Set of container parts which can be assembled to form a container for receiving and dispensing pasty substances.
The present invention relates to a set of container parts which can be assembled to form a container for receiving and dispensing pasty substances, in particular to a set of parts of a container of the type in which a piston can be sebiebbaren by means of a spindle in the container for ejecting the pasty substance is provided. According to the invention, one part of the set of container parts and another part to be fastened to the same have means for their connection to one another.
The connecting means can, for. B. serve to connect the bottom and container shell and be designed so that the bottom can be detachably or permanently connected to the container shell. In particular in the case of containers with a round cross section, the connecting means. be designed so that the base can be rotatably held on the lower edge of the container and used to operate the ejection device for the contents of the vessel. In the latter case, there is the advantage that the discharge unit can be connected to the bottom in such a way that both can be put on together after the container has been filled.
In addition, there is a spindle that comes to lie in the longitudinal axis of the container and a piston is adjustably arranged on it.
In the accompanying drawings are some of exemplary sentences according to the inven tion composite container, respectively. Details of the same are shown, namely shows:

The tube shown in FIG. 1 has a tube jacket 1 made of glass, porcelain, earthenware, metal, paper or the like, which at its lower end has a circumferential notch 2 with a boundary wall 2 ′ running perpendicular to the tube jacket. A screw cap 4 is used in a known manner to close the emptying opening in the tube neck 3.
The bottom 5 of the tube has an upwardly protruding edge 6 with an inwardly open groove 7. In the groove 7 a spring ring 8 is arranged, which has a circumferential rib 8 which is also provided with a boundary wall 8 ″ perpendicular to the outer surface, which protrudes into the notch 2 of the tube jacket 1 and thereby inextricably connects the base 5 to the tube jacket. Nevertheless, the base 5 remains rotatable on the vessel jacket, so that the screw spindle 9 inserted into the base and lying in the longitudinal axis of the tube can be rotated and thereby axially displaceable guided, but non-rotatable piston 10 can be adjusted in order to be able to push out the contents of the vessel This design of the tube with a bottom 5 which can be pushed on enables the tube to be filled from below.
So that the piston 10 cannot rotate, one or more ax-parallel ribs can be provided on the walls of the jacket, which ribs engage in the center of the circumference of the piston. A resilient ring made of cork, wood, metal or the like can be arranged in an annular groove on the piston circumference for sealing. To close the filled tube, the bottom 5 with the press-out device attached and with the spring ring inserted into it is pressed onto the lower edge of the tube jacket.
Of course, it is easily possible to insert a ring according to FIG. 2 into the groove 7 of the base 5 instead of the spring ring 8 shaped according to FIG. 1. The resilient, open ring 11 has incisions 12 on its circumference, whereby tabs 13 and 14 are formed, of which the tabs 13 are left in the outer surface of the ring, while the tabs 14 are bent obliquely inwards and when the inner tube is pressed in Jump into the notch 2 and permanently connect the tube jacket 1 and base 5 to one another.
In the embodiment of the spring ring according to FIG. 3, instead of the rib 8 'running around the ring 8, tongues 16 bent inward at equal intervals are punched out in the ring 15, the ends of which are in turn cut into the notch 2 of the tube jacket to jump in.
Instead of the spring washers, as described above be, but can also be provided in accordance with FIG. 5, a spring cover 17 eillzuegender in the bottom 5. To fasten the base 5, it is pushed over the lower edge of the tube jacket and, by exerting a pull on the base 19 of the cover 17 by means of a pulling element (not shown) to be passed through a boring of the base 5, the spring cap 17 is moved from its position shown in phantom in FIG brought into the drawn position, the radially inwardly projecting tabs 18 entering the notch 2 of the tube jacket. As a result, the base 5 is rotatably held on the tube jacket.
In this case, the base 5 can be detached from the tube jacket 1 in that, through the mentioned hole in the base 5, the spring cap is bent back into the position shown in dashed lines by pressing on its base 19.
In the case of the method of fastening the base according to FIG. 6, an ordinary spring ring 20 is provided as a snap ring between the base edge and the lower edge of the tube jacket 1. The spring ring 21 according to FIG. 7 has a V-shaped cross section and is again open in two ways. The inwardly protruding leg of the ring 21 again enters the notch 2 of the tube jacket edge when the bottom 5 is pushed on.
The spring washers 22 according to FIGS. 8 and 9 have a rib 23 of approximately half-round cross-section, which cooperates with a correspondingly shaped, half-round circumferential notch 24 on the lower edge of the tube jacket 1. Here, too, the rings 22 lie in an inwardly open annular groove in the base 5.
