Etiquettiermaschine. Gegenstand dem vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Etiquettiermaschine mit einem Vor schubmechanismus zum absatzweisen Vor schieben von mit einer ausgestanzten Zunge versehenen Etiquetten in Bandform, einem Druckwerk, dem die Etiquetten im Zuge ihrer Vorschubbewegung nacheinander zum. Bedrucken zugeführt werden und einer Schneidvorrichtung zum Abschneiden der einzelnen E.tiquetten vom Etiquettenband.
Diese Etiquettiermaschine kennzeichnet sich durch eine zum Anheften der Etiquetten an die zu zeichnende Ware dienende Vor richtung, die einerseits einen in Bewegungs richtung des Bandes vor dem Messer der Schneidvorrichtung angeordneten Schwenker aufweist, -der die ausgestanzte Zunge der Etiquetten aus der Bandfläche heraus in eine Schwenkstellung zu drücken vermag, und anderseits einen nach dem genannten Mes ser angeordneten, hin und her verschiebbaren Schliessstössel,
der die Zunge von ihrer Schwenkstellung aus wieder in ihre Normal lage zurückzustossen bestimmt ist, das Ganze derart, dass im Betrieb der Maschine, wenn die zu zeichnenden Warenteile zwischen das Etiquettenband und die jeweils verschwenkte Etiquettenzunge geführt werden, die ent sprechende Etiquette dadurch, dass deren Zunge vom Schliessstössel zurückgestossen wird, am betreffenden Warenteil angeheftet wird, wonach die Schneidvorrichtung in Ak tion tritt,
um diese angeheftete Etiquette vom Etiquettenband abzutrennen.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen- standes veranschaulicht.
Fig.l zeigt, in schematischer Weise, eine Etiquettiermaschine in einer Seitenansicht; Fig. 2 ist ein Ausschnitt aus einem Eti- quettenband, und Fig. 3 zeigt ein Stoffstück, das mit einer von diesem Etiquettenband abgetrennten Eti- quette versehen ist.
Die Etiquettiermaschine gemäss Fig.1 hat eine Vorratsrolle a, auf der ein Etiquetten- band b aufgewickelt ist, das absatzweise von einem Vorschubgreifer c einem Druckwerk d zugeführt wird, wo die einzelnen E.tiquetten des Etiquettenbandes mit der gewünschten Aufschrift (Preis, Qualität etc.) bedruckt werden.
In Fig. 2 ist ein Ausschnitt aus die sem Etiquettenband gezeigt, dessen einzelne Etiquetten, wie ersichtlich, mit einer ausge stanzten Zunge b' versehen sind. e ist das auf- und abgehende Messereiner Sühneidvor- richtung, mittels welchem die einzelnen Eti- quetten vom Etiquettenband abgeschnitten werden, nachdem sie in der weiter unten er läuterten Art und Weise an die zu etiquettie- rende Ware angeheftet worden sind.
Soweit beschrieben, ist die Etiquettiermaschine be kannt, so dass es sich erübrigt, näher auf die Ausbildung und das Zusammenwirken der Teile<I>c, d</I> und e einzutreten. Die Eigenart der Etiquettiermasühine gemäss Fig. 1 besteht darin, dass sie eine zum Anheften der Eti- quetten an die Ware dienende Vorrichtung aufweist, die allerdings hier auch nur inso weit erläutert und dargestellt ist, als es zum Verständnis der Erfindung notwendig ist.
Diese Vorrichtung weist einerseits einen in Bewegungsrichtung des Bandes vor dem Mes ser e angeordneten Schwenker f auf, der dazu bestimmt ist, die ausgestanzte Zunge b1 der Etiquetten nach unten in eine Schwenk stellung zu drücken, und anderseits einen nach dem Messer- e angeordneten, auf- und abgehenden Schliessstössel g, der seinerseits die Aufgabe hat, die nach unten verschwenkte Zunge b' nach oben zurückzustossen.
Begreif lichierweise müssen alle diese Operationen in der richtigen Folge ausgeübt werden, was durch entsprechende Massnahmen in der Aus bildung bezw. Anordnung der diese Opera tionen verursachenden Steuermittel erzielt wird.
Im Betrieb der motorisch angetriebenen Maschine wird unter Benützung einer Auf lage h die zu zeichnende Ware, wie z. B. Strümpfe oder sonstige Textilstücke, zwi schen dem Etiquettenband b und der nach unten verschwenkten Etiquettenzunge b1 ge führt.
Durch die unmittelbar darauffolgende Aktion ,des Schliessstössels g, der diese Zunge b' wieder nach oben stösst, wird das Textil stück an der betreffenden Stelle von der Zunge b1 im Stanzloch der Etiquette in der in Fig. 3 veranschaulichten Weise festgehal ten, wonach die so angeheftete Etiquette vom Messer e abgeschnitten wird.
