Method for transporting the through a thread breakage extraction system
Spinning machines extracted material.
There are known thread break extraction systems for spinning machines, in which the extracted material! (Process and flight) from which air is extracted at each spinning machine by means of an air filter. The air freed from the material can then easily escape into the hall, after being brought together in a collecting duct, pushed into the open air or returned to the hall through an air conditioning system. All of these facilities have the disadvantage that the extracted material is removed from the individual by hand. Filters must be removed and returned to the material recycling point, which is often outside the spinning machine room.
The present invention makes it possible to save the entire amount of work involved in collecting and transporting the extracted and excreted material. Specifically, it relates to a method for transporting the material extracted by a thread breakage suction system on spinning machines from the spinning machines to the point where the material is reused, and it is characterized in that the transport of the material over the entire distance pneuma. table with at least some of the air extracted from the spinning machines.
In an implementation example of this method, all of the air sucked off at the spinning machine (called suction air) is used for transport for relatively short suction channel stretches (measured from the spinning machine), ie mainly for the collecting channel inside hal., B of the spinning machine room; Then the greater part of the suction air is separated from the material in a separator located at the end of this collecting channel, then either pushed into the open or fed back to the spinning room via an air conditioning system.
A smaller part of the air (called carrier air) is used to transport the material separated in the separator to the Bmaterial recycling point, where the carrier air is removed in a separator. This process example has; the advantage that it does not have to convey the whole amount of suction air to the material reuse point, i.e. avoids the large duct cross-sections, suction power, etc. associated with it.
The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method; This device has a collecting duct for the extracted air that is connected to the spinning machine, a separator for separating the greater part of the extracted air from the transported material and a pneuma. Table transport device for conveying the material that has accumulated in the separator by means of the remaining part of the air extracted by the spinning machines to the point of reuse of the material.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained with reference to the accompanying schematic drawing. In FIG. 1, 2 denotes three spinning machines which are set up within a space marked by the border 1 (spinning machine room). Broken rovings, fibrous dust and suction air pass through the suction heads 3 into the channel 4 of each spinning machine and enter the collecting channel 5, which opens into an expansion 6.
The separator 7, for example a fine wire mesh on which the entrained material accumulates, extends across the channel piece 6, while the suction air is conveyed by a fan 8, for example as an axial fan, with the electric drive motor 9 into the next room 10 and there either through the flap 11 into the open air or through the flap 12 of the air conditioning system 14, depending on the choice.
In the air conditioning system, the suction air is possibly further purified together with a proportion of fresh air that has entered through the flap 13 and conditioned with the assistance of the Iufterhitzers 15 with regard to temperature and humidity. The conditioned suction air is pressed by the blower 16, which is driven by the electric motor 17, into the supply air duct 18 of the spinning room 1, where it exits evenly through the openings 19 @. This device, which takes care of the material transport from the spinning machines to the separator 7 with all the suction air, is connected to the one with part of the suction air (called carrier air)
working pneumatic material transport from the separator 7 to the reuse point 25 of the material. A powerful suction nozzle 20, which is continuously rotated by the gear motor 21 over the yarn-covered side of the wire mesh 7, sucks the material into the stationary head 22 of the pneumatic transport line 23 which makes it fall into the vessel 25 connected below.
The pure carrier air is then sucked in by the fan 26, which is driven by the electric motor 27, and pushed into the open via the outlet diffuser 28,
In Fig. 1 the position of the three flaps 11, 12 and 13 is drawn so that 11 no suction air enters the open; The suction air-supply air circuit of the spinning room is thus closed, and only as much fresh air enters through the flap 13 as the transport air is drawn off through the nozzle 20.
As soon as the automatic regulation of the air conditioning system 14 requires it, more fresh air can enter through the flap 13 than the aforementioned minimum proportion. At the same time, suction air would then also emerge from the flap 11 into the open air.
For example, FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the deposition of the material at its point of reuse.
Instead of the cyclone 24 shown in FIG. 1, a second separator, namely a self-cleaning wire mesh 30, is now installed at the end of the pneumatic transport, which is slowly moved in a circle by a gear motor 31. The carrier air comes with the material from the transport line 23, passes through the upper half of the wire mesh 30 with the material released and is conveyed into the open by the fan 26, which is driven by the motor 27, via the diffuser 2.
The material is stripped from the rotating wire mesh 30 through the partitions 23 and falls into the collecting box 32, from which it can readily fall into the space 34, in which it is reused.
