Elektrische Steckervorrichtung.
Electrical connector device. The present invention relates to an electrical connector device. According to the invention, this is characterized in that it is provided with an external connection terminal for a separate grounding line, that is to say independent of the line network.
The connection terminal for the grounding line can be arranged on the plug itself or on a removable additional part of the same.
Thanks to such an earth connection terminal on the plug of the power supply cable of the electrical apparatus, etc., it is possible to also earth the apparatus when the latter is connected to a lamp socket.
In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject invention are shown. 1 shows a first embodiment of the device, consisting of a plug with an additional part that can be attached to the sem, FIG. 2 shows a view of the additional part from below, FIG. 3 shows a view of FIG. 2 from the front, FIG second embodiment of the stoker device, consisting of a plug with an additional part plugged onto it, easily removable, partially in section, FIG. 5 a front view of FIG. 4,
FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the device with a connection terminal for a grounding cable, and FIG. 7 shows a front view of FIG. 6.
The first embodiment of the device shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 consists of two parts, namely the plug 1 and the additional tea part 2. The plug has a socket 3 and a connecting screw and connection terminal 4 for the earth line 5 connected to this ver. 6 is the power supply cable, and 7 are the split pins of the plug with the connection terminals to which the poles of the power supply cable are connected.
The additional plug part 2 has a split pin 8 on the rear side and a connecting screw 9 with connection terminal 10 for a grounding cable 11, which is grounded at its other end, is also embedded in the Steek part 2, which is also composed of two halves (like plug 1).
In this plug part 2, two plug sockets 12 opening out towards the rear are embedded, which have two split pins 13 emerging towards the front. 14 is a normal, non-earthed socket for the mains connection, to which the plug 1 without earthing and the plug with additional part with earthing can be connected.
If only an ordinary non-earthed socket 14 is available for the mains connection of an electrical apparatus or a moving machine, there is no earth line when plug 1 is inserted into the former. In this case, earthing can only be achieved if the additional part 2 is plugged onto the plug 1, which can be earthed by means of the earthing cable 11 attached to the terminal 10, for example on a water pipe.
As a result of the split pin 8 engaging in the socket 3, the earth line 5 of the plug-in cable 6 is connected to the earth line 11 of the plug part 2. The plug 1, 2 connected to the grounding line in this way can therefore be connected to sockets not provided with a grounding line, e.g. B. lamp sockets can be connected.
If a socket with an earthing line is available for connecting the electrical apparatus or the like, then the plug 1 supplemented with an earthing pin can be used without additional part 2.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the additional part consists of a retaining disk 15 which does not conduct electricity and which is connected to the disk 15 together with an arm 18 by rivets 19 with two holes for the split pins 7 to pass through Split pin 17 is provided. The end of the arm 18 bent towards the rear carries a connection terminal 20 to which one end of a cable 11 to be earthed is connected.
In this embodiment of the connector device, too, the additional part can easily be attached and removed when not in use.
The arm 18 could also be a spring lamella and in the middle part of the plug 1, starting from a socket 3, emerge through a recess.
In the third embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7, the connection terminal is attached to the plug itself, as in the variant described last. It is formed from the screw 4 ', which forms an extension of the connecting screw 4, as well as a rimmed nut 21. The central part of the connecting screw 4 is designed as a connecting terminal, as in the above embodiments, to which the earthing cable 5 is connected is.
This plug can be connected to both earthed and non-earthed sockets, whereby in the latter case the power supply cable 6 can be earthed by the earthing cable 11.
