Der Lampensockel be steht z.
Portable lamp with permanent magnet for fixing it. The present invention relates to a portable lamp with. Permanent magnet to fix them.
According to the invention, what is new is that the permanent magnet is directly connected to the carrier of the luminous element. is.
Work lamps are known which are provided with permanent magnets. These known designs (U.S. Patent No. 1932143) have a horseshoe-shaped design. Magnet that is indirectly attached to an ordinary low-voltage lamp, that is, detachably by means of a special device. The disadvantage of this device is that the distance between the center of gravity of the lamp and the center of gravity of the magnet is so great that the magnet tends to fall off the mounting surface; Furthermore, this device is bulky, which is disadvantageous in tight spaces.
Since the permanent magnet has to be relatively strong in order to prevent the lamp from falling off at the large distance from the center of gravity, iron objects in the vicinity are attracted by the magnet, which is also undesirable. is felt. The present invention seeks to remedy these shortcomings.
In the accompanying drawings, exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown, namely: Fig. 1 and 2 a hand lamp provided with a protective device with a permanent magnet arranged in the base, Fig. 3 a lamp for motor vehicles, while Fig. 4 and 5 two differently built Illustrate flashlights.
In Fig.1 and 2 designated. 1 shows a base of an electric hand lamp, such as those used and known in workshops. In addition to the base 1, the protective device 3 belongs to the carrier for the electric light bulb 2.
The lamp base 1 according to Fig.l is provided with an approach 4, with the base 1 a loading part - made by casting or pressing ago - forming. The magnet 5 is arranged directly in the extension 4 and can be square or circular. The magnet can be provided with a central core corresponding to the type used for loudspeakers. The adhesive plane of the magnet is practically flush with the surface of the base. This has the effect that the distance between the center of gravity of the magnet and that of the lightbulb holder is relatively short.
It can be seen from the drawing that FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which the magnet was already provided during the manufacture of the lamp base. 2 shows an embodiment in which the magnet, which can correspond to the description above, has a base plate 7 which was subsequently connected to the wire cage 3 of the lightbulb carrier of a finished lamp by a soldered or screw connection .
Since in this case the magnet is not fastened in an approach of the base, a protective device 8 of a non-magnetic material is arranged around the magnet 5. The lamp base be available for. B. made of rubber or ebonite. The protective device can also be a part of the base plate 7.
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment which is particularly useful for motor vehicle drivers. The lamp 9 represents a z. B. to the battery of the vehicle is a lockable version. The lamp is provided with a magnet 10, which protrudes inside over the mounting plate 11 and extends to the lower edge of the housing, and z. B. fastened with insulating tape 12. Since the Ge weight of such a lamp in relation to the weight of the magnet is very small, the possibility of falling off the adhesive surface is reduced to a minimum.
Figures 4 and 5 show two different forms of flashlight; the same be sitting magnets 14 and 15, which are arranged so that the magnetic adhesive plate forms part of the surface of the lamp. In this case, the fastening means for the magnet are not shown, since they can be made similar to the shape shown in FIG.
In the case of lamps for battery connection, which are intended for repair purposes, for example in motor vehicles, the height of the magnet is expediently chosen so that the center of gravity of the lamp is practically in the inner surface of the magnet.
For fastening on particularly smooth surfaces, the surface of the luminous element carrier which is flush with the adhesive surface of the magnet can be used with friction-increasing means, e.g. B. rings in the form of rubber sheets or rubber, be provided.
