Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung pflanzlicher Stoffe. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vor richtung zur Aufbereitung pflanzlicher Stoffe, insbesondere von Rauhfutter, zwecks Förde rung der Verdaulichkeit, besonders für nicht wiederkäuende Tiere.
In Zeiten der Mangelwirtschaft werden oft Nichtwiederkäuer mit Rauhfutter, wie Gras, Kräutern, Wurzelgewächsen oder der gleichen, gefüttert. Es ist nun festgestellt worden, da.ss bei solcher Art Fütterung die Tiere schlecht verdauen und dass dadurch wertvolle Nährstoffe verlorengehen. Die Er findung bezweckt, diesem Mangel abzuhelfen und solches Futter durch vorherige mecha nische Bearbeitung und Behandlung so auf zubereiten, dass die Verdaulichkeit solcher Futterstoffe gefördert wird.
Die Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung pflanzlicher Stoffe ist gekennzeichnet durch eine rühr werkartig wirkende Fördertrommel, in wel- cher umlaufende Schlagorgane, in Verbin dung mit fest angeordneten Leisten Quetsch- rinnen bilden.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus- fÜhrungsbeispiel der Vorrichtung dargestellt, und 'zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung im Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie 1-r1 der Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt in schemati scher Darstellung.
Die Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung und Be handlung der Pflanzenstoffe besitzt als Hauptteil eine Trommel 1, deren Achse 2 waagrecht in den Lagern 3 und 4 entspre chender Verschalungen 5 und 6 drehbar ist. Die Trommel weist einen kreisrunden Quer schnitt auf und erweitert sich konisch vom Einfülltrichter 7 in Richtung der in der Ver schalung 5 unter dem Lager 4 angeordneten Aus;wurföffnung B.
Auf der Trommelwelle 2 sind am freien Ende eine Antriebsscheibe 9, unter dem Ein fülltrichter 7 eine Förderschnecke 10 und im eigentlichen Trommelgehäuse eine Anzahl Schläger 11 in Abständen voneinander ange ordnet. Diese sind an Bolzen 12 angelenkt, vaelche Scheiben 13 durchsetzen, die auf der Trommelwelle 1 aufgekeilt sind. An jeder Seheibe 13 sitzen - am Umfang gleichmässig verteilt -- mehrere solcher Schläger 11 (im vorliegenden Beispiel vier). Längs der Welle sind ferner eine Mehrzahl, im Beispiel 12.
solcher Schlägergruppen angelenkt, die durch die Scheiben 13 sowie auf der Welle 2 ange ordnete Distanzringe 13a im Abstand vonein ander gehalten werden. Die radialen Abmes sungen der Schläger sind über die Länge der Welle 2 so dem entsprechenden Innendurch messer der Trommel angepasst, dass ihre freien Enden alle den gleichen Abstand zur Trom- melinnenwand einnehmen.
An der Innenwand der Trommel 2 sind mehrere Längsleisten 14 angeordnet, deren Anzahl zweckmässig der Anzahl der Schläger 11. je Scheibe 13 entspricht. Zwischen den Leisten 14 und den an ihnen vorbeischwingen- den Schlägern ist der kürzeste Abstand so be messen, .dass dadurch Quetschrinnen gebildet werden, in denen die darin zu liegen kommen den oder durchgedrückten Stoffe zerquetscht werden. Die Leisten 14 sind zweckmässiger weise schräg zu den Mantellinien des Trom melkonus angeordnet.
Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist wie folgt: .
Das aufzubereitende Gut wird in den Trichter 7 .der laufenden Maschine eingeführt, wo es zunächst von der Förderschnecke 10 er fasst und den Schlägern 11 zugeführt wird. Diese rühren durch ihren Umlauf um die Achse der Trommel das Gut um, zerschlagen es und quetschen es an den Leisten 14 vorbei.
Das so bearbeitete Gut wandert langsam unter ständiger Bearbeitung durch die erwähnten Organe auf der schräg nach unten verlaufen den Bahn zur Auswurföffnung, aus der es als eine Art Breimasse zur Verwendung als Fut ter austritt. Das austretende Gut ist nun unter Freilegung :der Stoffzellen und der Säfte von Schalen und Häuten verwendungsbereit und kann nun auch von nichtwiederkäuenden Tie ren gut vertragen und bestmöglich ausgenützt werden.
