Description

  

      Verfahren        zur    Herstellung     eines    neuen     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft     ein    Ver  fahren zur Herstellung     eines    neuen     chromier-          baren        Monoazofarbstoffes    und ist dadurch       gekennzeichnet,    dass man     diazotierte        4-Ben-          zoylamino-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonsäure    mit  a - (7 -     Oxynaphthyl)

      -     carbamidsäureäthylester          vereinigt.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>30,8</B> Gewichtsteile 4 -     Benzoylamino    - 2     -          aminophenol-6-sulfonsäure    werden     diazotiert     und zur     Kupplung    in eine Lösung, welche  23,1     Gewichtsteile        a-(7-Oxynaphthyl)-carb-          amidsäureäthylester,    4 Gewichtsteile Na  triumhydroxyd und die     berechnete    Menge  Soda enthält, gegeben.

   Der     ausgeschiedene     Farbstoff     wird    durch     Abfiltrieren        isoliert     und     getrocknet.    Er stellt ein     blauschwarzes     Pulver dar, dessen wässerige     Lösung    blau  und     die    in     cone.    Schwefelsäure     bläulichrot    ist.

    Der neue Farbstoff eignet sich     ausgezeichnet     zum Färben nach der     Einbadchrommethode.     Seine     chromierten        Ausfärbungen    auf Wolle  haben     graublaue    Töne und sind von ausge  zeichneter Wasch-, Walk- und     Lichtechtheit.     



  Der Farbstoff wird in Substanz     chromiert,     indem eine wie oben erhaltene Farbstoff  menge in 1500 Teilen     Chromformiatlösung,          deren        ChromIIIgehalt    12 Gewichtsteilen  Chromoxyd entspricht, 12 Stunden am       R,ückflusskühler    gekocht wird.

   Der isolierte         und        getrocknete        Chromkomplex        ist    ein schwar  zes Pulver, weiches     sich    in Wasser     mit    blauer       und        in        conc.    Schwefelsäure     mit    blauroter  Farbe     löst.        Seine        sauren        Ausfärbungen    auf  Wolle sind graublau.