The bottom 5 could, however, also have a cylindri's approach protruding into the tube jacket, which could have an annular groove open to the outside, into which the spring washers described above can be inserted. The notch 2 or groove provided for the engagement of the spring ring on the tube jacket is provided on the inner wall of the same. In Fig. 10, a wire spring ring (snap ring) 25 is inserted in a groove 26 of the aforementioned cylindri's approach of the bottom 5 as an example of such an arrangement of the spring ring. A rolled sheet metal ring 30 resting on the edge 28 can be combined with the edge of the base 29 by pressing the two into one another. As a result, the base 29 is fixed on the lower target edge 28, but remains rotatable on the same. Two discs 31, 32 are used for sealing. The threaded spindle 33, which consists of a very dome-shaped twisted flat band, is soldered to the base 29. Instead of a twisted band, a twisted square bar could also be provided as a threaded spindle.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 12 and 13, the base 5 and tube jacket 1 are united by a bayonet lock.
For this purpose, grooves 35 which are parallel to the nose and which are open at the top are provided in the bottom 5 by an annular groove 34. The lower edge of the tube jacket 1 carries radially outwardly directed tabs 36. These tabs 36 can be brought through the grooves 35 into the groove 34 and, by rotating the base 5 and jacket 1 with respect to one another, under the projections between adjacent grooves 35 and in the places of the groove 34 passing under these projections are brought. The screw spindle 9 is rotatably mounted on the bottom 5 and carries a knob 37 for its rotation at its end penetrating the latter.
According to FIGS. 19 and 20, a circumferential groove 46 can be provided at the lower end of the inner wall of the container jacket 45. The container bottom 47 has lugs 48 at six points on its circumference, which can be inserted in the axial direction through grooves 49 into the groove 46 and, after the bottom 47 has been rotated, hold the bottom with respect to the container jacket. The lugs 48 and the groove 49 can be arranged asymmetrically so that the base can only be attached to the container jacket in a certain position or detached from the same. The disk 37, which is provided with a border and carries the spindle 33, is connected to the base 47 so as to be easily rotatable. By rotating the disk 37 and thus the spindle, the piston 10 can be displaced in the axial direction.
For non-round containers, e.g. B. those with polygonal, z. B. rectangular cross-section or one with an oval cross-section, the attachment of the base with the extrusion device as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 can be done. In the case of the container shown in these figures, which is rectangular in cross section, notches are provided at the lower, open end of the jacket 38. The z. B. made of sheet metal bottom 39 (FIG. 15) has edges 40 and 41 to be bent or bent upwards along the container wall. The edges 41 carry tabs 42 which, after the base has been attached to the container jacket, are pressed into the notches on the latter.
In an analogous manner, the base can be attached to containers with any other cross-section, with the tabs generally being arranged on opposite edges of the base.
But it could also be indented beads on the lower edge of the container jacket and on an edge of the bottom extending upwards along the container jacket.
Such a design shows the embodiment of FIG. 16, which relates to an octagonal container, for. B. made of sheet metal or similar resilient material relates. In this embodiment, the lower edge of the container jacket has a triangular bead 43, into which the corresponding bead 44 located outside the latter can be pressed on the edge of the bottom of the container, respectively. is.
According to FIG. 17, the edge on the bottom or the bead 44 can also be brought into engagement with the bead 43 from the inside.
According to FIG. 18, the beads 43 and 44 could also have a semicircular cross section.
Instead of the beads, however, hemispherical or elongated recesses could also be impressed in places on the lower casing edge and on the edge of the base, with which the lower casing wall and the edge of the base can be brought into engagement with one another.
The inner wall of the jacket could also be provided with a thread over the entire length and the circumference of the piston could engage in this thread. For the axial displacement of the piston, the spindle is then designed as a driver; by the same prismatic, e.g. B. square cross-section, and penetrates a corresponding opening in the piston.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 21 designed in this way, the Drehbzw. Handle part 49 'for the spindle 33 is arranged sunk in the bottom part 49. The vessel jacket 1 is provided with an internal thread over its entire length and the base part 50, which together with the part 49 forms the base, is screwed onto a thread on the outer wall of the jacket. The bottom could also be attached to the lower edge of the jacket by means of pins or screws penetrating the jacket 1 in the radial direction.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 22 and 23, slots 51 are provided on the lower edge of the casing 1 of the container. The extension of the base 52 protruding into the interior of the jacket has a groove 53 running around it. An open, resilient ring 54 protrudes with tabs 55 through the slots 51 into the groove 53 and thus allows the base to be attached to the lower edge of the container.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 24, the threaded spindle 33 is fastened in the lid 56 of the container. The cover rotatably held on the jacket 1 by means of the union nut 57 has channels 58 which open into a central opening 59 which can be closed by a screw cap (not shown). The bottom 60, which serves as a standing surface for the container, is screwed releasably into the lower end of the casing 1, but could also be releasably attached to the same in any other manner.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 25, the spindle with the piston according to FIG. 24 is attached to the rotatable cover 63 held by means of the ring 57 screwed onto the container jacket 1. As an outlet opening for the vessel contents, a lateral outlet connection 62 is provided on the bottom 61, which can be closed by means of a cover, not shown.
