Dispositif de fixation d'un instrument, notamment d'un porte-plume à réservoir. La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif -de fixation, notamment d'un porte- plume à réservoir, d'un porte-mine ou autre instrument analogue.
Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une griffe mobile, destinée à coopé rer avec une languette, de manière à pouvoir saisir entre elles.
le support auquel ledit instrument doit être figé, en ce que ladite griffe peut être actionnée, par l'intermédiaire d'un levier, par un bouton poussoir, celui-ci étant d'autre part sollicité par un ressort de façon à pincer le support entre la griffe et la languette, le bouton-pouseoir étant mobile axialement et la .griffe radialement par rap port à la ligne médiane d'e 4'instrument,
et tous les susdits organes étant portés par l'ins trument.
Comme le bouton-poussoir est sollicité par un ressort, la griffe pourra pincer le support entre elle et la pince. Cette action ,de pinçage assurera une fixation efficace de ,l'instrument à son support. Comme on le comprend, ce der nier peut être le bord d'urne poche, etc.
Le dispositif, objet de l'invention, peut être monté dans tout endroit convenable de l'instrument qu'il doit permettre de fixer, par exemple dans le capuchon de cet instrument.
Le dessin "annexé représente, à, titre d'exemple, une forme -d'exécution de lyobjet de l'invention adaptée à un capuchon de porte-plume à réservoir.
La fige. 1 est une vue en partie en coupe du capuchon, montrant le :dispositif de fixa tion dans sa position -de fixation, et la fig. 2 -est une vue semblable à la fig. 1, mais montrant le dispositif dans sa position de libération.
On voit au dessin le capuchon 10- -d'un porte-plume 11 "à réservoir. Une douille 12 métallique constitue l'extrémité fermée du capuchon 10. Un bâti 13 est forcé dans la douille 12; il porte un levier 14 pivoté en 15 sur lui.
Un bouton-poussoir <B>1,6,</B> constamment sol licité par un ressort 17 de compression, agit par sa tige 18, par l'intermédiaire de deux chevilles 19 sur le bras 20 du levier 14. L'autre bras 21 de ce levier présente un loge ment 2,2 pour une cheville 23. Cette dernière agit sur la-griffe 24 qui passe à travers des ouvertures correspondantes de la douille 12 et du bâti 13. Une languette 25 est fixée à, la douille 12 et s'étend en regard de la griffe 24.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif est le suivant: Le bouton-poussoir 16 est mobile axiale- ment par rapport à la ligne médiane du capu chon 10 et -du porte-plume 11. Ce bouton- poussoir 16 est conutamment sollicité par le ressort 17 de compression et tend., par consé quent, à, occuper la position représentée à la fi,g. 1.
En exerçant une pression, sur lui, on peut l'amener à fond de course -de compres sion du ressort 17, comme représenté à la fig. 2.
En appuyant donc sur le bouton-poussoir 16, on fait pivoter le levier 14,de la position représentée à la fig. 1 à celle représentée à la fig. 2. Par ce pivotement, le levier 14 entraîne la griffe 24 de la position repré sentée à la fig. 1 à. celle représentée à la fig. 2 selon un mouvement radial par rapport à la ligne médiane du capuchon 10.
Pour fixer le capuchon 10 et, par consé quent, le porte-plume 11 à un support, par exemple au bord d'une poche, on presse sur le bouton-poussoir 16, ce .qui fait rentrer la griffe 24 dans le capuchon, on place ce der nier de manière que le support auquel il doit être fixé vienne se loger entre la languette 25 et la douille 12, puis on cesse d'appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir 16.
Le ressort 17 tend à ramener le bouton-poussoir 16,, le levier 14 et la griffe 24 dans la position représentée à la fig. 1 en pinçant le support entre la lan- buette 25 et la griffe 24. Cette action de pin- çage, complétée par l'action des dents 26, assure une très bonne fixation du capuchon à son support.

As the push-button is activated by a spring, the claw will be able to pinch the support between it and the gripper. This clamping action will ensure effective fixation of the instrument to its support. As can be understood, this latter can be the edge of the pocket urn, etc.
The device, which is the subject of the invention, can be mounted in any suitable location on the instrument that it must allow to be fixed, for example in the cap of this instrument.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention adapted to a cap of a reservoir pen holder.

We see in the drawing the cap 10- -of a pen holder 11 "with reservoir. A metal sleeve 12 constitutes the closed end of the cap 10. A frame 13 is forced into the sleeve 12; it carries a lever 14 pivoted in 15 on him.
A pushbutton <B> 1,6, </B> constantly legalized by a compression spring 17, acts by its rod 18, via two pins 19 on the arm 20 of the lever 14. The other arm 21 of this lever has a housing 2,2 for an ankle 23. The latter acts on the claw 24 which passes through corresponding openings of the socket 12 and the frame 13. A tongue 25 is fixed to the socket 12 and extends opposite the claw 24.
The operation of the device is as follows: The push-button 16 is movable axially with respect to the median line of the cap 10 and of the pen holder 11. This push-button 16 is constantly urged by the compression spring 17. and tends., therefore, to, occupy the position shown in fi, g. 1.
By exerting pressure on it, it can be brought to the full extent of the compression stroke of the spring 17, as shown in FIG. 2.
By therefore pressing the push-button 16, the lever 14 is pivoted from the position shown in FIG. 1 to that shown in FIG. 2. By this pivoting, the lever 14 drives the claw 24 from the position shown in FIG. 1 to. that shown in FIG. 2 in a radial movement relative to the center line of the cap 10.
In order to fix the cap 10 and, consequently, the pen holder 11 to a support, for example at the edge of a pocket, the push-button 16 is pressed, which makes the claw 24 enter the cap, this last is placed so that the support to which it is to be fixed comes to be housed between the tongue 25 and the sleeve 12, then the push-button 16 is stopped.
The spring 17 tends to return the push-button 16 ,, the lever 14 and the claw 24 to the position shown in FIG. 1 by clamping the support between the tongue 25 and the claw 24. This clamping action, completed by the action of the teeth 26, ensures very good fixing of the cap to its support.
