Device for chopping, mixing and stirring food. and Genu & Mittelgut as well as chemicals. The invention relates to a device for crushing, mixing and stirring of food and luxury goods, as well as chemicals and the like, with tel; a cutting device arranged in a container with a mechanical drive.
The known devices of this type, which usually have a relatively small content of e.g. B. 1 liter and their cutting device with a number of revolutions / min. rotated by about 12,000, are not suitable for the simultaneous processing of larger people.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a device with a larger content, with a smaller number of revolutions of the cutting argane a centrifugal, cutting and vortex formation as with devices smaller content and greater number of revolutions is achieved and also coarse material are crushed 1-a .nn to a degree that is not possible with the previously known machines.
Compared to known devices in the comminution, mixing and stirring of food, beverages and luxury goods by means of a rotating cutting device arranged in a container, consisting of cutting elements, which are arranged on a shaft provided with a coupling piece, the device according to the invention is characterized - 1uiig in that on the shaft a mixer knife set working near the bottom of the container,
at least one cutting knife set and a suction knife set and at the top a head knife set are arranged above it.
Preferably, two cutting knife sets lying one above the other can be arranged between the stirring knife set and the suction knife set. The upper set of cutting knives can have radial wings, one of which is alternately arranged and designed as a cutting knife and the other as a suction knife, while the lower set of cutting knives has radial wings that are only cutting knives.
The shaft can conveniently be mounted in a base, which carries the loading container for the grist, and at its lower end have a centering hole with which it can be plugged onto a correspondingly formed coupling piece of the motor.
With reference to the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is described below.
Fig. 1 is half a longitudinal section of the device shown only partially before, and Fig. 2 shows a detail of the device Vorrich; Fig. 3 shows the shaft partially in section and Fig. 4 in a view. Figs. 5 to 12 show the various sets of knives viewed from the side and from above.
The device shown in Fig. 1 BE consists of a container 1 for receiving the material to be crushed, mixed or stirred, this container 1 is firmly connected to a base 2, which in turn has a bearing sleeve 14 with ball bearing 11 for supporting a shaft 3, Bearing shell 12 and shaft seal 13 has. A driver sleeve 4 is slipped onto the shaft 3 in a rotationally connected manner. For this purpose, the shaft part 3a (Fig. 3) has a square cross-section.
The driver sleeve 4 is used to take on the cutting members. These consist of knife sets 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 arranged one above the other and rotatably connected to the sleeve 4. At the top of the driver sleeve 4 is a cover nut 10, to which the head knife set 9 is fastened by means of a cutter head screw 15 engaging in the shaft 3 A suction knife set 8 is arranged between the lower edge of the cover nut 10 and a spacer sleeve 21.
This has two upwardly directed blades 8a and 81) (FIGS. 11 and 12), which are designed like a propeller. The longitudinal axes I-I and II-II enclose the same angle with the vertical, and the wing surfaces are rotated about the named longitudinal axes. This creates a suction effect when rotating.
Further down, between the bottom of the driver sleeve 4 and the lower end of the spacer sleeve 21, two sets of cutting blades 6 and 7 are arranged directly on top of one another. These have radially arranged wings 6a or 7 a and 7 b.
The wings of the upper cutting knife set 7 are directed upwards above the horizontal and the wings of the lower cutting knife set 6 are directed downwards. The wings 6a of one set of knives are preferably offset from the wings 7a, 7b of the other set of knives, so that they do not coincide.
To promote the suction, the radial wings of the upper cutting knife set 7 are arranged and designed alternately as a cutting knife and the other as a suction knife, the suction knife wings enclosing a different angle to the horizontal than the cutting knife wings. The suction knives 7a are designed like a propeller in that the corresponding blades are rotated about their longitudinal axis III-III.
The lower set of Sahneid knife set 6 has radial wings 6a which are consistently only cutting knives. With this set of knives, too, each wing encloses a different angle to the horizontal than the neighboring wing.
Furthermore, a stirring knife set 5 is arranged at the bottom of the driver sleeve 4, which has two blades 5a directed downwards (FIGS. 5 and 6). In order to achieve an upward pressure effect, the stirring knife set has a propeller-like shape to its. Long axis twisted wings. They are twisted in the opposite sense as the suction wings 7a of the knife set 7, so that a pressure effect is achieved through the rotation of these wings.
The lower end of the shaft 3 has means for its attachment and centering on a coupling piece 16, which in turn is arranged on the shaft 17 of the drive motor not shown in the drawing. In particular, a centering bore 18 is provided with which: the shaft 3 can be plugged onto a correspondingly designed coupling piece of the motor. For this purpose, a continuous transverse slot 19 and inclined, oppositely directed sliding surfaces 20a and 20b is provided at the end of the shaft.
The coupling piece 16 has a centering 16a, which fits exactly into the centering bore 18 of the shaft end. Furthermore, the coupling piece is provided with two radial cams 22 which, engaging in the slot 19, act as drivers for the shaft 3. For fastening the base \? with the container 1 and the shaft 3 on the Mo- lorengebäu.se 23, the latter is provided with a Pajonf-ttring 21,
which guide centers? @ has (FIGS. 1 and 2) in which visual screws 26 are guided as guide cams of a centering ring 27. The centering ring 7 is firmly connected to the base 2).
The connecting groove 25 acts as a self-locking mechanism in that the confluence part 25c of the groove includes a larger acute angle to the horizontal than the end adjoining it, the end part 25b for tightening the fastener.
In use, the container 1 holding the device with the shaft 3 and the cutting elements 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are placed on the motor housing 23 so that the centering bore 18 is pushed onto the coupling piece end 16a and the bulging cams? ? engage in the transverse slot 19.
In order to facilitate the engagement, the shaft end of the shaft 3 is provided with (r1 (-it surfaces in the manner described). If the base is now rotated with the aid of the handle 28, the filler clips 26 slide into the grooves 25 up to the ends of which, the shaft 3 and the coupling piece 16 initially zen to one another and are connected to one another by engagement by the tightening.
As a result of the special design of the groove? 3, the same is self-locking, so that the guide cam D; and thus the solution of the connection is excluded.
When the motor is put into operation, the knife sets begin to rotate, whereby the larger pieces of the ground material are first roughly cut with the head knife set 9 before they fall onto the lower knives.
Due to the special design of the saucer substitute 8, a suction effect is created, as a result of which the grist is drawn directly onto the 1Ie..iaütze 6 and 7, which cope with the fine. To support the singing effect of the suction knife set8 (@ in part 7a the wing in the described @@ 'c @ ise i-also designed like a propeller.
The stirring knife set 5 generates a pressure na: eh above, so that the material that collects at the bottom of the container is also driven upwards into the knives 6 and 7.
When designing the cutter head, it was taken into account that the respective cutter arrangement, the number of cutters and their design depend on: the product to be processed; therefore, complete cutter heads with different knife arrangements can be carried out on the camp, which can only be replaced by loosening the head screw.
The device described is by no means limited to the game Ausführungsbei described. The knife sets can also be designed and arranged differently.
