rotes, in Wasser in der Wärme leicht lösliches  Pulver dar, das Wolle aus saurem Bade in  leuchtend roten Tönen färbt, welche beim       Nachchromieren    etwas blaustichiger werden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 5-(3'-Amino-4'-chlor-benzoyl)- amino-2-oxy-benzoesäure mit 2-Amino-8-oxy- naphthalin-6-sulfonsäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein rotes Pulver, das in Wasser in der Wärme leicht löslich ist und Wolle aus saurem Bad in leuchtend roten Tönen färbt, welche beim Nachchromieren etwas blaustichiger werden.