The container according to FIGS. 26 and 27 has a cylindrical jacket 101 which is closed at the bottom with a bottom 102 and at the top by means of a wall 103 with outflow nozzles. A hinged cover 104 is used to close the nozzle opening. A replaceable filling cartridge 105 is housed in the container, and an insert 106 is arranged in the upper end of the container, in which a ratchet wheel 107 is buried on the spindle 108 which sets the container in the axial direction.
In the insert 106, a pawl 109 (FIG. 31) is pivotably attached in such a way that when a button 110 penetrating the container wall is pressed, the free end of the pawl advances the ratchet 107 by one tooth.
The lid 104 carries a hook 111 which cooperates with a hook 112 attached to the push button 110, so that when the button is pressed and the lid is closed, the nose of the hook 112 disengages from the hook 111 and the lid does not hinge spring shown pops open.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 28, in contrast to the embodiment described, the container jacket should not be round, but oval. Instead of the screw connection, a spring 114 is provided here, the free end of which carries a button 113 which engages in a recess at the lower end of the container jacket 101.
The container according to FIGS. 29 and 30 has a pivoting cover 115 which is under the action of a spring 116 which tends to pivot it into the position according to FIG. An arm 116 'attached to the button 10 protrudes into a recess 117 at the end of an arcuate recess of the cover 15 and secures the same in the closed position until the push button is actuated.
The insert part 106 (FIGS. 26, 29, 31, 32 and 33), in which the spindle 108 is mounted, has two lateral bores 119 and a transverse channel 120 through which the contents of the container enter the Ausftfttsöffung can reach, according to Fig. 32 from two supports 119 'ago.

The spring tongue 123 is supported on one side by the lever 122, so that it can only bend in one direction, so that the ratchet wheel is only taken along in one pivoting direction. When the lever 122 is moved back and forth, the ratchet wheel is therefore always shifted one tooth.
The cover 133 and base 134 of the filling cartridge 105 (FIG. 26) each have a central bore 135 which can easily be pierced. In addition, the cover 133 has two bores 136 which fit exactly onto the bores 119 of the insert part 106 and which are also easily pierced, e.g. B. in that a film is stretched over this hole. Short pipe sockets 119 '(FIG. 32) in the bores 119 enter the bores 136 in the cover 133 when the cartridge is pushed in.
In order to prevent the cartridge from twisting in the container jacket in the case of round containers, at least one pair of interlocking ribs or grooves can be provided on the inside of the jacket 1 and on the outside of the cartridge wall.
A piston is arranged in each cartridge and is removed from the container with the cartridge after it has been emptied.
When the cartridge is inserted, the spindle pierces the central bore in the cover 133 and comes into engagement with the piston. The cartridge jacket can be provided with slots at the upper end and the container jacket with pins, slots and pins being arranged so that they together result in a bayonet connection, the arrangement is expediently made so that when the spindle is turned, the closure in its Clutch end position is pressed.
According to FIGS. 34 and 35, a rod 125 is attached to the fence switching of the gear 107 by means of the pressure head 110 serving for the pawl 109. This rod engages behind a hook 126 of a hinged lid 124, by means of which the outflow opening of the container can be closed. When the push button 110 is actuated for the first time, the hook 126 is pressed out of a recess so that the cover 124 opens.
The hinged cover 124 can be pivoted about the hinge 127.
The container 101 shown in FIG. 36 has a ratchet wheel 107 for rotating the spindle 108 which can be rotated by a push button and a pawl. The switching mechanism is arranged in an upper housing part 131 that can be screwed onto the container 101.
According to FIG. 37, the container jacket can be omitted at all and the replaceable cartridge 140 with its edge protruding beyond the cover 142 pressed into the groove 141 can be pushed onto the slightly conical projection 143 at the lower end of the head 144. The head piece is otherwise designed according to FIG. Of course, the upper part with the actuating device for the spindle according to FIGS. 29, 34 or 36 could also be used in the same way with a replacement cartridge according to FIG. 37. The cartridge is held on the head part 144 by the spindle, which is screwed into the piston located in the cartridge. In addition, a clamping ring could be provided to hold the cartridge edge on the head piece or z.
