B,. Dachverschalungen, Wänden, Böden, Mauerwerk, Installationsrohren u. a.
Process for the production of a protective layer on components that insulates against moisture. The present invention relates to a method of making a. Protective layer isolating against moisture on construction, parts, e.g. B ,. Roof cladding, walls, floors, masonry, installation pipes, etc. a.
The method according to the invention is characterized by the fact that for the production of the moisture-insulating one containing bitumen and resin, as. Iso lierendes binder used, solid in the cold state and becoming viscous when heated.
With reference to the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the method according to the invention used to protect components of a residential house is described.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of de.s house with, through openings partially exposed components.
FIGS. 2 to 9 show, in enlarged section, details of components from FIG. 1. A mixture of bitumen and colophony made viscous by heating is preferably used as an insulating binding agent during manufacture of the protective layers.
_ In the example shown, for the production of insulating protective layers on the roof sections marked with A, bitumen and colophony contain the masis.o impregnated fibrous webs, which only become viscous at temperatures above 5.0 and are made viscous by heating and serve as insulation . B.
Paper webs 1 are used after the impregnation compound has become cold, these webs running along the roof cladding boards 10 being laid on these boards in such a way that a longitudinal edge 1 'each covers a length of a lengthwise edge 4 of the adjacent one (Fig. 2). .
As shown in FIG. 4, which partially shows a section along line ss of FIG. 2, one longitudinal edge 1 'of the lowermost web is guided around Iden longitudinal beam 7 and on the underside - this beam, as well as on the lower edge of the roof End boards 8 and 9 covered.
In the same way, the sehmalseiten Rän of the tracks in a manner not shown around the two outermost sloping, in the roof gable clashing roof beams 7 'out and covered with boards 8 and 9 (Fig. 2).
The connection of the longitudinal edges 1 'of the sheets to one another is accomplished by heating, as is, if necessary, the connection of the sheets 1 to the roof cladding boards 10 and the beams 7 or 7'. About the insulating sheets 1, the battens 12 for the bricks 18 and 14 are nailed to the Daehverschalungsboards 10 ge.
While with the known covering, the roof cladding with roofing felt, the bituminous layers of which already soften at temperatures between 30 and 40 and must be sprinkled with sand to prevent the glebens, as already said, the mass used here is only Sticky at temperatures above 50. The connection of the tracks with one another and with their base is consequently more permanent here.
To produce insulating protective layers on the ceiling of floor B of the house shown in FIG. 1, sheets of paper 2 of the type described with overlapping longitudinal edges are impregnated with the insulating binder on the top of the bars 1:
6, whose sunk into the walls: 'Ends 17 (Fig. 6) are coated with the same binding agent, stretched. On the underside of the beams 16 are made of the same material as .the tracks 1 and 2, both the lower surface and the side surfaces .the beams are insulating,
as well as the entire ceiling surface covering webs 3 glued in the manner described by the action of heat (Fig. 5). Similar sheets & are used to insulate the walls and are also connected to the masonry by applying heat. After the production of this insulating protective layer, the belts 18 of the floor,
of the upper iStockwerk B ge places and attached, on the underside of which the insulating sheets 2 (Fig. 5 and 6) can be glued by heating. As usual, the plaster ceiling 19 is attached under the beams 1'6 of this floor. The insulating webs 3 of the walls are provided with a Ra bitzbelag 216, on which a plaster 27 is applied.
In the windows, the appropriately cut edges of the insulating strips 3 between the wall and the frame are glued to the latter by the action of heat, so that a seamless connection between these components is created.
To produce a moisture-insulating protective layer on the floor (parts C, FIGS. 1 and 7), the reinforced concrete floor 218 is covered with a layer of insulating plates 4 made of the above Binder mass and filler, e.g.
B. sawdust or: slag, are pre-formed and -by the action of heat I let connect with the concrete floor body. The joints between .the edges of these insulating panels 4 and the insulating layers of the walls 3 forming the sheets:
eliminated by pouring the heated sealing compound. A board or parquet floor 2, 0 can be created on the insulating panel covering 4 in a known manner. As is indicated in the case of floor E in FIG. 1, the outer tracks 3 can be covered with a panel 22 or provided with a layer of plaster.
For the production of an insulating protective layer on the house foundation (parts D, Fig. 1, 8 and 9;) the procedure is for one day in such a way that the insulating binding agent mass, made viscous by appropriate heating, is poured onto the stone bed leveled with sand and on this the concrete floor '23.
The vertical foundation masonry 2, 3 'is provided on the outside with a similar insulating covering 6, which can be achieved in a simple manner by spraying on a layer of the hot mass containing bitumen and resin.
The outer wall surfaces located above the ground are preferably clad with stone slabs 24, the mentioned insulating covering 6 also serving as a binding agent.
The insulating binding agent can, as indicated in FIG. 1, part E and in FIG. 9, be used for fastening wall cladding panels 25,
for example by applying the binding agent-1, which has been made viscous by heating, to the plaster layer 2-7 and sticking the panels 2: 5 on the still warm insulating layer. With the as an insulating binding agent the ends, solid at normal temperatures, which become viscous when heated, @d. H.
can be poured = and made sprayable, can be easily, even joints and cracks, z. B. from through holes .the heating pipes pour sealing, thanks to .the thermal expansion properties of the used, solid in the cold state, but not brittle, sealing Ma.s: se the intermediate layers thus created do not tear.
Depending on the resin content, the insulating compound used for the production of the protective layers can be largely adapted to the intended use in terms of its strength in the cold state, so that, in contrast to the known, e.g. B.
bituminous masses used for roofing felt, the protective layers created with them are still strong enough even at high summer temperatures of around 40.
According to this one. Process can sen in a simple manner on pipe-like components such. B. central heating and water pipes in basements against external moisture, hzw. Condensation water, insulating protective layers, e.g. B. by spraying the mass made viscous by heating or by dipping the pipes in such heated mass or by pouring off the pipes. The protective layer can also be made on the pipes to be insulated in such a way that the pipes are covered with fiber bands, e.g. B.
with fabric tapes, which are carriers of the bituminous sealant and binding agent, wrapped and, through the action of heat, a connection of the tape windings mitein other and with -the surface of the pipe acts.
